Best Septic Tank Services in Baltimore MD
After calling about 10 different companies and getting no answer or help at all I called Fred and in 10 min he told me what I had to do. He didn't provide any service because it was not necessary yet. Definitely we will give him a call in spring.
Call him and you won't regret, he's the one picking up the phone and he really knows what he's doing.

We had a great experience with Corbin Plumbing. I messaged Omar through Yelp and asked him to install a new kitchen faucet for us and also to track down a small leak under our sink. He was very easy-going and flexible during the scheduling process, showed up on time for his appointment, and offered a variety of different ways to pay. His quote for installing the kitchen faucet was on the lower end of the quotes we received, and he ended up doing a fantastic job. He also installed it pretty quickly, and took some time at the end to show me how the faucet worked (it is motion activated). He tracked down the leak- it ended up just being a loose nut- and only charged us a few bucks to find and fix it. Also, for those worried about COVID- he proactively wore a mask during the visit and socially distanced as well. He was a pleasure to deal with, and we will definitely be calling him in the future if we have more plumbing projects!

Josh came out to our house, after out basement was flooded with a burst pipe. He quickly identified the area where the pipe burst and affected a timely and effecient repair. We had the water back on quickly and his work was excellent. He also cleaned up after he was done and did a really fine job. We will use his services again. It was a really good experience during a very trying time.

I recently moved to PA from AZ and discovered the home I purchased needed a gas line run to the dryer. Also, I needed to the replace the 16 year old water heater and two toilets. I requested a quote and was satisfied with the cost based on materials and labor. As covid was still an issue, scheduling took some time but was worth the wait. When the crew did arrive, they accomplished all of the tasks including the replacement of worn, aged toilet flanges and ensured all equipment was in working order when finished. In addition, they showed me how to set the pilot on my gas fireplace (no charge) and walked me through all of the equipment features and what to do if there was an issue. To date (6 months later) everything is working and I am satisfied the company and crew understood what to do from start to finish.

This company is very professional and got the job done quickly & efficiently. They are not inside plumbers. They work on leaky pipes under the ground. I highly recommend Service Force if you have a problem outside your house.

I called Ken Griffin plumbing on the recommendation of my regular plumbers who were closed over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Long story very short: they used a camera to video my sewer line. I called the next day and asked if I could get a copy of the video. I was told they would put a flash drive in the mail later that day. The woman confirmed my address and I was satisfied. The flash drive never came.
I had a baby shortlt after this and wasn't able to call and follow up right away. When I did call to inquire about the flash drive, I was again told that they would check and definitely drop it in the mail the very next day. Again, the flash drive never came.
I called a few weeks later to follow up yet again and someone else answered the phone. He took my number amd said he would inquire and call me back. He did call back a few minutes later and informed me that there was no video of my sewer. He indicated that this is somethint I would have had to ask for before they performed the camera inspection on the line. I could understand that EXCEPT. ..why was I continually assured my video would be in the mail if it never existed in the first place? Additionally, they never told me the day of the camera that I had the option of a video for an extra $15 if I wanted it. Based on the response i got when I called the next day to ask if they had the video and could please send it to me, I had no reason to believe this wasn't a standard practice. I would have gladly paid the extra $15 had they ever mentioned it. Furthermore, I had to call and follow up THREE times before being told there was no video. Why was I continued to be assured that my video was in the mail if it never existed in the first place.
I expressed my dissatisfaction and he was very apologetic and understood my disappointment with the company. He profusely apologized and said he wished there was something he could do.
Later that day I got a voice mail from Kathy Griffin offering to come video the line again for no cost other than the $15 for the flash drive as an apology for the whole incident. I called her first thing the next morning to accept the offer and schedule a visit. It was very cold out and they were very busy with frozen pipe emergencies...which I TOTALLY understood. I was told that they would call me back that evening or the next day to schedule something. That was over a week ago. I never received another call. I am growing tired of following up with this company for every little thing. They made me an offer to try and improve my opinion of the company and have not followed through again. They will definitely not be getting repeat business from me and I would not recommend this company to anyone else looking for a plumber. Its a shame because the plumbers were friendly and explained my plumbing issues to me well.

