Alex and Jay from Ixtapa Construction are magicians. They took our idea for changing out our primary bathroom, suggested enhancements, and made it reality. In fact, we ended up having two bathrooms remodeled by Ixtapa during the pandemic. They possess a wealth of knowledge about the construction/remodeling business and took time to review options, whether for room layout, glass shower doors, sink cabinets, tile installation or shower drains. In the primary bathroom, they removed a wall and relocated the toilet, the shower and the tub, which entailed relocating plumbing works and electrical wiring, moving hvac duct work, and installing hardy backer panels and drywall. For good measure, they replaced some of our old windows and added a few new ones, put in heating for the tiled floors, and installed a pocket door in the new bathroom entrance.
The second bathroom was easier as it 'only' required fixture updates, new flooring and tilework. Their workmanship remained high quality throughout both projects, and was particularly evident in the complex tile worked they performed in both bathrooms. Their staff are highly skilled workers and a pleasure to work with.

I met Kris recently at my duplex in long beach for an extensive list of plumbing needs. He was very courteous, on time and did not try to make my job sound harder or more expensive than it was. I was looking to get all my faucets replaced with shut off valves. I had another plumber come right before him and acted like faucet replacement was rocket science. Kris just explained it was all labor but very straightforward job. I was confident in hiring him. His bid for the job was very fair too. I didn't end up using him because my place had a long list of other handyman task so went that direction. Hopefully won't come back to bite me but I know if I need a plumber in the future Kris has earned my business.

My wife and I recently had to get our sewer lines and main water service replaced.  It all started with an old rusty galvanized steel bathroom downpipe that had closed because of age and corrosion.  They scoped our system and found numerous trouble spots.  The main sewer to the street was also in bad shape, with 3 level changes from the house to the parkway.  

Leo, Jesse, and their team knocked it out in one day.  New sewer and PVC on all drains and sewer.  They were informative throughout the whole process.  

Leo also did our main water service.  Our pipes were so corroded from the meter to the house that they were falling apart.  Leo finished in about 4 hours, which included digging out the old pipe.  

Fitzgerald plumbing is reasonably priced. Their plumbers are professional and honest, and they are on time and work quickly.

I called Luis to get a quote to replace our single faucet his & her vanity. Luis responded right away and set up a time for installation. He had to get additional hoses for the sinks and installed it right away. Luis checked the bottom of the pipes and noticed a small leak. He told me to get flex tape to put in the area for a temporary fix. Luis was a honest young man and his pricing was fair. I was impressed that the hard work he put in to have his own plumbing business. I will have him service my tankless water heater

This company has GREAT customer service. I had a supply water line leak 10/17 they fixed it and did a cement patch. In December of 2017 my tenant moved out or the house I rent. I had trouble with a Delta shower valve I bought for the remodel project. When the company sent out their plumber to fix the valve  he looked at the patch the other man did took pictures and turned it into the office to have it redone. Mike from Mattucci called me to schedule someone to come and fix the patch. Same man who did the patch came to re-do it. About 5 days later. NO CHARGE. The plumber who came to fix the shower valve charged me $175, he didn't fix the issue, after hours on the same day (a Friday) the shower valve failed again. The plumber doing my install came over after Friday after working all day and took the cartridge apart finding springs sideways. Long story short I was not charged for a fix that wasn't fixed.
I called Delta and they sent me a new cartridge free. So far valve is working problem free.

We had an appointment set up today and Steven arrived 10 minutes early! We talked a lot over the phone about the issue so he was prepared right when he came down! He made his way into the crawl space under my house to inspect my pipes! He took pictures to show us what was going on and snaked the drain twice! He told me that the pipes will need to be replaced because it's over 60 years old which we knew as well so he was very careful. When we are ready to make that decision we well Cal Steven!

I would definitely recommend Jesse to whoever needs plumbings services! He is responsive, showed up on time, did a great job to solve the issue and helped to clean up the site. I have been having leaking issues with the old copper pipes in my front yard. It's the time I have to repipe the main water supply line from city meter to my house. Jesse used type L copper pipe (thicker type) and dug at least 12 inch deep to repipe my main water supply. He also hydro drilled the pipe to go through my concrete driveway without breaking it! His did a great job in compliance with my city code; the inspector came and signed off my permit right the way. I also want to mention that Jesse's estimate is very affordable, comparing to some crazy estimates I have received. Talk to Jesse! He will help you to fix your pipe! I can't recommend him enough!

Our garbage disposal wasn't clogged, jammed or inoperative.  It just didn't dispose of anything!  After trying to remedy it ourselves, we found Graham Plumbing .  They were  extremely responsive, professional and helpful.
Kyle, the technician, was personable and straightforward. He couldn't find anything wrong either, but if we wanted to replace it, he could do that on the spot.  No sense in keeping one that no longer worked, so we gave him the go-ahead.  He was in and out in less than 30 minutes, no muss, no fuss.  The new disposal is working perfectly.

