Let me put it this way. It's 8 PM last night with 50 degree weather and it's raining that kind of miserable pissing rain that soaks you down slowly but completely. The last thing I'd want to do is stand out in the road snaking a clogged sewer line that's spitting the vilest smelling black water I've ever encountered in my life in my face and blowing specks of human shit all over my head and shirt. This, however, is what Brian Emmel and his brother Matt from T&D Plumbing do for a living. They not only do it, but they do it graciously-- with the kind of professionalism and knowledge that makes you feel totally confident that you have just contracted honest and experienced techs who really know what they're doing. First, they come in and look over the situation like detectives on a murder scene, letting you know exactly what is the cause of the problem, and how they propose to do to correct it. Then they get to work with the best attitude I've ever seen from anyone that's about to dig elbows-deep into what we've all flushed down toilets and let flow freely down our sink and shower drains for years. They let you know the entire time what's going on and how it's progressing. Frankly, it's kind of like if Superman drove a white van and wore boots and Dickies uniforms instead of flying and wearing a mask and cape. I just felt all safe and like everything was gonna be fine standing there feeling admittedly slightly less masculine as these alpha-males dove in head first and solved my problems for me. This isn't the first time I have used T&D Plumbing, and they are my go-to service for all things water related. Their number hangs on the wall in my office and also on my refrigerator door. Their prices have always been extremely fair. These guys are polite, knowledgeable, and get the job done well. What else could you ask for? Don't even call anyone else-- I am not joking when I say that there is no reason to. I remain a very satisfied customer and am truly impressed by them over and over again.

I'm so very satisfied with this company; They came out did some much needed drain cleaning for me that didn't drain my pockets nor did I feel taken advantage of because I'm a female.

The gentlemen gave me 3 options and explained the process of each and we both came to a solution that was a solution to the problem I was having and about 30 minutes later delivered a drain sock for my washing machine .

Now I have a great Plummer and now Fantastic drain cleaner!!! All referred by Yelp.

Great work ethic, great attitude, and great skill. I hired Mr. Yates to replace a water heater and he was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. He got the old one out of a tight space and helped me select a new one that would fit. He is a perfectionist and will stay however long is needed to ensure the job gets done right. Stellar plumber!

Water was leaking from our toilet and it seemed to be gushing out of the wall behind the toilet. My husband turned off all the water in the house so we were really inconvenienced. He called this plumber on a Sunday afternoon. Someone answered promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next morning!
The plumber showed up on time as promised . He was very personable and respectful. He fixed our problem in less than an hour.
I was elated to be able to run water and flush toilets again.
My husband had been talking about cutting a hole in the wall to get to the pipes behind the toilet so needless to say theses guys were a lifesaver

Another satisfying experience from Galaxy plumbing. The price is reasonable and they do a really good job. Have had them do a few jobs for us and always satisfied with the results.

I've used First Choice Plumbing on several occasions and have found them to be on time, efficient, exceptionally honest and reasonably priced. They explain everything and are the kind of company that doesn't sell you something unless you need it, unlike other companies looking to pad their profits.

Tried to DIY repair my toilet and created a bigger issue.  Left Bill a message and he called me promptly in the AM.  Told him the issue and he gave me a call back with a quote in no time.  Was right on time and had new toilet installed and working in an hour.  Cost was exactly what I was quoted.

Had what could have been a water disaster turned into a slight problem ...Carlos is very knowledgeable and efficient and prices are affordable..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES...

owner of this company should take a customer service class.  absolutely horrible.   i would boycott this company at all costs.

one star, as no stars not an option.....with so many solid plumbing choices in Montgomery county, just no reason to ever use these guys...
sold us a lemon water heater, with a 10 year warranty, had only one guy(rocky) who knew anything about it, leaks, minor floods, weeks with no hot water, and BILLED us for the warranty.....which we were told was included.....would send a repair man, he would say I dont know, then would get a second, and a third, then finally a diagnosis, and a part ordering leaving us with no hot water or a leaking water unit...weve never had a problem they were able to help us out on first shot, we have switched plumbers now and are super happy getting the service we all deserve....Just stay away from these guys.

I contacted them to get a quote for a leaking outside faucet.  The guy arrived, looked at it and within 2-minutes time frame he stated that the o-ring was bad.  The service charge was $48.50 and he then went on to say it would be another $100 if I wanted him to replace the parts needed.  I took off the part and went to Home Depot and they sold me the whole replacement valve for under $5 and I did the job myself.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.   RIP OFF
