Had a toilet that wouldn't flush, I plunged it for hours and decided to call alpine, within 5 minutes of them getting to my home and only 35 minutes after calling them they had my toilet flushing. 5 star experience with Ixtapa. I needed some intensive remodeling in my kitchen and these guys managed to knock down a wall, cover a door and build another one in a matter of two days. Not only they were blazing fast, but the quality of their work was top-notch, all of that for an unbeatable price. Alex and Jay, on top of being super nice guys are also extremely knowledgeable and their tips and tricks while I was doing some renovation myself in other parts of the house were more than helpful. We are already planning on having them doing some more construction work in our attic and our garage that we want to remodel into a studio. You are in expert hands with Ixtapa, I strongly recommend!

Wow, such fast, great and amazing service! Our garbage disposal had malfunctioned and we needed help sooner than later. We called on a Saturday and made an appointment for Tuesday.
When Kristopher arrived, he took COVID-19 safety measures by wearing a mask, maintaining his distance and covering his shoes. He arrived at the beginning of the service window time promised. He asked us a few follow-up questions and went straight to work.

He was patient, courteous, and efficient. Kristopher came out and not only fixed the disposal but also advised us on how to eliminate the funny smell eminating from the sinks. Best of all, his rate was reasonable!! He offered to come back and do an assessment for us.

When he came back, he examined our system (inside and outside pipes including the crawl space). While here, he fixed a leaking outside faucet. He followed up by sending us a list of recommendations for maintenance.

Overall, we are more than satisfied with the service and have found our new plumber!

Luis was super responsive when we need a prompt service. He appeared in my place within 30mins after I called, which was super helpful since we really need a restroom. It took us a few hours since our job is on the complicated side, but he was able to finish it with patience and dedication. Mattucci plumbing is great.  They were a huge help.  I called them up late evenings during the holidays.  Not only did they schedule me for the next day (it was critical to get fixed as we were having some friends over for a bday celebration), and they were on time.  Took care of the clog no problem and were very reasonably priced.  Had another issue today (I blame the kids), again came out same day and took care of the problem.  Highly recommend.

My shower was leaking from inside the wall. I called Stephen and he started troubleshooting over the phone and even had me send video. He came the next day and took care of my issue and explained what the problem was and how he would be fixing it. Was COVID prepared and even connected with me a day later to make sure everything was good. Highly recommended.

Simple installation of a new toilet: Jesse arrived on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. He even had the longer hose with the correct diameter fitting that I was missing. Friendly and professional. Thank you for a job well done.

I called Graham Plumbing to help with a leak... Kyle our plumber worked efficiently and his work was exceptional. Pricing was reasonable and he left offering advice on how to avoid future issues. Best plumbing service I've ever had!

As if Monday's aren't hard enough, our plumbing backup yesterday AM.

A neighbor recommended Harry's Rooter & Plumbing (562) 598-7813. I called them and a few others. Harry (seriously, I think it was 'the Harry') rang me back at exactly 8 am. Brandon showed up at 830 and had dug a 4ft hole to access my main line, cut the main line, snaked it and patched it in such a way that it no longer required digging all by 1230.

All is well.

This was all for a reasonable price.

He was polite, communicative and professional.

I highly recommend them.

Outstanding, reliable, consistent, quick service and repair.  they don't try to upsell you on parts and labor; they take care of what needs to be done.  Renee gets back to you right away, Matt always enters my house with clean feet and a kind and helpful attitude.  Both sent our family a condolence card in response to a death in the family; such a community and gracious extra mile to go for customers...they get it...I'd always call them first and I'd always trust them and believe their judgement with  repairs.

Kody installed a new water line for my pot filler faucet.  He did such a GREAT job!!!  My husband and I couldn't be happier!!!  Kody was super thorough, explaining everything he was going to do from start to finish.  We really appreciate the excellent, work!  I will definitely be using Prolific Plumbing again!  A BIG thanks to you Kody!!!

Steer clear of these guys. They are dishonest and will lie to convince you to buy something you don't need.

I own rental properties and generally have a good team of vendors. I had a tenant call on a Friday evening of a 3 day holiday to light a pilot light.

Unfortunately our regular HVAC guy was on vacation and I reached out to Yelp to find someone who could safety check, clean dust off, and light pilot light on an old floor furnace ASAP. I was very specific on Yelp about the needed service, even giving the name of the furnace.  I received many responses, most were unavailable due to the holiday, but I did receive a reply from NexGen who said they had that exact service for $89.99 and could be there the next AM. I called and spoke to someone and gave exact instructions, and told them again, not to sell up, or frighten the tenant with scare tactic's to sell a new furnace (this isn't my first rodeo).

Just do the service.

NexGen arrived exactly on time and were escorted to the furnace. According to the tenant he didn't even get on his knees to look at it, but immediately proclaimed the furnace a danger!!! He said a new furnace was mandatory. The tenant called me immediately threatening lawsuits unless I bought a new furnace (guess that was NexGens play). I attempted to calm them and explained the furnace was fine and would be safe. I explained NexGen was lying to sell a furnace. They were not convinced. 2 days later my regular HVAC guy (licensed) arrived and performed the service, safety inspection, and got the the pilot light lit. He assured them it was perfectly safe and not to worry. Unfortunately the tenant had already begun moving out, and accused the plumber of lying to them on my behalf. They were out the next day, 6 months early on their lease.

I had then had SoCal gas come in and sign off on the unit. After inspection he said that this unit would last safely for many decades to come and 50% of the homes he looked at in the area had this exact furnace. It's a great reliable furnace and he added, ours was in great shape.

NexGen called about 5-6 days later and eventually sent an invoice ($$$) for a new furnace. I told them what had happened and he was speechless (but not surprised?). Guess the whole point was to terrorize the tenant, who in turn would scream at me till I overspent on a new furnace.

Not sure if this tactic is illegal but it should be. This has cost me money and significant stress. I can only hope there is a special place in hell for those using these sales techniques.

This was a pretty good experience considering the issue. Cory came over right away and fixed the issues in a couple days. Would definitely call him again.

Ed answered my late night call. I sent texts regarding a leak in the house. It was a strange place and he admitted that it was not something he commonly dealt with but referred me to two separate people he trusted. Not many people go through the trouble of doing that these days, and for that alone he deserves five stars. Thanks ed.

Very friendly and punctual. Gave a great price. I totally recommend them. Our tub was clogged up, well so we thought but Carlos notices it was that the pipe was broken he gave us a great price. They also cleaned up after themselves. If you need a plumber call them I recommend them.

Gorsuch did a professional and great job in fixing a serious leak.  Roland and Brett were amazing and worked for hours late into the evening to make sure we were fine and had water.  Since we have a very elderly parent with us we were so appreciative.  I highly recommend these two.
