Best Electric Furnace Installation in Baltimore MD
Vernon was incredible helpful and very friendly. He made a speedy replacement of a water heater despite difficult weather conditions.
Would definitely use him again and will recommend to friends.
Thanks, Vernon

Let me put it this way. It's 8 PM last night with 50 degree weather and it's raining that kind of miserable pissing rain that soaks you down slowly but completely. The last thing I'd want to do is stand out in the road snaking a clogged sewer line that's spitting the vilest smelling black water I've ever encountered in my life in my face and blowing specks of human shit all over my head and shirt. This, however, is what Brian Emmel and his brother Matt from T&D Plumbing do for a living. They not only do it, but they do it graciously-- with the kind of professionalism and knowledge that makes you feel totally confident that you have just contracted honest and experienced techs who really know what they're doing. First, they come in and look over the situation like detectives on a murder scene, letting you know exactly what is the cause of the problem, and how they propose to do to correct it. Then they get to work with the best attitude I've ever seen from anyone that's about to dig elbows-deep into what we've all flushed down toilets and let flow freely down our sink and shower drains for years. They let you know the entire time what's going on and how it's progressing. Frankly, it's kind of like if Superman drove a white van and wore boots and Dickies uniforms instead of flying and wearing a mask and cape. I just felt all safe and like everything was gonna be fine standing there feeling admittedly slightly less masculine as these alpha-males dove in head first and solved my problems for me. This isn't the first time I have used T&D Plumbing, and they are my go-to service for all things water related. Their number hangs on the wall in my office and also on my refrigerator door. Their prices have always been extremely fair. These guys are polite, knowledgeable, and get the job done well. What else could you ask for? Don't even call anyone else-- I am not joking when I say that there is no reason to. I remain a very satisfied customer and am truly impressed by them over and over again.

We have been a Robertson customer for 20 years and have always found them responsible. Unfortunately that changed this year. We have a crack in a wall hung toilet so we called them. They sent some one out the same day to measure and assess. That was 3 weeks ago. Since then, despite three follow up calls, we have heard NOTHING, not even we can't find a replacement. Very disappointing.

Horizon Services is our plumbing, heating, and a/c service of choice. They helped us when there was a blockage from our kitchen sink beyond our utility sink in our basement. H.S. had serviced our old heathing and a/c unit faithfully for years, providing suggestions to help extend its lifespan. When it came time to replace our old heating & a/c units, H.S. was the only company that we called. They listened to our wants and needs in the new unit, laid out a variety of units and cost and helped us to choose the one that best met our needs.
H.S. goes out of their way to explain the process, regardless of the size of the job. Plus, they contact you when it is time to have your a/c & heating service. H.S. has wonderful staff regardless of the time that you call. We had a issue occur at 1 a.m., so we called H.S. to have a technician come out. The employee answered the phone Its a great day at Horizon Services. How can I help you? It was 1 a.m. and he was so friendly and understanding.
This company knows how to listen to customers. It appears to me that they believe in the 80/20 rule. Listen 80% and talk 20%. We will be their customers for life. We have recommended H.S. to our family and friends.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service I received, or rather, didn't receive.
I called and requested a quote for some plumbing work I needed in my shower. The bathroom is being remodeled and I wanted the service to be performed as soon as possible.
The staff was courteous and came to give me a quote, which I accepted. The soonest they could come was about a week later and although I needed it sooner, I understood so I agreed to wait. The construction came to a halt so we could wait for the plumbing work.
They called to confirm the day prior, yet, the next day, about one hour prior to the appointment, they called to say they had a family emergency and could not come. Although I understand that family emergencies happen, this upsets me because I have the contractors lined up to continue the work that afternoon.
I asked if they were sending someone else, or rescheduling to later in the day or even after-hours and their response is that I could schedule it to another date at least 10 days away! That is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I inquired about a manager or superior stepping in to come in their place and the response was that they only supervise and would not be able to come in their place.
So I'm supposed to just halt my construction for at least another 10 days because they don't have backups for their employees.
This is a reflection of how badly this business is run. As a business owner, I jump in as a backup if one of my employees calls out. Leaving the client stranded after confirming the appointment is a terrible business practice. And if so, at the very least, send someone else later in the day or make every possible effort to make it right and prioritize the client's need, not push it 10 days out. That's just poor customer service.
I can't review the actual plumbing work since we will not be using their services. As far as Nancy, the operator who got the brunt of my frustration, she was pleasant and professional. My beef is with the management for not handling staffing issues and appointment backups in an acceptable manner. Rescheduling at the last minute for 10 days out is ridiculous. Terribly run business.

My worst $9,000.00 mistake. They never pulled a permit and left 3 foot of bad pipe that would have caused me issues latter on. Had to hire another contractor to fix everything. The owner sent an insulting apology letter that they copied and past from another website. Never finished the job. It was obviously to big for them to handle. Countless other issues too many to list. They will not do another job in this neighborhood. God will get justice in the end.

Slow, non-responsive. Didn't do work that they said they would on the written estimate. If you try to contact them you get an answering service that doesn't know anything and they aren't likely to return your call anytime soon. They provided a written quote but when the second crew came to do the work they said that they wouldn't do it and left.
Not a professional outfit that is easy to work with. I won't waste my time with them again.

I had a very serious problem with my sewer backups and we had 2 different plumbing companies look at it, and they both said they couldn't fix it without tearing everything out. Coldrite plumbing assured me they would fix the problem and minimize the replacement of existing pipes. Larry was fantastic and very knowledgeable with the problems that we had. Coldrite was quick and came in under budget.Best plumbers in Abingdon Md hands down.

My Plumber should be called My Plunderer. They gave us an estimate of $900 to snake our drains after we had a toilet overflow. We said buh-bye and paid the mandatory $79 for the estimate. I immediately called Roto Rooter and they sent a plumber out within an hour. The Roto Rooter man spent the time to properly diagnose the problem, snaked our toilet and charged $228 to fix the problem. Roto Rooter provides free estimates and they guarantee their work for one week. I had told the My Plunderer guy that if I got our plumbing problems fixed for much less, that I would write a bad review on the Internet. He had the nerve to continue to try to justify the $900! As promised, here is my scathing review.
