I was very pleased with my experience! I sent out several quote requests on Yelp for the cost of a simple faucet replacement and mostly got responses that said they needed to come to the house to give me an estimate. Matt was only one of two responses that actually gave me a real cost. I appreciated how honest and professional   Matt and the plumbers that came were. They didn't try to up-sell me in things to make it into a bigger job than it really was. I will be calling Graham Plumbing again!

I was quoted a fee for 3 drains, on the phone before committing to do the job, I asked him if he would clean the drains and also said yes. When he arrived, he was on time and courteous and snaked all drains and cleaned them as agreed.  I even found a valve for my hose that needed replacing dated 1957.  I had purchased the wrong part, but we were  lucky as he had a new one in his truck.  Thank you so much for your service. I deal with many types of repair professionals on a regular bases.  It is very rare I would give any one 4 or 5 stars.  I am happy  to give 5 stars to Jeremiah because not only did he do a great repair job and was very professional, he was spot on time to the job site.  I will most definitely call him and refer him next time I need his services.

International City Plumbers will now be my go to plumbing company for all my future repairs/needs. They deserve 5 stars and more, this is by far the best service I've ever experienced. There was a main sewer stoppage at my house and they were able to clear it and cleanup very quickly/well, considering the call was made at 5pm.

My husband and I's call was answered by Alex immediately and their plumbers were to us within an hour. Carlos & Garret educated us on the stoppage and walked us through everything they were going to do (not having any plumbing knowledge), they were very professional & nice, communicated pricing upfront, were able to identify other issues that needed tending to and left us feeling very confident in their work.

So my tankless water heater wasn't working. I wasn't sure what to do, so I called Long Beach Plumbing. I spoke with Art, he walked me through a couple troubleshooting steps over the phone. He even offered to send a guy out free of charge to find the actual problem for me. We actually figured it out over the phone and I saved money and they didn't have to send anyone out for a service call! Thanks Art!

Service was great. Dominic came out late evening and replaced my garbage disposal and kitchen sink pipe that was leaking. Tony made it happen for me and these guys live up to the name Dependable.

I had a pipe leak I was working on and finally got to a point where I needed a bit of assistance to finish the fix. Leo showed up to assess and help within an hour of my request and helped me work through the plumbing solution trying to boil down an estimate to get the job done as a final repair, not a bandaid. He and his team were here to finish the repair right when he said and completed nothing short of exactly what was needed to get water back to my house.  
Some key points I was impressed by were his promptness, attentiveness to the problem at hand, willingness to help, and generosity for information in long-term planning for my future projects.
Will definitely be my first call in any future problems and the big projects I have planned.

Vince did our service and he was friendly and considerate. He called in advance, arrived on schedule wearing a mask and gloves with his tools in hand. He worked quickly and meticulously.  

Vince replaced our old-as-the-house and barely-working washer valves with beautiful new ones, switched out the stripped shower dial trim giving us use of our shower, and replaced our broken garbage disposal along with the clogged and corroded pipes below it, one of which was so old it fell apart in his hands.

We are so very grateful to Jay for his generous help during this time and are honored to be a recipient of his altruistic kindness. And thankful to Vince for his outstanding knowledge and skillful expertise.

Walter of Villacortas Plumbing did an outstanding job!  I am so pleased.  The outdoor spigot has been leaking for sometime and Walter made short work of explaining what the problem was and fixing it on the spot!  Soooo reasonably priced!  I'm looking around the house to see what else he can do around here!

Greg and Kevin were super professional and walked me through the process as well as best options. They never tried to over sell like most companies but treated the situation like it was there home and worked with me to determine what is best. They even cleaned up the smallest amount of mess I told them was it fine and I would clean it up later but Greg was persistent as he wanted the place better than he found it. It is rare to find a company you trust and treat you like a friendly neighbor looking out for your home and pocketbook.  True to the good team and company they are, I was provided additional steps to take care of any drain issues in the future.

