Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Waited two hours. No show, no communication.  Obviously not reliable.

Name is Mike, not Mark.  You have never been out for an estimate and you did not call me yesterday.  I believe you have me mixed up with someone else.

Fitzgerald Plumbing has come through for us on many occasions! Patrick is great and shows up when he says he will and does a great job. I own a construction company but I also have rental properties and he is my go-to guy when we have plumbing issues for both business and personal.

We had a main sewer line blockage at my house, all the drains stopped. We couldn't shower. We couldn't use the toilet. We called another plumbing company first, they got out here really quickly truth be told. They tried snaking the line which didn't work. Then they ran a camera inspection to see what was wrong. After that they said my drain pipes needed to have a Jetter cleaning done. I agreed and they ran their machine. It cost me over $800 and later that week my drains were clogged again! This company said they would charge again to come out so I called another company. Daniel's brought a Jetter that was so much larger and more impressive than the first plumbers that I couldn't believe they could both be called Jetters. Daniel's said they had to run their camera because they couldn't trust the first guys. This was the only negative, mostly because I had to pay for something I already had done and had pictures of. Daniel's said they had to run their own so I said fine. They ran their machines for 20 minutes and they cleared the entire drain line. They ran their camera again afterwards and it was totally clean. As I said the only negative was that I had to pay twice for the camera since I had the pictures of the problem. But Daniel's did give me a good price at $600.

We recently moved to a new home with automatic flushing toilets that kept flushing by themselves and tanks that kept running. After wrestling with our Home Warranty company (who sent us two plumbers who would not diagnose/resolve the issue), we were finally able to hire our own plumbers to fix the problem. Enter Mattucci Plumbing. I was encouraged by the high # of positive reviews and they also offer virtual estimates (greatly appreciated during Covid pandemic times)!  I have a newborn and didn't want to keep having multiple plumbers come in/out and increase our risk of exposure. Mike the operations mgr was very responsive/quick and flexible to work with. This was greatly appreciated because one of the other plumbing companies never picked up the phone and I was constantly leaving VM. Matt M was the plumbing technician who did the virtual/phone estimate and installation. He was straight forward and honest. Gave me a price for replacement toilet tanks and labor. He also provided transparent pricing and was very responsive to my questions. When he came to do the installation, he was a gregarious and pleasant person to work with. Overall we had a positive experience and would work with Mattucci's again for future plumbing needs.

Graham was the only service that answered right away and was available for weekend services without hesitation. All the other guys' answering services  say they'll  call you back but don't! I had an urgent situation and needed someone out right away. Graham's guy was out right away and made sure our pipes were unclogged! True dedication to excellence! Thank you!

Throughout the years we've had good and bad experiences with plumbers, but never had that golden Aha! moment where we knew we had found someone completely perfect in every way...until we were introduced to Mike's Plumbing.

We met Mike Mazon through default as our Homeowner's Association sent him to repair an issue in a common line.  While fixing the issue at hand, Mike noticed a few issues that we had been neglecting, and asked if we wanted him to fix those while he was there.  We were apprehensive about additional time and expense, but hesitantly agreed.

Mike fixed the problems with expediency, charging us only for parts...a parts price which was far lower than what we have priced out in a desperate do-it-ourselves phase.  He also gave us free advice on how to maximize the life of our equipment, and cleaned out a few rusted pipes before leaving.

We have never looked back.

Mike's Plumbing is a family business that gets everything right.  He and his crew are reliable, trust-worthy, honest, and affordable.  His work is beautiful and enhances the appearance and functionality of our home.  He is available on short notice.  Plumbing expertise is in his blood - he can diagnose and fix a problem without hesitancy.  He has always gone the extra mile to completely resolve all issues and will never cut corners when addressing your particular problem.  When you and your neighbors greet a plumber happily by name when he's in your neighborhood, you know you've found someone special.

I almost hesitate to write this review, as I don't want others to discover this treasure and make him hard to get a hold of!  But, I believe in paying it forward...