Allen is not the right choice if you live Washington, DC (or likely anywhere outside of Baltimore).
We set up an appointment for Friday at 12pm. At 12:15pm, he hadn't arrived or contacted me. I reached out and he texted that he had an emergency and needed to re-schedule. He offered to take money off the job and apologized.
We rescheduled for Sunday at 10am. AGAIN, Allen did not show up and did not respond to any of my texts or calls to see where he was. I haven't heard from him since.
Very frustrating experience. Don't waste your time like I did.

I had a couple plumbing issues to take care of. One was preventative maintenance on a Rinnai tankless water heater, and the second was a clogged laundry line. Since the technician could snake the laundry line while flushing the Rinnai, he have me a discount. He also showed me the clog...turns out the washing machine drainpipe can get clogged with lint... and he gave me a couple solutions as well. Prime Plumbing was timely, prompt, and able to resolve my issues. They were a true pleasure to work with. I would gladly hire them again.

I recently had Abend out to remove a hot water heater while the floor was being repaired, then they came back once floor repairs were made, installed a drain pan and line for the hot water heater.
Very prompt, courteous, and efficient service. I definitely recommend them.

We've had them out multiple times to fix sink clogs, leaks, hot water heaters, and they even put in a new waterline for us. Both the GM and the guys who do the work are extremely professional and make you feel like you're in good hands. It's a relief to know that I have a plumber I can count on to provide only the service I need at a reasonable price.
Could not recommend more highly.

Some of the reviews here are scary, but I'm glad my experience with Scardina has been a great one. I've always seen their digital billboard advert on the side of the highway on my way home and also their trucks parked at neighboring houses they were servicing. I believe it's a really convincing and telltale sign when you see the same work truck parked more than once at different neighbor's houses. Unlike what you see here on Yelp, they are obviously trusted. And that's why I ordered an estimate off of their website.
What did I experience? Honesty, professionalism, and really good repair that the technician stands behind.

I would give zero stars if i could, but the third guy Caton sent was really good. I have a pressure relief valve in my basement above the pressure reducer for water coming into the house. It dripped periodically for years and then failed. What a mess. Couldn't keep up with the water flowing into the house from the valve. Called Caton on a Saturday morning cause they were open and said they don't charge an extra fee for nights and weekends. First guy came. Said I don't need a pressure relief valve and took it out. Well, I was absolutely not sure about that. Leak sprung on opposite wall so got a second guy to come Sunday. He kept saying over and over that the problem was temperature; yes, I know temperature affects pressure, but this relief valve had nothing to do with the furnace or hot water heater. I was in tears trying to explain this. I showed him the relief valve and pictures, but he had no clue. Called Caton back Sunday and was told these two guys are technicians (C3 he said). I asked for a plumber to come out, they said they would send one that day, but he came Monday. I met him at the door and before I let him in I showed him the relief valve and asked, Do you know what this is?. He did! I asked Do you know what this does?. He did! He confirmed that I do need a pressure relief valve and also that they can fail (of course they can!!). He replaced a new pressure relief valve where it should have been installed in the first place, above the utility sink to catch any water that might drip when necessary. Fixed the other problem, too. Advice ? Call a licensed plumber!!!!! I will never call Caton again! Live and learn.

This review isn't for Abbott Brothers' plumbing services, because I wasn't able to actually get a plumber to my house. I made an online appointment for Friday and immediately got a confirmation that someone would come look at a possible sewer gas leak from 12-2 PM. I waited until 3 PM before calling the company because no one arrived or contacted me. The office didn't provide me with a reason as to why no one showed up or why I wasn't contacted. Instead, they said someone would be in contact with me shortly. I received a text a few hours later asking if Sunday between 9-11 AM worked. I agreed. Unfortunately, 11 AM passed and the same thing happened -- no one showed up or called. Not sure what happened, but 2 no show/no calls is highly unprofessional. If you know you're not coming, have the decency to call so people can make other plans or use another business. Obviously, after two chances, I won't be using Abbott Brothers again.

I contacted them to get a quote for a leaking outside faucet. The guy arrived, looked at it and within 2-minutes time frame he stated that the o-ring was bad. The service charge was $48.50 and he then went on to say it would be another $100 if I wanted him to replace the parts needed. I took off the part and went to Home Depot and they sold me the whole replacement valve for under $5 and I did the job myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF
