Our laundry room sink needed to be connected. The builder just left the lines. Royalty came in and gave me an awesome estimate. I authorized the work and within 35 minutes we had our sink ready. They were quick, professional and easy to talk to. Recommend!

I had 2 other quotes that were atrocious. We hadn't had any hot water for a month. Came over and worked for 6 plus hours.  Very happy and the price was fair. It was nice not dealing with a greedy plumber .

Zhuliyan and his crew did a tremendous job with my kitchen remodel. It included throughput new flooring, removing a divider wall , rearranging plumbing and electrical and installing a brand new kitchen including countertops and backsplash.
They were always on time, worked hard every day and finished within a very short time period. The pricing for this project was very reasonable. I will definitely work with Zhuliyan and his crew again on future projects. I can highly recommend his services!

The next time I needed work done, I tried to go with a top-rated Yelp plumber.  They couldn't even get the work done the same day as when they came out for their free estimate.  Also, they were much more expensive than Jump 2 It.  I decided to call Jump 2 It and see if they could do the work the same day.  Sure enough, they sent someone out a couple hours later and they performed the work well, for the exact same price I'd paid them before.

What's more, this time when I called Jump 2 It, my call was professionally handled by a woman who clearly wasn't answering her cell phone while unclogging someone's drain.  

They have a new credit card payment system which they haven't seemed to master yet, so, knowing this, I paid by check.  It was much easier.

In short, I had a much better experience than my others, and I thought it would be fair to come here and update.

Having a Home Inspection business and being a prior General Contractor and Operating Engineer I am always asked for referrals. Well I have used Monte and Carla for jobs and all my client referrals for years but had never needed them for myself until today. I was changing a shower cartridge before going on an inspection this morning and the cartridge snapped in half! Having to leave to make my appointment on time I had no water and a house of angry teens. So for the first time in my life I had to call a plumber!
  Well who do I call and trust in my home with my family! Monte! First time in my life calling a plumber and walking into my home at the end of the day with a shower valve that worked better then when it was installed!

Pete was responsive in my need to get a doggy door cut into our new home. I work at a job where I can't be away long and so its hard to get time away for personal needs.  Pete squeezed me in between two jobs and I got my doggy door within a days request. I am very happy with the quality of installation and will definitely be using Handyman Services on other projects that I have planned.

I had to leave before the installation was done and he left the worksite clean and remnants of the supplies where I could see what was done. On top of that paying was so easy. He just emailed me the bill and voila! Easy Peasy.

Very responsive to my needs and courteous. Did not upcharge and will definitely use them for future maintenance.

Highly recommend there services, I was dealing with two to three other company's until I spoke with the owner of Orchard Plumbing he was so helpful over the phone I told him I feel like I should be getting charged for the consult.. He suggested that I can do what he advise me to do or he can come out and do it. The fact I felt no pressure and he didn't come off as trying to get paid, I felt I could do the job myself after what he explained to me but I appreciated his customer service so well I with him coming out and doing the job, which was resolved. My water heater went out right before Thanksgiving 2017. I was referred to Citywide Plumbing by the project manager of Acquired Designs. My landlord was out of town so it was quite a dance to get it replaced.Danny came to replace it the day before Thanksgiving. They were quick, responsive to texts and checked back to make sure I was happy.  I would recommmend Citywide for any of your plumbing needs.

My kitchen was draining slow I called advanced drain jettering and Elvis came out and got the job done right away. Kitchen is draining with no issues now!

Not sure if this is unusual but I had a terrible experience with Snap plumbing. Last week when my toilet broke they told me they had limited techs working and schedule for today, Tues. 13th.  I waited all day, at 5 pm I called and was told the tech was on the other side of town but coming.  At 6:30 pm I called again and the woman said the plumber said he came and was turned away.  TOTAL LIE.  No tech showed up.  Didn't call.  Just lying. Very sad since other reviews said they are good.

The technician that cam out was dry helpful and easy to work with. The staff at OSP, not so great. They would not come out and see why the toilet they fixed is not working. They want me to pay to have it fixed again. Very unsatisfied customer.

Please think of going else where before calling this place.

I picked it because he was the closest to me with 4.5 stars. How?

He first walks in with NO MASK, which I'm calling CDC by the way and reporting him.

He spent an hour and a half trying to figure out my leaky sink. He did offer to  replace the tiny part that broke, but he was taking forever to try and find the right piece. So I politely told him to forget it. He charged me $90 (for him to come OUT to the house). Which is ridiculous because he was so close; and last but not least.

With all do respect, he needed to shower because I think it's super unprofessional to come to a clients house smelling like body odor!

Dan came out 2hours after I initially called for them to diagnose the problem I was having. Turns out that the issue was not from my plumbing but from my irrigation system. He did not charge me anything for looking into the issue. He simply pointed me in the right direction and gave me advice on preventive maintenance for the plumbing.I will definitely use him on any future repairs/maintenance!

Submitted for several quotes, Catania & Son were quick to respond with several different size disposal motor quotes along with install fees.  Others responded from Yelp as well and most were reasonably close in price, but Catania & Son had great reviews.  They came over when requested and replaced the disposal.  While doing the work they found a problem with another pipe in the sink - sent me a picture, and really helped me avert another problem.  Easy transaction and great work. Will call again when needed.  Six stars if I could, thanks!

I have a rental property in Las Vegas that had a pipe fail this weekend. I reached out to three different businesses, including Pro-Flow Plumbing. Luckily the pipe that burst could be shut off but I'm a bit antsy about ensuring that repairs are done quickly when it comes to my rental properties. Especially anything involving water and/or safety.

One of the businesses that I have reached out to you on yelp, message me back, but made a comment about coming out to do a repair on a water fountain. I found this very odd and realized that the person commenting may be some kind of an answering service and not the business. Considering the fact that I submitted pictures and an explanation of the problem, this was a big turn off.

The other business that I reached out to messaged me back, but I only messaged me back to call their dispatch. Considering that other business also had very good reviews I decided to give them a call. I was told that it would be $49 to come out and take a look and if I agree to the service they would apply the $49 to the service. I asked why would I pay $49 for you to come out and take a look when I've sent you pictures of what the issue is and all you need to do is quote me for that? She replied back that she could not provide me a quote because she answers the phone in the office, but does not work in the field. She agreed to send the pictures to someone in the field and get back to me. I figured I wouldn't hear back from her (which I didn't), so I decided to give Pro-Flow Plumbing a call.

When I called, no one had picked up and that did give me a bit of concern, considering it was a Saturday. But online it did say 24 hours so I figured maybe they would answer. About 10 minutes later I got a callback. The gentleman that I spoke with, said to text him the address and he would be there that afternoon. Later that afternoon, I received a text that he was on his way. He arrived and got the job done and sent me pictures afterwards. The tenant was satisfied, and so was I.

Fair price for a last minute repair on a Saturday.

Don't search anywhere else , just give them a call and see the difference . Super responsive , super nice and decent.. Calmly investigated  the drainage problem I had with my self installed water Softner and located the problem. Fixed it in 5 minutes and checked everything and water Softner was back in service . He didn't want to charge me as it was an easy fix to him but difficult to locate as it was a builder mistake  ( but off course I insisted ) . And of course good job and sincere one is priceless . Hire them and you will never be disappointed .
