We are very very pleased that Rick came to help us install our dishwasher and replace our kitchen sink faucet. He is polite and very respectful. He wore a mask and he kept the area where he was working clean. Rick replies to every inquiry right away. He also charged fairly which we really appreciate since we have to budget our home projects. We will definitely be regular customers and we will recommend Rick to our family and friends.

We have used Carroll Plumbing and Maintenance on several occasions and never had any reason to complain but plenty of reasons to compliment them. All their plumbers are courteous, ON TIME, knowledgeable and professional. Alvin has taken care of a number of repairs and installations, always calls beforehand and work is done to the highest standards. I wouldn't use anybody else.

This company was called from our home warranty company. My 94-year-old mother lives in this property. The plumber came out today to Repair a shower that was leaking. The plumber repaired the shower and told my mother the whole shower and the back wall would need to be torn out for a cost of $250 over and above what the insurance company was going to be paying. They would leave the wall open and not do any repairs on that as it would be extra. After the plumber left my mother and her caregiver went into the bathroom to use the shower and the plumber had reversed the connection on the single stem faucet so the cold was hot and the hot was cold. My mother and  caregiver both got burned. Another contractor that is not associated with AMERICAN HOME SHIELD came out and replaced what needed to be done for $61 in parts and $90 labor. Sure is a difference in cost to the 250+ plus plus plus that the honest plumber was going to charge. Before we start hearing excuses of expenses, Worker's Comp., and other business expenses the individual that came out has been in business in Bakersfield for over 60 years and has a stellar reputation compared To  this company who claims to be the honest and most reasonable plumber in Bakersfield. Your employees try to rip off elderly people, And do half ass work and don't do a proper job. I'm surprised with all the complaints you are still in business. Yes by the way we have already lodged a complaint with American home shield and are expecting a complete refund of your callout fee along with the cost we paid to have this shower fixed properly. And by the way The complaint is also for misdiagnosis and overcharging people for work that was not needed to be done. People beware of this company as they are anything  of what their name claims they are.

I recently used their services twice, once for a large matter, and once for a small but urgent job. They have always been good communicators, positive in attitude, honesy, efficient and punctual - not at all easy to find in plumbers, in my experience. Their work has been totally up to standard. This is a good service to use.

This guy is a joke. He was late on a Friday then it turns out he couldn't do the job until Monday. So my family was out of showers, toilets etc... for the whole weekend. When he finally shows up on Monday(he was late again btw) he said he'd be back on Tuesday. What a joke. I kicked him out of my house that instant. Biggest waste of time ever. So I decided to call a real professional.

Great service from Mark! We were looking around for plumbing repair here and they responded really quick and they have the most reasonable quote. Mark is such a nice guy, he came on time, wore mask the entire time, he explained everything to us and most importantly he did a really great job fixing the problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone & will definitely use their service again.

Richard did an outstanding job. He was over my house within two days of requesting his services (last minute) to install a kitchen faucet. The hose was faulty and leaked within two days of installation so he came back to fix the issue and didn't charge me a dime! I found a plumber for my future plumbing issues! Boom!

Very professional and came with all the right equipment to readily find the leak in my pool. Fixed the problem very quickly and completely. Quoted a pice and stuck to it even though he did extra work to make sure I was completely satisfied. Eugene Frye is the best!  He has a great work ethic and is reasonable.  It is difficult to find anybody like this anymore.  If it is an emergency, he will be right out.  Even if it is not an emergency, he works with your schedule.  He diagnoses the problem until it is solved.  I have referred him to several people, and they have all been very satisfied.

He also contributes to the community and volunteers.

I am very picky, and for me to commend somebody like this is a very big deal!

Although I was unable to use prodigy's service due to our plumber calling back. I appreciate the swift promptness of Mayte and Kevin. I will be keeping their number on hand. Prodigy, keep up the great customer service!

Called early in the morning to hopefully get a repairman out right away. They were at my house in about an hour. Had to go pick up supplies. The service man that came was Named Chase. Extremely friendly guy and very nice and polite. So was customer service when I called to get an appointment.
It took Chase about 20 mins to fix what the other guy took an hour to install incorrectly. I am very happy with the workman ship that was provided at a very fair price.
I will use this company from now on for any further plumbing needs.

I had a water heater leak at 8:00pm @ night. Arron came within the hour to give me a diagnosis free of charge and showed me how to fix my leak. I highly recommend him.
