In today's world of service, I have encountered so many business owners who just want to get your money with little to no sincere customer satisfaction. Patton Plumbing is NOT that type of business. Not only were they on time, great service, professional, and not expensive (compared to others), the personal relationship you develop with Shawn Patton the owner himself is remarkable. He was all about educating you and showing you what's going on with your current unit so that you understand why you need his service. Thank you for all your tips on lowering my electric bill, saving energy and suggestions that I invest in a new unit instead of repairing the one that I have for the long term return on investment. I had a plumbing problem and he quoted an approximate price.  He hadn't seen the job so that is very reasonable.  He showed up early, quickly fixed the problem and charged me less than he quoted because it was easy fix for him.  Often trades people keep you waiting and run up the bull when they can.  My experience with this company was the complete opposite.  You should consider them when you have a plumbing problem.

I had a hot water pipe leak underneath my sink. Everon's plumbing came out within with a hour.  Mr Otis was very nice and friendly /knowledgeable and professional. He explained to me what was  the problem. Pricing was great I didn't have to spend a arm and leg. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

A few years ago there was a benefit to being in the Happy Hiller club... not so much any more.

Today during a Plumbing tune up the plumber failed to provide services such as a basic hot water heater flush, but offered to install a new sink fixture for $234 (which is average cost if you call a plumber to install) further evidencing no benefit of the EXTRA $$$ I'm already paying to be a Happy Hiller member.

HVAC was basic info but he didn't clean the coils as was performed in the past.

I can get free estimates all day from strangers trying to sell me upgrades!
I called the customer service center to cancel the monthly fees. My call was escalated to a manager who was very nice, but she didn't listen to me - did not address my concerns.
She did remind me that last February during the tune up the HVAC techs didn't assemble the furnace correctly after inspection and I called back to get the guys back out to fix the crossed wires.
I didn't complain then because I felt like they did add value, cleaned coils, etc. I'm complaining today because you guys have changed and there is no added value.

After years of using independent HVAC guys and never being able to find them again, our realtor scheduled Chaote's for us when we sold our old house. They fixed an issue that we'd brought up several times to other companies who all told us it was normal (to smell gas).  In our new house, when we needed to replace an old unit, we didn't hesitate to call Choate's and at the recommendation of our realtor, we signed up for the service plan with the discounts. We got an awesome new air conditioner with the best service and we're actually excited to get Choate's to do more for us. I love that they do so much.

I called around 9:30am & they were able to send someone before noon. Mr James was right on time. Neither he nor I were very hopeful about the situation, but he worked his tail off to get the issue fixed in less than an hour. Saved my day!

I contacted Conway about a laundry line and bathroom sink that were not draining properly.  I was informed that the only way to solve the issue was to replace the old cast iron piping underneath the house.  I agreed to have the work completed because it is an older house.  Conway did come out within the next couple of days to complete the work.  They dug a trench in the backyard to gain access to the pipes under the house.  After the work was reportedly completed, the sink in the bathroom was still not draining and there was an open trench left in my backyard.
I again contacted Conway to inform them of the issues.  I was told that they could not determine why the sink was not draining.   They continued by stating that the trench was left open because there was no clean out drain on the house.  However, the house actually has 2 clean out drains.  I paid 13k to have the drain pipes replaced.  I had to wait 2 MONTHS before having this issue resolved.  The bottom line is that Conway was quick to collect the money and slow to complete the work properly.  After calling for months, I could not get them to come out and do what they were paid to do.  No one at the company is on the same page.  I got a different response from each person I contacted.  TWO MONTHS and 13k later and I still had the same issue I was having before contacting Conway!  When I decided to file a complaint with the BBB and with a bank that uses Conway as a vendor, I finally got a call back to try and resolve the issue.  I WILL NEVER USE CONWAY AGAIN!!!!

We were over charged by $50 for freon, and the unit developed a leak after being only 3 years old ? It certainly was NOT moved, how did it get a leak? Faulty install or faulty unit or both.  But they arent standing by it and charging us $900 ot fix it.   They had to come out after the 'first' install because they installed it crooked and the hoses they used developed leaks because he did not seal them

Was assigned this company from our home warranty for repairs and they never showed. When we called to check on the appointment, they were incredibly hostile, rude, and inappropriate. They called us horrible names. The most awful experience ever. Reported to our home warranty company and they flagged them as a hostile vendor. DO NOT USE THESE RUDE PEOPLE!!

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.

That company is not a good in plumbing they will cost you knowledge are customers respect to your property don't hire them that cost me 1,000 in cost to my lawn.
