HE introduced to self and let me know he was a master plumber. It's always a good feeling when you know it will get done right the first time. He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly,and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.

I had a problem with a water leak in the back of the house that needed to be repaired so that the maintenance on the AC could be finished. It was not working. Simple Man got back with me the same day and came out the next day. All of the work was completed to my satisfaction. They also found a gas leak and repaired it. I would highly recommend Simple Man Construction.

5 stars are not enough; I'd give Maeser's 6 stars if I could!!! The entire experience, from start to finish, exceeded all/any of my expectations. Corey was very professional, timely, knowledgeable, and helpful--highly recommend (and will be asking for him again!). As for my HVAC issue, I had had a problem with it a few years ago, however, due to lack of knowledge and expertise, that tech misdiagnosed the source of the problem (a clogged line). In short, this tech's inadequacy cost me close to $7k in repairs(flooring, walls, etc). So fast forward 2 years later, and on a Sun afternoon of all times(!), and the problem started occurring again. I didn't know who to call or what to do!? I panicked, concerned for being a female without much HVAC (or any kind of handiwork) knowledge and having had a horrific prior experience with another company... and I was also very concern because as a result of the past, I knew this was a problem that needed quick, immediate attention, unless I wanted to shell out several thousands in repairs again. So, I turned to reviews and ratings, which is why I am writing one today, in hopes of helping someone else; it guided me in choosing Maeser. I couldn't have chose a better company or ended up with a more knowledgeable, kinder tech. I was impressed by their fair-prices(I even signed up for their 5-Star Club!); QUICK EMERGENCY SERVICES turnaround time(from the time I placed the call, it took the tech maybe 2 hours and on a SUNDAY, too!!! WOWWW!); problem was resolved easily and rapidly; plus, I had a few questions unrelated to the one being serviced and got helpful advice/feedback from Corey that will def help me in the future.... so, hooray for the excellent staffing (receptionist and tech, both!). Came out for a free estimate that cost $94. Did not accept coupons circulated in mail. Also failed explain why they wouldn't except the coupons that they circulated. When I called to ask why they charged my card when I didn't get any services done they told me that the estimate was a service. Even though they're advertising claims free estimates.Better business bureau was contacted as well as my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I recently had New Circle Mechanical out to my house to look at my fireplace. The technician was very knowledgeable and very professional. I thought the service call was $59.00 and the technician found nothing wrong with it. He just used the shop vac and then lite the fireplace. I also had him check one of the gas lines on the heater. All he did was look at it and it was fine. He told me just to clean the heater and then light it. My total bill was $125.00. It is my opinion that the service call should have only been $59.00 expecially since all the tech did was vacuum the fireplace and light it. The tech was wonderful just not sure about the prices.
The following week I called for service to light my heater. The pilot would not stay lite. So Shawn came out. He was also very knowlegable the professional. My heater needed a thermo couple(?). The part was $35.00 then he charged me $120.00 for one hour plus the $59.00. Which brought my total to $225.00. Then at the end of the service call he said if I filled out a survey I would receive a $50.00 coupon for my next service. I should have received one from my first service call but Shawn said it probably hadn't been processed yet and that I wouldn't be able to use it but he would check when he got back to the office. I'm just not sure about the company's pricing. It seems like it should be one price and then you are charged another price.
Now I should receive a $50.00 coupon for rating the service call and a $20.00 coupon for posting a review. I will see what I get. I would use them again, but I will get a firm price from Jason before any tech comes out.

It's been over a year, but it was a nightmare hiring this company. I hired them to fix a piece if fascia (gutter board) that had come undone from my roof line. They just hammered it back in, bending aluminum all along the fascia. A month later I had to hire a company to fix their job. They also attempted A plumbing job which I was charged over a thousand fir bThey cut holes in the tile, new commode and then left. This was after they no showed me on the job several times. Guess what?? I still had the blockage and had to call a different contractor. Worst experience ever

Half a** job. Trash still left in my garage paint cans, old trim everything. They smoked In the house and left the butts in the tier. Tries to scam for more money who paints over spots that need sanding or other obvious fixes? If you are a professional painter that is part of the job and part of your quoted price. Who just paints with out prepping? They just straight out lie. Asking me to give them a good review and saying they stand by their work. The definitely need supervision. I had trust in them as I lived out of state, but this was obviously a mistake. Additionally they took cut the pipes in my tub although it was supposed to go through my home warranty. They told me what they were going to put in an access panel and a shut off valve. This was prior to submitting the diagnosis to warranty... but because they denied it they want me to pay them on something they suggested with out giving me a price. But now they want me to pay them $400 extra when the leak was replacing a shower valve. But now they are just telling lies. Why would I pay out of pocket when the warranty company pays the labor. Don't trust Jodi! All they will say is this was before they were finished but these are current pics! 7/2/2022. Work was supposed to be complete 5/27/2022.

The work Zac and his team completed was all very good quality work. I have no complaints there. I do have complaints about the professionalism of the operation. Melissa is wonderful and responsive. However, the first quote we got did not include half of the items we requested -- I even provided a written list when he came for the free estimate. Zac was over 2 hours late to our actual scheduled service day (no call to let us know, only an email...which I do not check or get notifications for every hour), at which point he still did not have any of the materials to complete the jobs and went to the store no less than 5 times during the day. Thank goodness we are charged by the job and not the hour! The man working with Zac, I believe his name is Dave, was a rock star and completed most of the work while Zac was at the store. However, Zac did not effectively communicate to his assistant (wife) the items being quoted after we met the first time. I am extremely detail oriented and did not misspeak about what I wanted done--again, even provided a written list. But when the team came that day to do the work, they told us it would be hundreds more dollars to do what I had originally requested and what we thought we had already been quoted for. This would have affected our decision to hire the team at all if we had known this cost difference. (We asked for the storm door and complete surround and threshold of the door to be replaced. They apparently only quoted us to replace the storm door.)
After all of this and finding a compromise that day that included some additional cost on our end and some loss of what we wanted done, Zac had one more item he needed parts for and said he would come back the next day. Melissa called before they had even pulled away to take our payment and told us he was not available the next day. Fine. We booked for a few days out but he did not show that day, and we did not receive a phone call. When we called a few days later after no response to our email, they said their computers were down (again, fine) and booked us for the next week. This time, the one job was completed on time and of course well.

Tim was friendly, responsive and knowledgleable. He did a great time find the low hot water pressure from kitchen faucet and he replaced new parts so the hot water pressure was a lot better make my wife happy. Highly recommend use Greenwell Plumbing. The prices aren't too bad but gotta need to get it fix and no worry headache problems or frustrating. They'll take care of it for you.
