We tried to do a 2 to 1 conversion on our shower. After getting to the pipes, we realized they were soldered and didn't have threading as we'd hope since the valve was threaded. Soldering is not in our wheelhouse. So I requested a quote and Tony responded within minutes and came out to give an estimate. We thought the price was reasonable and he started the work. There was a hiccup with one of our old pipes but Tony let us know and he stayed extra to switch out the piece with the issue and finish the job. I'm so glad we found Tony to help us. He was professional, patient, and stands behind his work. We are grateful for his hard work.

We have been trying to get Carroll Plumbing to fix the pilot light on our hot water heater for about 4-5 days now? We are also considering purchasing a tankless water heater. However~ as I mentioned... we have been waiting for them to come... 4-5 days...We have no hot water! Heating water in the stove and taking a shower this way has gotten old. The woman at the office says yes, we'll send someone over ... or she does not answer my husband's calls. Yes, there is a lot of work to be done in Montecito right now, but helllooooo?! If you say you will, you should. We need a dependable plumber too and we are not getting it from these people. Who knows a GOOD plumber who wants our work?!

They came to my house twice to fix the same issue and it still wasn't fixed. The first plumber that arrived was entirely unprofessional & frankly didn't want to work. I informed him I had already replaced the flapper, he informed me they have protocols to follow, so that's all he could do during this visit.... how convenient. When I called after the first plumber didn't do the job, the woman on the phone was completely rude. The second man that showed up was very nice, he at least replaced the entire pump but my toilet started leaking afterwards because of the washers he used; at least he tried. There was was no way I was calling Honest again so I called Thomas Plumbing and they were GREAT; problem solved.

Had a backed up sink... thought I did something wrong it was just food/gucky stuff built up over time but called at 10:30 and Bobby was here by 1:00 sharp. Very friendly fast and assured me it happens! Done by 1:25! Thank you! Would do business again in a heart beat!

this company is very excellent.  never had a company that did the job efficiently without me telling them about what to do. I'm very pleased. I'm calling this company and getting my septic tank's done with them. They're very affordable and fast on their job, they got the job done quick and efficiently and finally we got a running toilet couldn't be more pleased on how excellent this company did the job. I am so going to be calling them for my plumbing.

Amazing job by Mark Anderson, I was a few days into my new home and he came the same day to diagnose and start repairs on my plumbing issues. He did this on a weekend, showed receipts and prices up front and was very honest. He would text and call me with updates, arrival times, and extra parts needed. I am beyond grateful for his work ethic, reliability, and honesty. I would call him without thinking twice about it.

This is not a dependable company. I was referred to them by my home warranty company and only had contact via text. They never communicated over the phone. An appointment was set for Tuesday which also happen to be Valentine's Day. I waited two hours before I called the warranty company who informed me they were no longer taking my work order even though I confirmed 2 days prior. Although I called them several times that day and texted them, they never contacted me back.  Not even a courtesy call or text saying they weren't coming out. Shame on them.  Such poor customer service. Seems to be a pattern of the company from these reviews.  Take your chances with this company- maybe they will show or maybe they will blow you off.  I have yet to hear back from them.

Very professional and came with all the right equipment to readily find the leak in my pool. Fixed the problem very quickly and completely. Quoted a pice and stuck to it even though he did extra work to make sure I was completely satisfied. Darren is very knowledgeable about all things relating to leakage and other pool equipment problems. I can highly recommend his services

Eugene Frye is the best!  He has a great work ethic and is reasonable.  It is difficult to find anybody like this anymore.  If it is an emergency, he will be right out.  Even if it is not an emergency, he works with your schedule.  He diagnoses the problem until it is solved.  I have referred him to several people, and they have all been very satisfied.

He also contributes to the community and volunteers.

I am very picky, and for me to commend somebody like this is a very big deal!

My Roomate and I were having issues with our water heater and dishwasher for some time now. We've had a couple of people take a look at them and fix it but none were as communicative or knowledgeable as Kevin. He fixed the problem and reassured us he would be in at our service if anything went wrong. Amazing customer service, communication skills in terms of what the problem was and how he fixed it were beyond great and professional. Quick and affordable. BPE was available for every step, I was able to get an estimate the same day I called them, and they explained the whole process in a way that was easy to understand. They made themselves available by text and phone calls, and really showed pride in their workmanship. They even made sure that my dog was in the house before leaving any gates open. They did an amazing job on my pool, and I'm blown away by how great it looks!

We wanted to replace our old water heater.  We called Tommy's and they sent someone out the next day. The two gentlemen where friendly and professional and answered all my questions. It took them about an hour and they where done!  I will definitely use them again.

Helpful, responsive, came the next day from me calling the evening before, and CALM! I as a first time home owner (who is dealing with galvanized plumbing) was panicking at my first plumbing problem but they came and fixed no problem at an affordable price, even offered quotes on future work I'm considering. I'll absolutely be using them in the future.

Called early in the morning to hopefully get a repairman out right away. They were at my house in about an hour. Had to go pick up supplies. The service man that came was Named Chase. Extremely friendly guy and very nice and polite. So was customer service when I called to get an appointment.
It took Chase about 20 mins to fix what the other guy took an hour to install incorrectly. I am very happy with the workman ship that was provided at a very fair price.
I will use this company from now on for any further plumbing needs.
