Best Septic Tank Services in Baltimore MD
Fred did not actually provide any services. However, I still felt the need to write them a good review. We had a leak in our new home in our well water system. We know NOTHING about well water stystems. It was late on a Sunday before a Holiday. He still returned my call and took the time to listen to our problem and advised us on what he thought the issue has and how to repair it. That kind of service is near impossible to come by! I will be contacting this company with any future plumbing needs!

We had a great experience with Corbin Plumbing. I messaged Omar through Yelp and asked him to install a new kitchen faucet for us and also to track down a small leak under our sink. He was very easy-going and flexible during the scheduling process, showed up on time for his appointment, and offered a variety of different ways to pay. His quote for installing the kitchen faucet was on the lower end of the quotes we received, and he ended up doing a fantastic job. He also installed it pretty quickly, and took some time at the end to show me how the faucet worked (it is motion activated). He tracked down the leak- it ended up just being a loose nut- and only charged us a few bucks to find and fix it. Also, for those worried about COVID- he proactively wore a mask during the visit and socially distanced as well. He was a pleasure to deal with, and we will definitely be calling him in the future if we have more plumbing projects!

This company is very professional and got the job done quickly & efficiently. They are not inside plumbers. They work on leaky pipes under the ground. I highly recommend Service Force if you have a problem outside your house.

Ken Griffin discovered a pipe issue in our office building when one of our bathrooms had a bad back-up. Ken came out to take a look at the pipe and to quote how much it will cost and said it would take 2 days for us to receive the quote. That was 1 month ago, I called 6 times and each time spoke to Kathy Griffin and she always said it was her intent to get it out that day. I also called to speak to Ken and everytime he would not be available. I do not recommend their services.

This company was responsible for CO2 leaking into our house. DO NOT USE! After servicing our furnace, we had CO2 in our house within 48 hours. With a 5 month old, that's incredibly terrifying. They then charged us over $400 to come out and look at, not fix, but just to look at our furnace. Both the fire department and two other HVAC companies verified that it was this company at fault for the CO2 leak. I was spoken to horribly by the accounts manager and only after my husband called did he agree to reimburse us $200 out of $800 all said and done. If you want to keep your family safe, don't use them.

If you care about quality, price, and overall excellent service, Allen is the guy to call. The only question you have to ask yourself is this... Are you allergic to good service? If you are, I would recommend calling any other plumber in Maryland...

I had a couple plumbing issues to take care of. One was preventative maintenance on a Rinnai tankless water heater, and the second was a clogged laundry line. Since the technician could snake the laundry line while flushing the Rinnai, he have me a discount. He also showed me the clog...turns out the washing machine drainpipe can get clogged with lint... and he gave me a couple solutions as well. Prime Plumbing was timely, prompt, and able to resolve my issues. They were a true pleasure to work with. I would gladly hire them again.

I had a kitchen sink that was backed up. A friend referred me to Abend. Called them and they promptly sent someone the same day. Dustin cleared my drain and had me back in business. The drain backed up again a few weeks later (my fault. Didn't know how much of a problem egg shells could cause). Called again. Same day service with Dustin clearing my drain, found the cause, educated me on how to keep my drain clear and gave me a return customer discount. Absolutely the BEST local Plumbing company around! Small but you can't beat the heart this company and the owners have!

While the plumber was on time and was wearing a mask I was charged almost $700 to snake my front lawn drain. While that was discouraging, if it had worked I would have been okay with it. As soon as the plumber left I flushed the toilet and it overflowed all over the bathroom floor. I had to call another plumber in to snake it and after he did it, it worked fine. When I called Catons to complain they said since the second plumber did the work on my drain in the first place (they did - years ago) they were not responsible. How can you not be responsible for snaking a drain incorrectly, charging huge amounts of money, have the toilet overflow as soon as the plumber leaves and not even offer a refund of sorts? I paid to have a drain snaked and that was never done correctly and I had to pay the price out of my pocket and by cleaning up a bathroom mess.

This team continually exceeds expectations. From servicing my Hot Water Heater to selling me a Lennox HVAC Gas Furnace and installing everything. Very good job. Very fair price, great quality product and service.

I own a home in Baltimore that I rent. They charged me over $700 to fix a leak. The tennant said he was there for less than 30 minutes. When I called find out what cost $700 they said it was up to the technitians descresion. The tennant mentioned he only tighened one thing in the basement and she thought I was getting taken advantage of too because he didn't do anything. I called the technician and he mentioned that I would have to pay another $250 to get the faucet upstaired tightened to prevent the leack from occuring again and I told them no thank you, I would have someone else do it. The bathroom still leaked after they left.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Poor workmanship nothing but problems they take your money and they stop communicating. Ground work they perform all my were lending not straight. I had to get their work rework for toilet, shower drain. The shower drain has to be reset, I have to reopen the concrete again. This terrible and expensive job. Do not get this company to help you with your project.

I have had 2 experiences with Watson. Once to replace my water main (good) and another to replace my water heater (not so good).
My water main had broke and required replacement. I called up Watson after waiting a week for another contractor to obtain a backhoe. Watson came out that night and gave me an estimate ($1800) to replace the main and told me the work could be completed the next day. Since Watson quoted me the same price and could get the work done faster, I got rid of the original contractor I hired and went with Watson. Watson came out early the next day to replace the water main, which required the front yard be dug up. It took them about 8-10 hrs (understandably) and at the end of the day we finally had water. The only issue we had was that since the work was done in the middle of winter the hole was backfilled with snow and the ground needed to settle before they could grade the yard. This took a little longer then I would of liked (about 2 months) and required us to purchase dirt but we finally had water and they did eventually came over to grade the yard. Overall I would rate this experience 4 stars
My second experience was not nearly as good as the first. I recently needed my water heater replaced because it had started leaking. I called up Watson again since they had done well on the first project. They came out within a few hours and quoted me $1285 to replace the water heater. It was a bit higher then I had expected but since they could get the work done same day and they had done well on the first job i agreed. The tech went out to get the replacement water heater and completed the work in a little over an hour. I signed all the paperwork and he left. It was not until about 30 minutes later that I went downstairs to actually look at the water heater and noticed that during the install a very large amount of water had been spilled, I assume from draining the broken water heater. a little less then half of the floor of my basement was soaked (1/4+ inch of water in places). Although our basement is unfinished and nothing was damaged that I could see, I was not happy to have to clean up all the water that had been spilled on the floor after having paid $1285. It took us about 30 minutes to clean up the water and throw out and waterlogged boxes we had in the basement. overall i would rate this experience 2 stars.
Would I recommend Watson for plumbing work? The answer is, it depends on what you need done and who comes out to do the work.
At the end of the day i have not eliminated them from doing any plumbing work on my home but I will be shopping around more instead of going directly to them in the future.
