Best HVAC System Repair in Las Vegas NV
Great service and pricing. Danube's team not only planted the trees in our backyard but also fixed our irrigation system and lights. Our shower needed repairs and Danube was able to do it all on the same day. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to those who are looking to have any kind of housework done. It's hard to find trustworthy contractors in this town but you don't have to worry about it with Danube.

Vegas Strong was one of three choices given to me by my home warranty company, AHS. They had positive reviews so I went with them. My scheduled time was between 4-6. The person who set up the appointment was nice enough to comply with my request of a call about 30-40 minutes before they arrived so I didn't leave work early unnecessarily. Tom was my technician. He was able to pinpoint the problem fairly quickly and fix it. I always get a little nervous when the home warranty company sends someone out because some of them aren't and don't seem that honest and try to up sell you. In one case I had someone offer to come back and do the job on the side. I didn't get that feeling from this company. Tom explained everything that was going on and that my units were in good shape and I should have no problems going forward.
I know other companies offer similar deals but the maintenance package for $99 a year for two tune ups a year seems like a good deal and a way to stay on top of things so I don't get another surprise of turning on my heat and not having any. At the bare minimum if I need to utilize my home warranty again for one of my units I will choose Vegas Strong as the contractor.

I contacted them when my air conditioning unit was not working when I got home from work, upon a recommendation from a friend. Even though it was 5:00 in the afternoon, I got their answering service. The answering service stated that someone would call me back that night, as the temperature in my home was 99 degrees. Waited and waited for their on call technician to contact me, but no one ever did. Called another company and received immediate service. If I could give 0 stars, I would considering the lack of any type of service that I received from them.

They came. They fixed my bathroom drain issue in about 30 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and it was under $100. Eazy Peazy!

We use JOS for yearly maintenance. They are professional and helpful. They take care of all of our systems to keep them running smoothly. They are careful and respectful inside our home and always leave my house looking the way it was when they arrived. Highly recommend.

Junior and Lou are absolutely amazing, honest gentlemen that have your best interest in mind. They are truly HELPFUL and do not attempt to price gauge you. Their work is quality and quick and they have amazing customer service. Junior took the time to explain all of our options and helped us make the best decision possible for our AC needs. Yvonne is also amazing, such a wonderful demeanor, courteous, and always calls us ahead of time when Junior is on his way. She is extremely helpful and attentive. I recommend this company to all my Las Vegas friends, family, and neighbors.

Not sure if this is unusual but I had a terrible experience with Snap plumbing. Last week when my toilet broke they told me they had limited techs working and schedule for today, Tues. 13th. I waited all day, at 5 pm I called and was told the tech was on the other side of town but coming. At 6:30 pm I called again and the woman said the plumber said he came and was turned away. TOTAL LIE. No tech showed up. Didn't call. Just lying. Very sad since other reviews said they are good.

Usually the home warranty send us to a shitty company, and this one is. Stay away if you don't wanna waste your time and money. It's a ripped off company. Be AWARE!!

I needed a new water heater on a Saturday and the home protection plan contracts with Nationwide. They were very quick to respond and to come out and estimate the job. They were professional, competent, and helpful. Because they were so busy they were unable to schedule the work until during the week requiring me to take off from work (and take cold showers!). Otherwise I would have used them.

Total scam. They were sent out by my home warranty company (AHS) to replace a leaking water heater. The warranty policy stated that the water heater and all components were covered. The technician came in and immediately 'discovered' multiple items that needed modifications that he said weren't covered by the warranty and wanted to charge around another $400. This was for a standard water heater in the garage (with zero modifications). I talked to AHS who agreed to give me a payout if I didn't want to use Air Squad. I was able to get a new water heater installed by a professional plumbing company the next day for the amount of the payout.

The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing were assigned to service my hot water heater by First American Home Warranty. 3 business days later we were still without a repaired hot water heater. Every time we called The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing they never answer their phone and kept us on hold for almost an hour then finally the line will either drop or put you into a voice mail. I left multiple voice mail messages over and they never called back. After complaining to my home warranty company they tried to reach The Right Guys HVAC with no luck either. Finally my home warranty company assigned a new plumbing company and apologized for the poor service from The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing. If you get assigned to The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing I recommend you ask for a different plumbing company.

Hawthorne plumbing is by far the worst company to ever have do repair work or a new a/c install! I got a new very expensive roof top split AC /furnace unit was sold to me I was told I have a 5yr parts and 1yr labor warranty when my a/c unit wasn't working blowing hot air after only 11 months of it being installed. I called the dispatch service which notified the company and never got a call from the company. I called the company locally and was told by the manager that we will not come to service your unit you need to call another HVAC plumbing company to work on your air-conditioning. The warrantees that Hawthorne sells there customers is a fake the unit comes with the manufacture warranty and that's what I was told to go through after already being sold on a warranty through Hawthorne plumbing. For being a union outfit related with the local 525 they are a joke save your money and call somebody that really warranties and stands behind their word, work, and craftsmanship!!

Excellent customer service. The technician went above and beyond to address the issue. I am very pleased with the visit. Thank you.

Horrible service. I called the company for my AC unit to be fixed at 7am yesterday as it went out the night before. They said the soonest they could come out was the next day first thing in the morning (this morning). I went to a friends house over night to sleep (the first day the temperature indoors got up to 98F). This morning, I was first in line for them to come and they gave us a window of 8am-11am. I waited and received a phone call saying they had an emergency and moved our window from 9-noon. I waited and waited, calling every hour to see when the repair man would come. I got the busy signal many times. When they did answer, the company said the man had vehicle maintenance issues (flat tire) but how long would that take? Maybe an hour? Keep in mind the temperature in the house is at 100 degrees and I have to wait at home for them... No one came until 3 pm. I am very disappointed with this company and will never use them ever again!
