Best Sewer Line Installation in Long Beach CA

Had a toilet that wouldn't flush, I plunged it for hours and decided to call alpine, within 5 minutes of them getting to my home and only 35 minutes after calling them they had my toilet flushing. Kris is awesome!!! If you are looking for someone reliable, and trustworthy you need to CALL Kris. I am out of town and I asked yelp to quote a repair on my hose bib and Kris responded in minutes. Yesterday my tenant had a leak on a toilet and Kris was at the property within house and this wasn't an emergency. He is a great communicator and sends me pictures of the job when it's finished as well as a professional invoice. He is sooooo darn good  and Professional that I will recommend him to everyone. I will not use anyone else. He is my go-to Plumber for my rental.

I called Patrick early this morning because our water heater went out with no explanation (it's brand new ). He was so friendly and understanding and even adjusted his busy schedule to swing by to fix it for us since he knew how terrible it would be without a water heater in the cold!

I was initially hesitant since his number of reviews was low. To be honest, he deserves a five-star. He was on time professional and honest, and he did an absolute clean, amazing job. He checked for our gas pipeline and fixed the leaks, and then he found a couple of problems with our sewage and fixed them. He was on time, open about the next steps, and what he expected to finish them. They cleaned before leaving and left the place after cleaning everything. They cleaned the main sewage and fixed our main water shut-off valve as well.

I am very pleased with Mattucci plumbing!  Jacob gave us a great price & he was extremely professional given the world's circumstances.  I appreciated the fact that he was extra cautious to ensure the safety of everyone who was home.  I will definitely continue to go to them for my plumbing problems.

Steven came out within 45 minutes after my call for a drain clog. He was professional and so polite and considerate of my home and not hurting the stucco. I needed to identify a leak source that could have been from 3 separate unique sources. We needed this to complete an insurance claim for the water damage in our house. Awesome group of plumbers to work with.  I wanted to get sewer service line up to code that was put in by a previous contractor.  It was hard to find a master plumber who would get a permit for work done by a previous contractor. I love sewers rooter and plumbing not only educated me but got it done same day.

All of the workers involved were highly personable and trust worthy as well as being a nice group of people.  Carlos attention to detail is amazing.  I actually at times go downstairs to see the work that Carlos did;  it looks so nice and professional that I consider it artwork!  Their prices are very reasonable also which is another plus!

Of all the days of the year our air conditioner had to act up, it was last night. Thank God for the ceiling fan, we survived the heat. I went to Yelp this morning and looked for an air condition repair company. To my  surprise, almost everyone was closed. I read the reviews for Stephens Plumbing & Heating and read great reviews. I called and a real live person answered the phone (good sign). She said, your technician's name is Poncho and he will be there at your place between now and 11:00 (it was around 9:15 when I called). Poncho arrived around 10:00. He was courteous and asked me a handful of questions. He asked if he can check the condenser, which is the hunk of machine located on our roof. Sure enough, the condenser is dead. He opened it and right away he said, I suspect this is part of the motor that is bad. Luckily, he had this part in his truck. A quick installation (about 10 mins.) voila! condenser is running again. From start to finish, it only took him less than 25 mins. to get our air conditioner running again. Disaster diverted. We are one happy customer!  After 30 minutes when Poncho left, Eric called and asked me how did the work go and was everything to our satisfaction. I told Eric I felt lucky to have found them. I highly recommend Stephens Plumbing & Heating. Oh, Poncho even pointed out our current AC unit system is on the small side based on the square footage of our condo and suggested in the future to replace the size to a 3 ton system.  Again, I highly recommend this company and I am a very satisfied customer !!!

A few years ago I had a bathroom and laundry room redone upstairs at my house by a contractor who did some really crappy work.   Recently, the bathroom upstairs starting raining water down to the living room below whenever the kids were running the shower.  I had Paul come over to take a look and he quickly found the problem.   The contractor actually used a plastic nipple for the connection between the valve and the shower head (can you believe it?).   Paul took care of that and while he was there he looked over the other plumbing problems we were having from the same contractor.  He gave me an estimate to take care of it all that day.  I've had Paul over the house once before for a sewer problem and already trusted him.   He was here with his helper most of the day and when it was all done he actually came in under his estimate.    Who does that?

I was going to be just satisfied with getting the job done right, but for Paul to come in below his estimate after I was willing to pay the original amount has to be one of the best signs of an honest contractor that I have ever heard of.

Companies like this deserve our business and I know I'll keep using him.
