Reviews
Horrible customer service. Technician (Plumber) had a horrible attitude. Never was able to review their actual work due to having to tell the technician to leave my home. Very disappointing. Seek plumbing help elsewhere.
We had contacted H20 due to blockage in our main lines and our daughter had a membership with them (keep this in mind). They were able to fit us in the next day and showed up in a timely manner. That's about as good as it gets!
They removed our toilet (now wobbly) to run the standard snake and unclogged the line. It was TEMPORARY he had just flushed enough water and moved the snake around for a quick fix. What he failed to do was run the snake fully to insure that there was no debris in the lines.
Now after they finished we left for Australia due to a death in the family and arrived back home 3 weeks later, and was welcomed by BLOCKED PLUMBING.
After a 599.00 bill and the problem was still there we decided to call a local company Kings Plumbing Paris Ky.
They jump right in pulling the toilet off and run the snake, same model as H20 and blockage was gone BUT they brought up the vines that was blocking our main line! COST $185.00
I literally had to ask twice are you sure it's not higher?!?!?! Nope that's it he said.
We got the email from H2O to pay our bill and my husband called to discussed with them that the service they provided didn't fix the issue the company come back with a discount of $149.00
So....
Total $599.00
Coupon $50.00. But members are to get 20% nope not this time.
Total $549.00
- 149.00 Because it wasn't fixed
New Total $400.00 unsure what the charge is for as they hadn't unclogged our plumbing?!?!
Drains blocked?! YOUR MONEY WILL STILL GO DOWN THE TOILET IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY!!! Had a technician named Christian come out to TRY to fix the issue... after having to ask where our local hardware store was (he had to go purchase parts?!) we waited for him to get back.. he ran a snake down the toilet and at first said there wasn't a blockage?! Keep in mind my sewage was coming up into my shower! After running the snake again... the toilet finally flushed, although very slowly. The tub in the other bathroom was also not draining appropriately. He looked at it and said the two bathrooms didn't tie in together so there wasn't an issue there either?! He put a new toilet ring back on the toilet (that he purchased from the local hardware store!) and said it was fixed. WRONG. The toilet was wobbly afterward... drains still didn't work like they should. Went out of town for 3 weeks and had family stopping by the house. They rang me to let me know they thought something was wrong with the toilet because it wasn't flashing like it should. Go figure. By the time I make it back home, sewage was backed up again!! Nobody had been in my house for an extended amount of time to be using the facilities to cause it to back up again. Finally fed up, I call a local company... Kings. They come out, run the same kind of snake down the drain as Christian has and pull out tree roots!!! In under 30 mins! They REMOVED THE BLOCKAGE THAT MAESTRO SAID DIDN'T EXIST! The kicker to all of this?! Maestro sends me a bill for $599?! I call to let them know they are charging me $599 for something they didn't even fix.. they were nice enough to give me a coupon for $50 (instead of giving me 20% off for being a member of their monthly club!!!) and took $149 off the bill. Kings bill?! For actually FIXING the issue?! $185. All together... I'm still out $585 after discounts by Maestro and having to pay the secondary company to FIX the problem. Fantastic way of taking care of your customer... not to mention your club members!!! Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

We signed up with H20 Maestro to do several jobs around our new condo. One was replacing our kitchen faucet. The other was checking the air gap that was leaking. We bought the faucet ourselves and purchased the model based on the specs the plumber provided. We were told we had to replace the air gap as well and there was no other option. The plumber then told us we couldn't use the soap dispenser that was part of the faucet unit because of the air gap. All of this work was expensive and came with a 1 year warranty. One year and 11 days later, the faucet handle isn't working properly. A few weeks prior to that, we had them quote us on replacing old toilet stop valves and were told we had to cut the wall out to replace them. After watching videos of the valves being replaced online, we felt that was incorrect and got a second opinion. The new plumber replaced the valves without any issue and when we asked, he also noted that the faucet was faulty AND we didn't need the air gap (it's no longer code). He also told us how to go about working with Delta to get replacement parts - something H20 wasn't interested in assisting us with. Just about everything H20 worked on for us was a problem. And, of course, they won't honor the warranty on the work on the faucet. Lesson learned, we'll stay away from H20 Maestro in the future.
My water heater busted and i was told to contact a plumbing company by the restoration contractor that was hired by our insurance company to stop the leak from the water heater. I turned off the water to the house as well as the separate shut off valve to the water heater. I contacted H2O maestro. They came quickly and told me that draining the water heater tank would fix the leak. They charged $110 to drain the tank and to turn the water to the house back on. Not even 20 hours later I have a pool of water under the water heater again, that is now seeping into other rooms. I called h20 maestro to come back to fix what they should have done the first day (which is to stop the leak) and now they say it will be an additional charge at least $200 on top of the charge from the prior day. What a great way to lose business. Luckily I'm only out $110 on this company. I almost had them install a water heater which they were going to charge $1899. If they can't warranty a simple service call I'm afraid to see what they would warranty on a unit they installed. They made no attempt to make things right even though they are the ones who turned my water back on when it was off! I don't know what was a bigger waste my time or my money!

If there were 0 stars to give to this business, I would. I contacted them and scheduled repairs in my home on Saturday from the 4-8 pm window. They confirmed, but never showed up and didn't give me any notice. Not only I wasted my Saturday afternoon, but my big problem with the leak still exists and I now need to chase new plumber on Sunday.
