super speedy fast service! Main line sewer backed up today, I called at 2:30p and was first told they couldn't come today, got a referral to another company, I appreciated that. When the other company couldn't do it, I called back to schedule for tomorrow and Susan said she'd work something out. In less than an hour, Eddie showed up, attacked the problem and had the whole line running smooth and clear in 30 minutes. No extra charges, no surprises, no upsells, just a job well done for the price quoted on the phone. Plus, Eddie is a totally cool dude, professional and knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again for some time, but when I do, Plumber To The Rescue!

Mainline is incredible. They responded quickly when other companies took lots of time to get back to me. The owners went out of their way to help us with our emergency water leak. They were extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. Their staff is top notch.  We can not recommend them enough! We hope to never have a plumbing issue again but if we do, they will be our first call.

It is a bit early to give this. They are just finishing up on the job now. They were very responsive and I messaged the manager many times to ask questions and he messaged me back immediately. They seem to have many people involved and at least talk a good game. They were the only company that actually listen to me when I said I wanted to mount the unit inside. Everybody else nodded and then gave me an estimate for an outdoor installation. It is too early to see how everything holds up but it appears to be a good quality brand and hopefully it will stand up. I should update the review later, I guess.

So thankful to have found such a great plumbing company - I was looking for service in a pinch, upon discovering a steady leak dripping down out of a recessed light, from the upstairs level!  I quickly stumbled across Sunset West and spoke with Junior, who was super efficient and friendly with booking their first availability, which was the following day - this was perfectly fine as the dripping was steadily slowing down.  On the day of the service, Junior called to confirm the time frame and he wanted to check with me if it was ok that Jimmy would be running slightly late and if this still worked for me - I so appreciated the consideration!  Jimmy and his assistant arrived exactly as confirmed, and quickly assessed the issue - they went up to the second floor and immediately found the problem (very luckily only a faulty toilet supply tube).  They had to leave briefly in order to get the part (a longer-sized tube that they didn't have on-hand) and returned 45 minutes later, just as Jimmy told me how long it would take.  Again, I was so impressed with the consideration of a customer's time - this level of communication was pleasantly unexpected and refreshing.  Jimmy and his wonderful team are efficient, knowledgable, honest, and professional and the icing on the cake are their all around good vibes!  I felt lucky to have found Sunset West for a semi-emergency issue, but ended up finally finding a great plumber that I'm confident in calling upon in the future. Great service, no surprises. I was quoted a price, and charged that price, not even taxes! I asked for and was given a discount on a 3rd load, as I had nearly 5000 gallons to pump. Daniel was a pleasure to work with, he not only let me watch, but let me help (At no extra charge!), to remove every last bit of sludge from 2 tanks, one that had not been pumped in over 20 years. However, I suggest they employ a better method of removing  stuck man hole covers requiring less back breaking effort than the tools they carry at present.

Had a slow water draining issue with the kitchen sink so after self sleuthing for some time, decided to call Tony & Son to have professionals take a look.  Fernando picked up the phone and was very courteous and friendly in asking about my issue and setting up time.  There was a slight miscommunication error on my part so they had to show up a day later but they were very prompt in arrival.

Fernando and his partner checked the cleanout valve and asked me whether I wanted to snake it or hydro jet it (hydro being twice as expensive).  Based on his experience and recommendation, I went with regular old snake, which the process took about 15 minutes to setup and poke through.  Fernando showed me the grease that had accumulated in the pipes and tested the sink drain to make sure there wasn't any obstruction.  

The job came with a 30 day warranty which I thought was a nice touch, in case the problem is deeper than a regular old grease build up.  Based on my interaction with Fernando, who seemed very honest and genuine in his approach to plumbing and the technical know-how, I'd definitely hire them again for any future plumbing issues in the house.

They were fast. They showed up as the promised and early. We all know that is a difficult task for lots of service workers these days with that awful 4 hour window. They were courteous and friendly. He didn't try to talk me into a more expensive job. He knocked it out and charged me what was told to me on the phone, no surprises!

This review is late but I cannot express how appreciative I am of this company! At the beginning of August, there was a very unexpected and unpleasant emergency in our upstairs bathroom and it caused a lot of extra stress on an already busy and tough Monday morning. I called SoCal Plumbling & Rooter because my husband had hired them a year ago to fix our kitchen sink pipes/replace faucet and were very satisfied with the timely job and customer service.  I was surprised and thankful that they sent help within an hour to our house! Paul and Ezekiel were two of the nicest, warmest individuals and very professional throughout the process of unclogging our toilet/sink/tub (caused by toilet paper stuck 12 feet under ). They were upfront about pricing (which was reasonable for the job) and also honored a coupon that I had found on the company website. We were both very impressed and grateful for their timely response, concern, and ability to resolve the situation - it made our day! We will undoubtedly be calling on you guys in the future and recommending you to our family/friends -Thank you!

I rarely deal with plumbing issues but when I do I call Incredible Plumber they are quick and knowledgeable as well excellent customer service after the job was completed the owner called to do a follow up I recommend incredible Plumber 100%

We had an awesome experience with Tim. I called at 8:45am expecting to leave a message, but Tim answered after the first ring! To make things even better, he was here and FINISHED the job within an hour! I had a toilet giving off a sewage smell and after checking the pipes everything looked clear, however Tim used his instincts and kept at it and found a blockage that was likely a toy (thanks kids). Hopefully we don't have to call Tim any time soon, but if we do have any more drain issues I'm glad I have a guy!

Mr. Diaz  was busy Saturday, but offered to come by my home Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. to look at my plumbing problem. He was there bright and early. Resolved the problem instantly.  I was so impressed with his demeaner I asked him about a large, but important project I dreading. Installing a shower. Limited budget, but needs to get done. I look forward to his recommendation. Oh yes, he was spending the rest of the day with his familia.
