Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Long Beach CA

I had two bath tubs that were backed up. Another company came out and said it wasn't possible. Kris called me up and said it likely just needs someone more experienced to do it. He was able to go out within the hour though he was booked solid until the evening and unclog the plumbing! This company is legit, responsive, fast, and an awesome price. All around excellent customer service.

Rick was great, on time, knew his stuff, the price for our new AC unit and furnace was really good.  When something minor happened after installation, he responded quickly and fixed it.  Thanks for the strong work Rick, we appreciated it.

Honestly.  Just a fast responding honest plumber.  I called on a Thursday late afternoon and Luis the Champ !!! Was out in no time to unclog my drain -  due to my lovely employee who loves sticking wipes in the toilet.

I had called other places and they lagged and also quoted me double of Rubios.

I needed a hot water heater repair because I literally had no hot water and was trying to get it repaired before the weekend.
He made it to my house as his last stop of the day on Friday and I was so grateful I didn't have to go without hot water all weekend or just get charged a crazy amount!

Trust me, if you need help with your hot water heater look no further. They are the best of the best!

I had a lot of tree root blockage in my main drain. They came out and installed a clean out and then Hydro jetted out the drain. They had a camera down the drain as they were Hydro jetting and I had three huge tree root blockages that they got rid of. It was amazing that I had any drainage flow at all! Everyone that came out was very professional and did a great job.

Had a sewage back up and needed same day service to snake the our line. Lio was available and showed up on time,. He verified the problem and got to work right away. Cleared the line and snaked the line an additional time for good measure. Check both toilets and drains after 5 flush runs and running the water. Even ran a camera to check the line since we were first time customers. No hidden costs or tried to sell us on additional work. Good honest plumber! High recommend!

I called them because they had some great reviews on Angies List. My garbage disposal stopped working and wouldnt switch on no matter what I did.
They were at my house the next day, and diagnosed it was really an electrical issue. They had gotten everything working,  but said it was bound to happen again soon. They offered a recommendation of an electrician,  too.
End result? They did not charge me for the visit. They were nice, polite and i will definitely call on them again if i need their plumbing expertise.

We needed a snake done on a clogged kitchen line on Labor Day weekend. Jorge M. came out within an hour or two of the call, was very nice, very professional, and got the job done quickly. Thank you Jorge M and thank you Homex. Happy to recommend.

Once again they came through. Service is prompt, the employees are kind and courteous. They explain things thoroughly and often and they is super important!! They allow you to ask as many questions and they take their time to explain to make sure you understand what is going on.
Took a couple of days (and 2 weeks of no kitchen sink) but they got the whole house re-pipes and working again. It was only a matter of time they said the last time they came out and they were right! The 1st day they were here 9 Am I think it was until 9-9:30 at night!! Worked in the dark with outside lights and cellphone lights! They are hardcore!

Hot water ... man, you don't appreciate it until it's gone. My 11-year-old water heater bit the dust. Trying to save a buck, I waited a week for parts and tried to fix it myself. Well, that didn't go so well. Anyway, I called Zorro and had a new one installed same day. All these fabulous reviews are totally true. Quality work at a good price. If you need a water replaced, call Z&H.

We contacted Professional Plumbing for a commercial job we needed to get done. First red flag was where they didn't show up for the appointment to make a bid. I called them and they said they called me but no one did. I was told by their rep that since I was a no response, they would have to reschedule when they had an opening.

I explained to her that I already called before the appointment, talked to Jay to mention that I would head to the location since I didn't want to be late and she claimed it must have been a miscommunication, so they rescheduled for that afternoon.

Met the rep, was told we would get a quote on Tuesday or Wednesday ( the appointment was on Monday afternoon). Come by Friday, still no follow up, quote or even any contact. I called them, they said they are closed and I mentioned that I was supposed to get a quote by Wednesday morning.

Liz calls some people and calls back that they needed to run the quote by the owner and would get back to me on Monday since this is thanksgiving weekend.

I was fine with that, but the entire following week, no phone call, no follow up, no quote. I get it, you don't want to do my business, but you could just tell me instead of having me wonder. Of course, since this company started acting flaky, I already contacted other companies and I hope to get the work done soon.

My experience has been flaky at best, but maybe yours will be better, but I wouldn't count on it.

Why two stars? At least Liz did some investigation and called back. Otherwise, it would have been 1 star.

As to the response from the business owner, the tech didn't call me In the morning. The tech also, never even gave a quote to even understand what was needed.