These guys had the best price and service in the area.  A couple plumbers quoted around 2000 to repair a leak and these guys quoted way less, around 600.  I highly recommend them, but if you have plumbing issues, you should get quotes from multiple sources and choose accordingly.

Jacob and his team came out to replace a Water Heater that has been giving us such a headache for a while now. Because I am the Real Estate Agent who manages this property, I have to communicate with both the tenant and Owner regarding everything to do with the plan and payment. At one point I three-wayed Jacob and the Owner so that Jacob could explain the situation better since I have no knowledge on plumbing issues. Jacob was so patient and accommodating the whole time where most would have gotten so frustrated. He gave us such honest and unbiased opinions and it helped everyone end on such a high note. His team was sent out by the manufacturer but his work and attitude was so delightful that I will definitely call him in the future for any plumbing services we may need. Thank you for having such a great group of workers.

Scheduled 4 separate plumbers to troubleshoot main filter leak and faulty saltwater softener. Of the 3 that inspected, only Justen from Lowrey's Plumbing (family owned and operated) spotted other critical issues (acidic discharge from tankless water heater that already ate thru previously installed copper pipes - other 2 plumbing companies completely missed it; as well as the discharge that was eroding the concrete walkway opposite the wall).

Justen was punctual with keen eyes to spot root cause on issues and honest, as he was competent with recommendation at sensible cost-effective (e.g., discharge without expensive new drainage) solutions. He was thorough and kept the work area tidy. Prompt responses and surprisingly patient with numerous questions I peppered him with. Justen is my go-to plumber I highly trust and recommend to family and friends.

I want to start by making it known that Crandalls Plumbing is hands down THE BEST and most professional plumbing company that you will find! Don't even bother to look anywhere else! I used them to get roots out of my main drain last month...on time, professional, perfect service...clear drain. This month my hot water heater broker and my home Warrenty company was giving me the run around and sent another company out here that said they couldn't fix it for over a week. I was not willing to wait that long. Dan and his crew and Kathy and Angie at Crandall's saved the day with same day service. Every one of them truly cared that I was without hot water and worked with my schedule and my needs to help me. I will always go directly to Crandalls and never bother with the home Warrenty again. They are an absolute joy to work with. They are the perfect example that caring efficient and professional companies still exist!!! So lucky that I found them!!! THANK YOU!!!!

My roommate had 2 new faucets that needed to be installed, as well as a couple of parts underneath the sink that needed to be replaced. She also had a garbage disposal that needed to be installed and an issue with the furnace and the electronic fireplace that needed to be looked at. The HOA recommended Ken's Plumbing.

When my roommate spoke to the office mgr Rita, she said they could do either the fireplace or the furnace. I cant remember which one but I believe it was the fireplace. My friend was quoted 645$ for for the entire job which included looking into what the problem was with the fireplace. We set the appointment, but the plumber Rita sent out wasn't certified to look at the fireplace, and we weren't told in advance otherwise we would have rescheduled. When I spoke with her she told me her electronics plumber was still busy with another job and couldn't come out. It took 3 hours to finish the faucets and the garbage disposal. That night we noticed a leak under one of the faucets they installed. We had to call them out again, and they came a few days later. The guy spent about 5 minutes working on it, said the faucet leak was fixed, but later that night it still was leaking. Once again another call to get them out, at which time the guy repaired the leak, but later that night the 'plug thingy' came undone because in the plumber's haste to leave, he didn't properly secure the plug switch underneath the sink. *sigh*  After the second visit I confronted Rita about us needing to get the fireplace checked, she said the other plumber was still busy and could not come out. I told her what was it she originally quoted my friend, and she said 645$ at which time i asked if she gave an adjustment since they did not do part of the work we were quoted for. She said no. I patiently made the case that she overcharged my friend and that we shouldn't have been charged the original amount since they didn't do all the work they were supposed to. After a minute of trying to explain our side Rita hung up on me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Based on my experience they lack integrity and ethics.
