He worked on both my bathrooms and my kitchen. Double and triple checked everything and asked me (several times) to call him back if I had any issues. BEST PLUMBER EVER! Highly recommended.

My wife and I could not be happier with the work that Matt and his crew did at our home. Long story short, we bought our house a year ago and after a pipe burst we realized that we needed to repipe the entire house. Matt was willing to come over late in the evening to accommodate our work schedules and crawl under the house to see what the problems were. The day of the job his crew was professional, courteous, and took plenty of time answering any and all questions that we had about what needed to get done. Found Jeremiah on Yelp and I'm glad I did. We had an issue with both the bathtub and toilet backing up. Jeremiah responded quickly and when it was discovered it was a bigger problem (pipes were completely blocked), he cancelled his other appointments to give us emergency service. He was able to fix it and also gave us some good recommendations going forward. His price was fair and he is a hard worker. Both my wife and I were very pleased with his service and have already recommended him to others. If you are looking for a plumber who is fair and works hard to get the job done, I would recommend Jeremiah's plumbing service.

When my ceiling started leaking I was freaking out, I didn't know who to call at almost 9PM, I had heard of them through a friend and I'm so glad I found ICP! They responded so quickly, came out that same night. Anthony was thorough but quick and most importantly so tidy. I will definitely be referring your company to all my friends and family! Extremely unprofessional. Called the number, was then texted by a different number that the plumber would reach out to his technician. The technician then texted me and said everyone was busy and he would be at my place at 7AM the next day. I confirmed the appointment, then the technician never showed up! I woke up at 6AM on my day off to meet him, nothing happened. I texted, received no response until 9:30AM claiming he overslept. I will not be using this service again.

We had plumbing issues and called Dependable based on their strong yelp reviews. Tony answered my call before he'd even made it to his office in the morning and was at our home in less than 90 minutes to address the problem. He was prompt, friendly and provided exceptional service at a fair price. I recommend Dependable Rooter and Plumbing and would use them again. Thank you Tony.

We noticed there was a possible leak above our garage. Within the same day, LC came to assess if it was a plumbing issue or structural. After determining it was indeed a plumbing issue, we had him go ahead to locate and repair the leak. He was very transparent about what he was doing and why. Because of wood beams obstructing the view from inside, he determined he would need to go outside through the stucco. Because we have an HOA, we asked if he could wait until we notified them and went ahead and made an appointment for him to come the next morning. He arrived right at the appointed time and found the leak right away. I was very satisfied with the work done and his price was very fair.

He was upfront from the beginning that he would only be able to identify and repair the leak and referred us to another company for the water damage repair and patching the stucco. I was happy for his honesty and the referral and I was glad he also notified us to check with our home insurance regarding the water damage.

I would recommend LC to anyone I know personally and would consider consulting them again for any future plumbing projects or issues.

I would give more stars if I could, I highly recommend this company. They have given us the best experience we have ever had in regards to plumbing repair. My husband called after hours on a Saturday due to our kitchen sink backing up/overflowing. A technician ( Chris) was there within the hour and successfully fixed the problem with NO mess. I did not have to clean up anything myself, Chris left my kitchen and under cabinet as clean as when he arrived. I again called Professional  Plumbing (IE) after hours due to a bathroom wall leak and Chris was out the next day to repair the problem. He was available quickly over multiple days and didn't drag out our repair over weeks and weeks as some other companies are known to do. Chris went above and beyond to make sure our bathroom is now in tip top shape with new plumbing, drainage, and a newly installed bathtub. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I did not feel like I was being gauged on the price. And again, he left everything clean. I have had experiences with other companies where I was left with a huge mess to clean up. All of the work Chris did is clean and neat as well, he is quick and efficient but definitely ensures good quality work. My husband and I plan to have Chris back to redo the rest of the plumbing in our home in the near future. I can say with certainty that I will never use another plumbing company again. Jaime came to check out our backflow system within a few hours, he's very honest and straight to the point, he suggested to remove a few things and try to clean out system first before we even waste all kinds of time and money trying to replace the whole unit (originally got a quote for $1300 from another repair company). Took like an hour and the job was done and it only cost us $65 and the system stopped leaking, that's right...we saved $1235. Loved the service, highly recommended!!

