This company was recommended to me. I called because of a leak under the house. They sent a man who looked under the house without being willing to go under. It is a crawl space that is fairly high in the front of the house but tight in the back. I had told this to them before they came. He said he would talk to his boss and get back with us. I didn't hear anything, so i called them back after 2 days.  They told me To call 311, which makes no sense to me. I believe my project was too hard for them. Call them for your easy projects.

Both are well experience in all forms of plumbing and heating and air together they have Over 20 years experience in service work. They were two of the very first to do trenchless drain lines and have never failed to get the pipe laid in place were other inexperienced plumbers say it can't be done they say it can and they get it done with a 10 year warranty to stand behind there work. These folks are fantastic!!! The lady answering the phones is focused and gets you to who you need to take care of whatever you have going on. AND of course they solved my problem promptly keeping me out of deep water.

Today we had one of our toilets start running again, so we called Rapid Plumbing and Jason came out and fixed it again for free! Thank you for standing behind your work guys!

We had a problem with our heating. I called them on Friday morning about 10:30. Scheduled appointment was 1 to 4. Andy and Addison got there before one. For a heater it was an easy fix. Very good price. They were gone in about an hour. Will definitely call them for hvac problems.

What a great experience. I got a quote quickly from Sean. The quote was reasonable and specific. I scheduled my French drain installation. Everyone was exactly on time. The guys worked HARD all day and knocked the whole project out in less time expected. The results were beautiful. They went over everything with me after the job was finished before payment.  They went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was not only functional but as aesthetically perfect as possible. This company was really easy and wonderful to work with. I will absolutely use them again with any of my irrigation needs. Any time I had a question it was very easy to text and get a swift response. Great people to deal with.

After a year of an upstairs bathtub leak and 4 other plumbers saying they fixed it and spending over $1000, Kings Helper fixed a leak no one else could. Also installed a new bathroom sink and faucet, garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and fixed a hot water pipe leak that another plumber couldnt fix. I'm beyond happy.
Chris was a true professional and they are now on my speed dial as my go to plumber. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Professional, expensive and available all the time! My experience with the technician was exemplary but I was never given a receipt. When I called to ask why, I was told that I would have to wait a couple of days which was inconvenient. If you have other options go with them but for 'round the clock service.... they'll do just fine

My regular plumber was busy so he recommended JP. He came out quick and installed a water heater, however we paid for him to do the inspection of it, sticker it, etc, and he didn't. We have tried calling him over 10x since January, with no one answering or responding to messages. Apparently they're only interested in the big stuff. I'll just wait for my regular plumber from now on.

I have to strongly disagree with the negative reviews here. As a landlord, I have used All Trades as my go-to for both plumbing and HVAC work over the past year - from fixing all manner of leaks, replacing frozen pipes and reworking piping to general repairs on ACs and furnaces, to complete installations of new AC systems. I have hired them for around 20+ separate jobs, and I have been extremely satisfied both with the quality of the work and the professionalism and courtesy of the workers. As to the office staff, they have always been happy to work with me on scheduling and billing whenever an issue has arisen. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Dauenhauer Plumbing to clear out roots between our cleanout and the tie in with the city. I had a poor experience with another company and unfortunately the job was not done correctly, the plumbing was backed up again only 10 days later. The guys came out on New Years day, in the evening, within an hour of speaking to us. They were pleasant to deal with even though it was a holiday. They had to run the rotor router 4 times, then went and picked up their larger tool to finish the job since it was so severely blocked by roots. They tested each time they rotor rooted- put toilet paper down and ran the sinks, showers, and flushed toilets. They probably spent 2 hours here just to make sure it was done properly. Beyond this, they charged HALF the price we were quoted by the first plumber to fix their own job. Glad I called them, very thorough work and would definitely recommend them.

So far they have been to my cabin in Willisburg 3 times, once to install a heat pump and twice to repair another expert's mistakes. They are now working on getting the thermostat so that it does not run basically all the time and not heat the place well. Set on 72 and temp
66. I have been told by Chris a few days ago the stat should have a setting for emergency heat.
The reason this is not a 5 star review is the advertisement stating 24/7. First, contacted the day after service that the heat was still not running properly. The fellow (Jake?) called me back to say he had reached  out to sevicemen but none had returned his call. This was Saturday. The problem would be dealt with, apparently, the first of the week.
I called today, Sunday, to give them further information and got an answering service, who obviously knew nothing about what I was saying, but would give them the message.
I'm not sure these two incidents truly represent 24/7 service. You can contact the company, but I think service on the problem is implied when 24/7 is advertised.
I'll be happy to edit my review when the heat problem is ironed out.

Drains blocked?! YOUR MONEY WILL STILL GO DOWN THE TOILET IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY!!! Had a technician named Christian come out to TRY to fix the issue... after having to ask where our local hardware store was (he had to go purchase parts?!) we waited for him to get back.. he ran a snake down the toilet and at first said there wasn't a blockage?! Keep in mind my sewage was coming up into my shower! After running the snake again... the toilet finally flushed, although very slowly. The tub in the other bathroom was also not draining appropriately. He looked at it and said the two bathrooms didn't tie in together so there wasn't an issue there either?! He put a new toilet ring back on the toilet (that he purchased from the local hardware store!) and said it was fixed. WRONG. The toilet was wobbly afterward... drains still didn't work like they should. Went out of town for 3 weeks and had family stopping by the house. They rang me to let me know they thought something was wrong with the toilet because it wasn't flashing like it should. Go figure. By the time I make it back home, sewage was backed up again!! Nobody had been in my house for an extended amount of time to be using the facilities to cause it to back up again. Finally fed up, I call a local company... Kings. They come out, run the same kind of snake down the drain as Christian has and pull out tree roots!!! In under 30 mins! They REMOVED THE BLOCKAGE THAT MAESTRO SAID DIDN'T EXIST! The kicker to all of this?! Maestro sends me a bill for $599?! I call to let them know they are charging me $599 for something they didn't even fix.. they were nice enough to give me a coupon for $50 (instead of giving me 20% off for being a member of their monthly club!!!) and took $149 off the bill. Kings bill?! For actually FIXING the issue?! $185. All together... I'm still out $585 after discounts by Maestro and having to pay the secondary company to FIX the problem. Fantastic way of taking care of your customer... not to mention your club members!!! Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

they charged my senior and veteran parents $1680 to replace and install a gas water heater!!!! it only cost 500 at Lowe's. when we called to discuss why it cost 1100 installation,  they wouldn't give an answer other than saying it was a flat rate. not only that,  the service man had them write a check out to himself!!!! when I called the company to find out what was up with that, they said it was fine. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE!!! DO NOT USE THEM
