Jesse P is the ONLY plumber that has ever come and fixed my issue ON THE SPOT. He is an absolute wizard and a pleasure to work with. From now on, I will ONLY be calling Jesse for all my plumbing issues. He works with me and does a fast and amazing job.

I have had SO many plumbers come into my home and give me wild and ridiculous estimates where I'm being overcharged by an insane amount. Jesse doesn't do that. He is reasonable and instead of trying to re-pipe my entire home to fix my issue, he actually tries to FIX my issue.

I had three issues: Leaky tub, low water pressure from a kitchen faucet and a low water pressure bathroom sink faucet. He fixed the low water pressure right away in my bathroom sink and he then came up with a solution for me to fix my bathroom tub and my kitchen sink.

When my ceiling started leaking I was freaking out, I didn't know who to call at almost 9PM, I had heard of them through a friend and I'm so glad I found ICP! Long Beach plumbing saved the day! So professional and great customer service! They were really helpful. I spoke to Raul on the phone to see if they can come in ASAP because two of my sinks were clogged. The floors were flooded with water. In the next 20 Minutes, Primo arrived to do the service. He was very nice, quick, professional, calm, and reassuring. It only took him less than 30 minutes to fix it. All my stress went away! Definitely will call Long Beach plumbing from here on out! Our water heater broke at 8pm at night and flooded our garage. I was in a panic to find a plumber. Tony responded right away on my Yelp message. He got an employee named Josh out to our house right away the next day. Josh was very professional and explained everything in detail on what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend this company and use again.

LC Doctor Plumber was perfect. Came out and did a great plumbing job on our water lines and gas lines. Gave true and fair prices on their work. Really great work and very professional. Will recommend to family and friends.

I would give more stars if I could, I highly recommend this company. They have given us the best experience we have ever had in regards to plumbing repair. My husband called after hours on a Saturday due to our kitchen sink backing up/overflowing. A technician ( Chris) was there within the hour and successfully fixed the problem with NO mess. I did not have to clean up anything myself, Chris left my kitchen and under cabinet as clean as when he arrived. I again called Professional  Plumbing (IE) after hours due to a bathroom wall leak and Chris was out the next day to repair the problem. He was available quickly over multiple days and didn't drag out our repair over weeks and weeks as some other companies are known to do. Chris went above and beyond to make sure our bathroom is now in tip top shape with new plumbing, drainage, and a newly installed bathtub. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I did not feel like I was being gauged on the price. And again, he left everything clean. I have had experiences with other companies where I was left with a huge mess to clean up. All of the work Chris did is clean and neat as well, he is quick and efficient but definitely ensures good quality work. My husband and I plan to have Chris back to redo the rest of the plumbing in our home in the near future. I can say with certainty that I will never use another plumbing company again. I work for a medical facility in H.P. The city was coming down on us because our BackFlow had failed the annual test. Long story short, I contacted Jaime through yelp. I was impressed by Jaime's  work ethic. He showed up the very same day. Not only did his crew install the back flow. Jaime also conducted the annual testing & provided test results. Thank you Jaime & your team for being your word & keeping good costumer service alive!

Briefly, here is the problem we had...Every time I would flush my toilet, a cascade of water would flow from where the pipe was connected to the flange underneath the house. Without getting into how we discovered there was a leak, trust me, it sounds horrible and it was happening all underneath the house and there was no sign of it inside the house.  And if this leak had gone unattended for too long we would have had a much larger problem to fix. Basically what caused this leak was an improper installation of the wax ring.

So Walter, from Villacortas Plumbing came out, identified the problem and did the repairs. He was professional, thorough and charged me a super fair price for the work. He removed the toilet, replaced the wax ring and sealed the area where the flange connected to the subfloor. He then replaced the toilet, caulked around where the base of the toilet met the tile floor. Then he went back under the house, and had me flush the toilet several times while he recorded a video of the problem area to ensure the leak was repaired.

I have since gone underneath the house to check that the leak has not returned. And as I would expect, his work is flawless and there is no leak. After all is said and done, Walter did a great job and I highly recommend him.

No call no show. Couldn't make it to our 8am-10am appointment which we made yesterday on a Sunday. Today is Monday, no one calls no one shows up in the time provided so we call and they say let us call you right back. But there was no call back. So an hour later we call again and we get the let us call you right back crap again. Will not be getting our business. Good luck.

I had the best experience with them today! Same day service, fast, clean and super friendly. It's never fun when you have a spoon stuck in your toilet..Kevin was wonderful! He was on time and I felt very comfortable having him in my home which for a mom home alone is a huge peace of mind. Thank you so much for coming out so fast and taking care of my silverware problem! I was able to get Coast Plumbing to come to my house on very short notice to replace my water heater.  The plumber Derek Wright was great and he was able to install a new water heater within a couple hours at a fair price.
I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Scheduled 4 separate plumbers to troubleshoot main filter leak and faulty saltwater softener. Of the 3 that inspected, only Justen from Lowrey's Plumbing (family owned and operated) spotted other critical issues (acidic discharge from tankless water heater that already ate thru previously installed copper pipes - other 2 plumbing companies completely missed it; as well as the discharge that was eroding the concrete walkway opposite the wall).

Justen was punctual with keen eyes to spot root cause on issues and honest, as he was competent with recommendation at sensible cost-effective (e.g., discharge without expensive new drainage) solutions. He was thorough and kept the work area tidy. Prompt responses and surprisingly patient with numerous questions I peppered him with. Justen is my go-to plumber I highly trust and recommend to family and friends.

We just had a great experience with Crandall's and their plumber Paul. Our house is set up with a tankless heater and digital shower valves - an awesome combination when it works, and a dreadful one when malfunctions. Since a few months ago the hot water stopped flowing through the digital shower upstairs and the entire system had to be tested. As we soon learned, very few plumbers in OC have experience with Kohler Digital valves. One option was to have a Kohler DTS specialist from LA drive to OC for a hefty fee. Long story short, after asking around, a local plumbing company suggested to call Crandall's. I spoke to both Cathy and Amber, who were nice and patient on the phone and, after consulting with the owner, dispatched Paul who did a fantastic job. It took him two visits to address the issue - the first to test and identify the source of the problem (it was a combination of a broken digital valve and a flaw in the recirculation line), and the second to replace the valve after the part from the manufacturer has arrived. Paul has experience working with the hi-tech Kohler valves and he spent a half-hour with the Kohler rep on the phone testing the system and even dealt with ordering the correct replacement parts from Kohler (luckily under warranty), which made it a hassle-free experience for us. Paul was very professional and respectful of our home - left the work area clean and removed the shoes when inside. A very pleasant and hard working guy. The price was honest and scheduling convenient; Paul was on time. Conclusion: we have Paul's and Crandall's name in the rolodex, as well as will be recommending Crandall's to all of our friends. A rare find indeed.

Kens plumbing did an amazing job coming out recently to fix our heater. We called and they were out there the next day, the technician even stayed until 6:30pm to make sure we had heat before he left! We had the heater fixed last year and the company who fixed it did a terrible job and didn't fix the real problem. Kens plumbing came out, took the entire heater apart , fixed the real problem and charged us a fraction of what we paid last time we got it fixed. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and affordable HvAC company!!!