No call no show. Couldn't make it to our 8am-10am appointment which we made yesterday on a Sunday. Today is Monday, no one calls no one shows up in the time provided so we call and they say let us call you right back. But there was no call back. So an hour later we call again and we get the let us call you right back crap again. Will not be getting our business. Good luck.

Before deciding to complete a whole repipe of a house, I did as much research as possible and got as many quotes as feasible. After much deliberation, I went with Mitch Clemmons Plumbing. Because I'm a woman, there's always certain dangers in dealing with home matters. All that said, I feel like Mitch Clemmons is a very honest business to deal with. Shockingly so. I am amazed and thankful. The repipe was done quickly and efficiently. There was a contract signed with a warranty. This company has stuck with its word. With any issues that arose, the company owner has always made honorable decisions in his dealings with me. Additionally, I feel safe with the technicians that come to my house. They set appointments and keep them. The person who takes the appointments sends texts and emails corroborating the time and date. The morning of the appointment, a text is sent with a map provided to track the tech so as to be ready for when they arrive. In terms of pricing, they have a system to where it is set. They send quotes and receipts via email. I find this incredibly convenient. I plan on continuing to use their services for years to come because I have found that it is difficult to find reliable and trustworthy assistance. I am happy with all the end result of their services. I'd definitely recommend them due to their professionalism, transparency and the quality of their work.

I recently telephoned Coast Plumbing, Heating & Air to repair a flush problem on our upstairs toilet. I obtained the Coast telephone number from an internet advertisement. Vince, the plumber, re-installed a new Flushmate device that I had received from the manufacturer after the old one conked out. Vince explained about this rather strange device. Flushmate is an unusual type of toilet tank, generally used only in large business buildings. It is a single, closed unit, installed in the toilet. It is designed so that people can't put anything else inside or fiddle with the parts as some people do, but that also means that one little thing goes wrong on the inside and you have to replace the whole thing. Vince told us what the options were & since we had already received the new one from the manufacturer, we had him replace it. I don't believe there is more than one person in 10,000 that knows about, or understands the intricacies of this device. (It was used almost exclusively, with wall mounted toilets, which  unfortunately, is what we have.) Vince was very professional and efficient, while at the same time being personable and interesting to talk to. He also repaired  an additional toilet, downstairs, that we were having problems with. We were relieved because we knew this was a free standing toilet. Coast Plumbing & Heating is now our first, last, and only choice. They are professional and knowledgeable, as well as being service oriented and that counts for a lot.

Scheduled 4 separate plumbers to troubleshoot main filter leak and faulty saltwater softener. Of the 3 that inspected, only Justen from Lowrey's Plumbing (family owned and operated) spotted other critical issues (acidic discharge from tankless water heater that already ate thru previously installed copper pipes - other 2 plumbing companies completely missed it; as well as the discharge that was eroding the concrete walkway opposite the wall).

Justen was punctual with keen eyes to spot root cause on issues and honest, as he was competent with recommendation at sensible cost-effective (e.g., discharge without expensive new drainage) solutions. He was thorough and kept the work area tidy. Prompt responses and surprisingly patient with numerous questions I peppered him with. Justen is my go-to plumber I highly trust and recommend to family and friends.

The kitchen sink backed up on the weekend (of course). Hubs took the trap apart, and in the process found the pipe completely clogged with years of gunk, and un-fixable. Crap. So we jumped onto Yelp to find a plumber.

Sergio came out on time that Monday and gave us a very reasonable estimate w/ best-worst pricing. It was WAY less than we expected. We scheduled for the next day- the pipe in the wall under the sink needed to be replaced- a 4 hour job. Sergio was

2 other plumbers including Roto-Rooter attempted to fix my shower drain clog and even wanted to charge me $2600 to fix all the pipes!!!  Then Mr Rooter plumbers came claiming they could fix anything and also failed advising in new pipes.  Instead kens plumbing who has a relationship with my HOA came out and fixed with a non machine powered snake of all things, incredible!!!  Saved me soooooo much money!!!!! Could not recommend them more highly, most skilled plumbers you can find.
