Both are well experience in all forms of plumbing and heating and air together they have Over 20 years experience in service work. They were two of the very first to do trenchless drain lines and have never failed to get the pipe laid in place were other inexperienced plumbers say it can't be done they say it can and they get it done with a 10 year warranty to stand behind there work. When it comes to service ,knowledge and workman ship there's none better just ask there many many satisfied customers and just don't take are word for it let there work speak for it's self . Bluegrass Rooter the only service company your ever need are want.

I dealt with Rapid Plumbing for a root issue between our sewage clean out and the tie in with the city. Essentially, Jacob with Rapid Plumbing came out- rotor routed 1 time, did not test his work and left. He was very condescending almost rude as if we were stupid when we asked questions.
Not 10 days later we had the SAME issue again. We were told by Jason at Rapid Plumbing that it would be AT LEAST $600 to come out and no apology or concern for the work not being done correctly the first time- only curtly stating we were outside of the warranty.
I arranged another company to come out- the new guys came out that same evening, were pleasant, and I paid $300 (half of Rapid's quote to fix their own job). They had to rotor route 4x then had to get a bigger tool as the issue was so severe, spending at least 2 hours at our house to make sure the job was done correctly. They could tell the original plumber did not go far out and only rotor routed 1 time.
I called Rapid to complain, Jason (manager) continuously interrupted me, told me we should have been charged more than double what we were charged, and tried to claim the roots grew back that enormous amount in 1 week. He did not express concern when I shared my experience of the plumber's attitude and obvious evidence the job wasn't done properly- regardless the plumber did not check his work. I would not recommend this company, all I can say is the plumber showed up on time and the manager did call me back.

UPDATE-  I missed a call from Debbie with Rapid Plumbing who apologized on my voicemail and offered money back for the services we paid for. I definitely appreciate this and am adding 1 more star to the review for a professional phone call acknowledging my poor experience- this says a lot about Debbie (I believe she is the owner).

Excellent service!! Justin was professional and respectful. Completed the task with care, explained, and answered questions. Made sure to tidy up when he was done.  I will definitely use this company again and refer to friends & family.

They are very prompt communicating back and scheduling the visit to fix my toilet. However, a few days after the fix the problem seemed to have returned. I contacted them and received an immediate reply. Unfortunately I'll have to wait two days before they can come and this is my main bathroom we're talking about. I'll definitely update my review once I witness the actions they take.

What a great experience. I got a quote quickly from Sean. The quote was reasonable and specific. I scheduled my French drain installation. Everyone was exactly on time. The guys worked HARD all day and knocked the whole project out in less time expected. The results were beautiful. They went over everything with me after the job was finished before payment.  They went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was not only functional but as aesthetically perfect as possible. This company was really easy and wonderful to work with. I will absolutely use them again with any of my irrigation needs. Any time I had a question it was very easy to text and get a swift response. Great people to deal with.

Overall, I think they did a decent job and charged a fair price for a small repair. Based on my experience, I would proactively confirm your appointment the day of service to make sure they actually show. If you want the full story behind that recommendation, please see below.

I called several plumbing companies at the beginning of this week for a sink issue. Most has voicemail and didn't call me back. King's helper made an appointment for the end of the week. I'm guessing since it was a non-emergent small job, it's not the most exciting to service companies. They were supposed to come late morning, but I hadn't heard anything by 11:30AM, so I gave them a call. They said they called me 2-3 times in the morning, but didn't get through, and filled their time with other customers. I didn't have any missed calls or voicemails, and it  was never made clear that the appointment would be canceled without making contact the day of. I indicated I didn't have missed calls, so they said they would add me to the end of the work list for the day. They did manage to get to my house mid-afternoon and compete the repair. The plumbers that showed were nice, and I felt the price was fair for the work they did.

Very rarely do I take the time to review a business that I have encountered, and if I do it's usually because it was such a bad experience that I think others should be warned. I'd just accepted that really good customer service had become a thing of the past. Imagine how delighted I was to meet Trevor with Mr Rooter of Lexington! From the initial greeting and covering of shoes before entering your home, to the complete and thorough explanations of problem and available solutions, he was completely professional all the way through. From cost breakdown, product warranties, and potential problems later on, you are well informed about your options and their costs. Allowing you to make the best decision for your situation. Honest and knowledgeable recommendations on brands and materials, not just an upsale hype trying to raise their profit. Very respectful, and polite young man. We'll be using him for any plumbing problems we may have in the future! If you're smart, you'll do the same!

From the moment I dialed their number through the end of our appointment, I have nothing but praise for this team! We needed a valve replaced in our RV and all of the RV centers had month-long waiting lists - plus they're outrageously expensive. After a little thought, we decided to see if a plumber would come out and take a look for us (makes sense, right?) I pulled up a list of plumbers in town and just started calling. Shockingly, as I worked through the options I either had to wait around for a return call, many of which never even bothered, or I was flat refused because it was an RV.

I got connected with John on Friday - he answered my call right away AND was both friendly and helpful. I explained what we needed his help with and he agreed to do the work without any issue. His only request was that we send a picture of the valve so they could have it handy for the appointment which he scheduled for first thing on Monday morning.

Chris was the team member who showed up to our appointment this morning. He was exactly on time and completed the work in such a reasonable amount of time! He also gave us recommendations for some equipment we should keep on hand in case of any issues while we travel, which was very valuable advice. The final bill was less than we expected. This team saved us a huge amount of stress and money - we could not be happier about our experience and highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for an outstanding plumber!

We had rusted pipes under our sink that need to be replaced. The plumber was at our house for 30 minutes and we were charged for 2 hours. Additionally, a few weeks later, we discovered a leak under the sink. It was from the piping the plumber put in. He didn't screw them in all the way. He definitely didn't perform his job thoroughly. I don't recommend.

I called this company for 'ghost flushing' in my toilet..... ya, call me whatever, I'm totally incompetent at fixing plumbing issues.

Anyway, this young guy came out at the time told to me and hardly took 3-4 mins to fix my issue. Great service then why 4 stars? Because even though I'd placed my call before the after hours began, they charged me for after hours. They are on the higher side price wise, but the service was good.

Then again.. mine was an itsy bitsy issue....

I was completely satisfied with my semi-annual maintenance visit for our geothermal system, as I have been ever since Arronco installed it 6 years ago. The technician gave me a heads-up phone call an hour before he arrived. He knew to bring new filters into the house with him, even though it was his first time here. He was courteous, pleasant, and focused on his work. The job took 1 hr. He reviewed his findings with me before he left.

If there were 0 stars to give to this business, I would. I contacted them and scheduled repairs in my home on Saturday from the 4-8 pm window. They confirmed, but never showed up and didn't give me any notice. Not only I wasted my Saturday afternoon, but my big problem with the leak still exists and I now need to chase new plumber on Sunday.

they charged my senior and veteran parents $1680 to replace and install a gas water heater!!!! it only cost 500 at Lowe's. when we called to discuss why it cost 1100 installation,  they wouldn't give an answer other than saying it was a flat rate. not only that,  the service man had them write a check out to himself!!!! when I called the company to find out what was up with that, they said it was fine. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE!!! DO NOT USE THEM