Harry's Rooter and Plumbing was referred to us by another company who couldn't come out the day we called. The original call was for a clogged kitchen sink. Steve came out to repair the clog and did a great job, removing years of sludge from the pipes. During the repair, it was noticed that we had a leaking pipe in the wall behind the sink which meant coming out again to break into the wall behind the sink. We have a house that was built in the 1050's and I'm so glad we found the leak because upon further inspection, much of the cast iron pipes under the house had corroded and cracked. It was a disaster in the making and was fixed before getting worse.  I was very surprised that the cost for the repair was well below what I expected and the work was done in a very short amount of time.  I will definitely recommend this company to all of my neighbors and friends.

Called this placed and gave our informations.   The man on the phone, mumbling and told me he will be there between 2-4pm.    He never showed up.    so I call him back around 5pm....   he tells me appointment is for tomorrow 2-4pm.    Ok, miscommunication, I thought.     next day comes,  NO SHOW.   NO PHONE CALLS.          Bad business..... I would not waste calling this place, I don't care how good the plumber he is.   very disappointed even though he has decent YELP reviews.

Kody was super responsive. Reached to me after hours and answered questions for me so I would understand. Came out couple days later and finished the job quickly in 20 min (I had a leaky outdoor faucet). The job was clean and even cleaned up after which was very nice. Professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

Juan at NexGen HVAC was not only early to our appointment, but he fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes. He was super nice and accommodating and did a great job. I would absolutely no only use NexGen again but recommend to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing needs!

I had a main drain that was clogged. I started my search reviewing plummer's. I chose TP Rooter because they had 5 stars and their web site had the very exact problem I was having. Which was when I took a shower the toilet started making a noise and water was backing up in the shower and toilet. I gave them a call, and i'm glad I did.  He explained to me how the pipes run thru the house, since one side of the house was flowing fine but the other side was where the problem was. Eddy explained to me what he was going to do. He was very nice and professional. The price was very reasonable. I defiantly will use again and I would highly recommend.

Great customer service I highly recommend this company for any mainline plumbing sewers. I had a mainline blockage they stopped by late night and cleared mainline and give us a free Camara inspection. Found roots in mainline and recommended a clean out install at a reasonable price. I never leave reviews but today I had to I am thankful for their services

We called two days in advance to make absolutely sure they would be here at 9 AM Monday because we had a very important meeting later that day. Incredibly, they showed up at 10 AM. When they weren't finished, they had to come back and they actually had the nerve to train charges $50 for the return trip that was caused by their original tardiness! On top of that, they ran hour and a half late back to finish the job!

Yes they did the job, but they don't seem to understand that being on time and charging the agreed-upon amount is not the customer's responsibility. It is their responsibility. If you enjoy plumbers who show up an hour and a half late, then you'll love these guys. Otherwise, find someone else.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER.  Unless you like paying a premium for the work, taking for ever to get the job done,  and receiving substandard customer service.  I have been dealing with Gorsuch for the past four months and it has been the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor.  I am the president of a homeowner's association and Gorsuch was recommended to us by the HOA management company as a plumbing company of size and reputation to get a larger project done.  I don't know how they have built this so-called great reputation.  When they came out to bid a gas re-piping and new gas meter job for a 21 unit building in Long Beach, it was a disaster from the start.  After agreeing to pay upwards of $35,000 for this project and signing a contract that said it would take about two weeks, I specifically asked to be kept abreast of the project.  Instead, this two week project turned into a four month nightmare!  I don't fault the workers, but the owner/manager, Matthew, had the communication and business skills on par with any organization that has driven themselves out of business for not listening to the consumer.  You would have thought that a $35,000 job would have come with some progress updates.  Instead, they complained about trenching under the building and lack of cooperation from the tenants for access.  This is something they knew from the moment they bid the project.  But instead of communicating these issues, they just let it drag on.  I still to this day do not know what took so long.  I was told at the beginning of the job, that the gas would remain on in the units that did not have leaks, that the city would turn on the meters as they passed inspection, etc.  All these were either lies or a general lack of knowledge on the City of Long Beach policies.  The outcome was that 21 units went without gas for heating and for cooking for FOUR months!  To pour salt in the wound, I facilitated getting access to some units by hand delivering keys to their receptionist.  They lost the keys and then tried to say that I had given them different keys and point the finger at me.  I sent them so many emails asking for updates that went unanswered.  The sad part is that Gorsuch was so short sided as the association had voted to allow only one plumbing company to do all future work on the building and that company was to be Gorsuch.  Now, we have voted to ban them from ever doing business with our association again.  Lastly, the units in the building are owned by investors, Realtors, property managers and others who would have the ability to recommend Gorsuch for many other plumbing jobs.  Instead I will recommend everyone to avoid them; especially on big jobs at condos, apartment buildings etc.  Their motto is Putting pipes in their place since 1939  It wouldn't surprise me if some of those jobs are still waiting for those pipes!