Good Plumber.  Called on a Sunday morning to fix a clogged drain, and he came by 20 minutes later.  Normal price of $90, but had to pay for Sunday overtime (which he did warn me about) and paid $132.

I would use them again.

Outstanding, reliable, consistent, quick service and repair.  they don't try to upsell you on parts and labor; they take care of what needs to be done.  Renee gets back to you right away, Matt always enters my house with clean feet and a kind and helpful attitude.  Both sent our family a condolence card in response to a death in the family; such a community and gracious extra mile to go for customers...they get it...I'd always call them first and I'd always trust them and believe their judgement with  repairs.

Our sink had a major backup and blockage, ProFix came out the next morning and snaked the clean out with ease, clearing the blockage.  It's now been a month since the service and everything is running perfectly!  We are so happy.  Super friendly guys, fast, easy, clean.  Best plumbers I have found in so cal, and I've lived here over 20 years!

Had Sewer drain issues at the house  called  Eddy came over.  Due to not having  any easy access clean outs he had to go through the roof van pipes.  Got it all done within less than 30  mins.  Very good service at a very reasonable  price.

Staff here are professional, courteous and clean. Bid may be a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for - quality work done correctly the first time.

We have a 60yo house and Stephens is the only plumbing crew I will call!

I am so grateful to Christian and his group for their expert help fixing our big plumbing problem. Everything was carefully explained and he showed photos of the problem areas. Care was taken to be mindful of our spaces including vacuuming and washing hard surfaces at the end of the work. Highly recommend.

After doing renovations to our home we had found that we had a pretty nasty leak. We were very anxious about further problems if we did not take care of this ASAP. Asked for recommendations from my family and they brought me to Ciscos Plumbing! Francisco came out and asked the necessary questions, giving a whole walkthrough/details. Looked into the crawl space and where we originally found the leak which was the garage. Then he was actually able to figure out the leak was in the dishwasher, the garage and dishwasher or connected on other side of walls. I will definitely be using them again. Extremely smart and pays attention to detail.

We had a damaged tile that needed replacing on the front stairs to our building. Just a little project, but Mark responded promptly to my inquiry through Yelp and was able to give me an accurate estimate based on some pics I sent to him. We scheduled work for the following week. He showed up right on time and took care of it. I -- and my neighbors -- are grateful!

Speedy response and fixed my pipe leak quickly and effectively.  Very polite and courteous crew.  Fees were reasonable especially when compared to other quotes I received.  Would definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs.

I was experiencing a sewerline  back up at my home and did not know what to do. I had called out another company at first to help assist me with my big problem that I was dealing with.  Come to find out, I had a broken sewerline  and I had a ton of roots in my pipe which caused me to back up.
  The company that had come out quoted me a price of over $20,000.00 to replace my sewerline. I thought that  was a bit pricey so I decided to go on online which is where I found Dependable Rooter and Plumbing and I am so glad that I did! I took advantage of the free estimate that they offer and had them to come out and provide me with a second opinion and estimate. Yes I needed  a new Sewerline but their price was much more affordable. I had a great experience with this company.
 They have great customer service and the plumbers that took care of my sewerline were awesome.I am really satisfied with the service that this company have provided. I would definitely recommend this company!

Very stellar, professional, and quick service! What else needs to be said? Alvin and his coworker were prompt with assessing the downstairs toilet and the underlying problems (toilet ring, valve, and the corrosive water line). Honest work is always appreciated during this time. :)

Bill is your guy for your plumbing needs! I highly recommend him if your tired of the run around with Dishonest or over priced plumbers. I have had many people come to fix things here and there but none like Bill. He is kind and friendly but most of all honest he tells you straight up and explains everything with your job and best of all doesn't over charge you !  Many big company's have their preset charges for just going to see the problem and Bill goes above and beyond to do the job right and earn you business if not your friendship along the way  and he responds to your call or text fast too !  I will be using him for any future plumbing jobs I need from now on for sure!
