Great works guys! Thank you so much for coming on a short notice. My tenant sent me a photo of the ceiling with a puddle dripping down. 3 guys showed up and quickly accessed the situation, they advised me of the holes they needed to make before they started anything. Once confirmed they quickly found the problem, sent me an estimate and said they would come back in the morning and get started if I wanted. They sent me lots of photos and showed me exactly what the issue was. They are not pushy in any way and they were great at not getting the tenant upset in any way with their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

We needed our main line flushed ASAP! Within 2 hours Danny Rosas arrived and problem was fixed within an hour! Danny was friendly and patient and answered all our questions!

I called a few plumbers to get an estimate for moving a tub drain and relocating a toilet in our master bath.  He was one of four plumbers to come out and give an estimate.

Willy's Plumbing came out and gave a detailed estimate of what would be involved with the work and how much effort it would be to do the project. He came to do the work within a few days and spent all day moving the toilet and tub drain.

He was very professional and took proper precautions to make sure the work area was clean and tidied up before he left. The work came out great. I called him a few days later to help with another issue in the second bathroom. He came out on a Saturday and helped diagnose the problem. He came out within a few hours of being asked for his availability which was fantastic. I definitely would call Willy again if we have any other projects for Plumbing in the future.

This is the second time Sagee has come out to unclog our kitchen sink and address a leak. He and his team are always so professional and kind when they arrive. They took the time to walk me through the process, potential options, and pricing as well as took the extra step to crawl under my home to assess any other potential issues we may be having. I absolutely recommend using them always!

So we had a plumbing emergency on Super Bowl Sunday. Impossible, I know!  But we received a call back very promptly, saying they would be in touch in about an hour.  Assured us they would be out tonight for a hefty price, to which we agreed. Didn't hear back in a few hours. Called back, to hear that the worker ran out of gas, didn't have a gas card, and couldn't come out. We are screwed. No water for our family of five. Thank you Mr. Rooter. For nothing.

The ladies in the office were responsive and Luis the technician was very good. He explained everything to me and the price was reasonable.

I highly recommend All City Plumbing especially Zachary Talbot who is quick, honest, and an expert in what he does. He came due to a leak issue and was very prompt and professional and was able to pinpoint the root cause. Overall I had a 5 star experience with this gentleman so I highly advocate for him and his professionalism.

Last Friday evening, both of our toilets & showed started backing up on the house. We'd had smaller back-ups, but this was urgent. My wife called Ninja & we had Edgar at our house in an hour to clear the line... but his rooter was getting blocked, so he wanted to send someone Saturday morning to check the main sewer line with a camera.
Saturday morning, we watched as the camera snaked along the line & exposed some 70 year old cast iron pipes that wasn't replaced when our house was renovated prior to us buying in 2004 as well as cracks all along the clay (yes, clay) pipe that connects to the sewer line.
The clay pipe was also completely choked off by roots about 40 feet from the house.
We decided to reinforce the entire line with a new system where a resin sleeve is rolled out into the exiting pipe & becomes hard as a rock.
Edgar & his team didn't miss a beat and dug two, 4-foot holes to remove the cast iron, expand out 3 line to 4 and allow access to the long pipe connecting to the sewer.
The entire process was completed within 48-hours of our original call & now we have a 15 year warranty as well.
I can't thank Ninja & Edgar enough. We knew this fix was coming for years after semi-regular blockages, and it's nice to have the piece of mind that this issue is finally fixed!

I recommend Cosio's plumbing services if you have any plumbing issues to be dealt with. I called Gabe to help replace my shut off valve and dishwasher installation.  He was very responsive and helped me quickly fix the issues. The service was very good and he was very compliant with Covid and wore a mask at all times. Definitely give him a call!

In spite of any 5 star reviews received by this company, I am horrified by the treatment I received in May, 2018 and continue to find them unethical and rude in 2019. In 2018, I was desperate for a water heater and Rooter Hero was only too glad to accommodate me, but with price gouging. I hadn't had time to do my due diligence, but did so after the fact. I called around and got 3 estimates that were less than half of what they charged me. Actually, if you go online for prices, they are well less than half of what I paid. In fact, no one charges anywhere near for a water heater what they charged me. After I did my homework, I attempted to have conversations with the company and though the assistant continually said someone would contact me, they never did. At the time, I just didn't think to go to Small Claims Court.

But, after what has transpired in the past few weeks (Jan.-Feb. 2019), I will. Out of the blue, I received a phone call from Lyndee who said they were reviewing my business with Rooter Hero, that they were under new management and there was a new manager named Alex who would call me. After a week of not hearing from him, I contacted Lyndee and told her. She checked with him and he said he had called me yesterday and left a voicemail. I did not receive his voicemail so I made sure Lyndee had my correct number. I still did not hear from him so I contacted Lyndee again who said he would call later that day. He didn't. Next I heard from his assistant who wanted to once again review what had happened in May. She signed off saying he would call the next day. When I didn't hear from him again, I contacted Lyndee again, saying I felt disrespected. I have not heard from any of the aforementioned individuals. This is not a business to be recommended.
