So happy!
Our toilet clogged upstairs, and with a little one running around I honestly had no idea what could have been flushed/stuck! With my crazy nursing schedule he was able to accommodate me and was able to help! It was an easy fix because he knew what he was doing, we had another guy come in (neighbors referral) and he said I needed a complete toilet removal and replacement! $$$$$ Dan came in, fixed and within minutes our toilet was up and running! No mess, and honest. Definitely recommend, fast and honest and saved me hundreds definitely recommend!

My toilet was overflowing and then I found out my main pipe was clogged. Needless to say I couldn't use the water any where in my home. I contacted Dan and luckily he fit me into his busy schedule and was able to come the next day. He helped me fixed the issue. Then he showed and explained what caused it. Called Dan for a main line clog and he arrived to my house in about 20 minutes. I had a shower clog which ended up being a main line clog with everything starting to back up. I am SO glad I called Rooter Dan. After snaking few drains, hydro jetting my main line, then snaking my kitchen drain Dan unclogged our lines. He worked for 2 hours trying to unclog our drains. He did mention that ours was one of the worst clogs he has seen (lucky us lol). He was very professional and transparent with everything and no upselling me to anything. Just hard, honest work from him and it's so hard to find that in anyone nowadays. Again, I can't say enough good things about the service we were provided. He is a must call for all your plumbing needs. Thanks again Dan!

I had them come out because my whole house was backed up. Nothing was draining. Honestly I tried to call a bunch of other places but I was just getting a run around. They were super responsive explained everything that needed to get done. I just felt way better and secure with them than anyone else. Good morning yelp community I just wanted to share my experience i had from using the services offered by LV Rooter Dan. I own some property in Las Vegas Nevada and have to admit that it is quite a bit of a struggle sometimes trying to take care of emergency situations that arise at the property when your a few hundred miles away. I got call from my tenant that the main sewer line had clogged and was backing up into the parking lot. So i got on the phone attempted to call a few companies from 6 AM this morning and had trouble getting a hold of someone that can send somebody out sooner than later. Luckily around 9 AM I spoke with the The dispatcher at LV rooter Dan and she was very nice and prompt and she understood that it was little urgent to get someone out was able to schedule me within 45 minutes Dan was om the property I do appreciate how they handled this situation because I was not present on property but it didnt make things complicated because Dan contacted me and went over the pricing clearly and explained what was going on and send me pictures and video before doing anything. Then followed up with after video which was very nice which i hadnt received from other companies i had dealt with in the past. I was able to take care of the bill over the phone and hope i dont need theyre service soon but if i do I know who to call.

So to sum it up I am very happy with the service and the way they handled it and also was explained how long of a warranty I have and what it covers.

Dan is the man! He was able to come to my house within 24 hours and used the hydro jet to clear the storm drain in the backyard. He spent extra time to find all the drain exits and taught me all about the draining system. He's very throrough and charges a much more reasonable price compared to everyone else.
I would highly recommend DCSN if you want a professional and affordable service.

I can not praise Dan enough! I just bought a house that was built in 1965 and noticed every time we ran the washer this gross black nasty smelling water came up through the shower and kitchen sink drains. I panicked and called Dan right away. He explained that the line was backed up, so we scheduled a day for him to come out and flush the line. Scheduling was awesome, he was out the day after I called! He flushed everything and made sure everything was right. He even called me/ sent video when the job was done! There aren't many companies out there that will go to those lengths to assure you that the job was done right. They are fantastic!

I called around and no one was available to work on Saturday but I'm glad because I found Dan. He arrived within 25 min and without any extra weekend fees.

I'm buying my first property in Vegas and just had the home inspection completed today. I decided to call this guy Dan at LV Rooter Dan to do the sewer camera inspection (make sure the Mainline is in good condition because it can get pricey). Am I glad I called Dan, what a great guy (wishing we had a Dan in California). He explained everything to me about my drain pipes and all honesty I have never met anybody like him, this guy is a genius when it comes to the drain layouts.
Thankfully everything went well and we didn't find any breakages in the sewer line (peace of mind) but it was such a great experience meeting Dan and checking out all his top of the line equipment (his service van was so clean and organized more than my personal vehicle lol) Dan will most definitely be in charge of my rental property in vegas.

I definitely recommend him to everyone, he provides the best plumbing service experience hands down.

Called for general manitnece and because I have heard great things about the hydrojet process. Made an appointment and they arrived right on time. The process took about 1 hour. The best preventive manitnece you can do for your home. He put a camera in the pipes after the hydro jet process. My pipes look beautiful especially after they were cleaned properly and I know this for sure because I was able to see it for myself. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs. If I could give more stars I would. It's nice to know I have a reasonable and honest plumber on my side :)

Once again my kitchen sink was overflowing in six months I had my home warranty company send these guys that don't even have the right equipment and finally I got on Yelp I contact the company LVRD I live in Southern Highlands lady over the phone book me right away even though they were busy A guy name Dan showed up at my house within one hour vacuum all the dirty water out from the kitchen sink empty out the whole Bottom of the sink put his cable machine in there within 20 feet clear the line very professional very clean had shoe covers when he walked into my house which that's a big deal to me and my wife this is our first time dealing with Dan amazing job they deserve every five star thank you again have a great Monday.

Dan came out 2hours after I initially called for them to diagnose the problem I was having. Turns out that the issue was not from my plumbing but from my irrigation system. He did not charge me anything for looking into the issue. He simply pointed me in the right direction and gave me advice on preventive maintenance for the plumbing.I will definitely use him on any future repairs/maintenance!

UPDATE: Just received a call from the company and they were upset with my three star review. I explained why I gave it but they were still unhappy. They offered to go ahead and add me to the standby list since I left a three star review. I will update it to five stars but I don't think that's fair because I did not receive five star service from the lady on the phone either the first time I called or the second time she called me complaining. I thought it appropriate to share my experience in contrast to the people who received visits in 20 mins just so people know that is not always the case. I believe true 5's should be for exceptional service and I received that from both of the places I called after this business.

Our toilet and shower stopped draining. I called DCSN and Dan arrived within an hour and fixed the issue by Hydro Jetting our main line.
It took him less than an hour, so my problem was fixed within 2 hours of it starting.

My fellow yelpers,
my whole house was backing up for two days. My insurance company send out a so called plumber he stood in front of my yard for about 20min. Comes back with a service fee of $85. Didn't even take out any equipment out of the vehicle. He mentioned something about the front yard tree, is most likely penetrating the line...how can he determine that there is in fact roots in the line without a proper inspection?? He said he will not cable the line.
I was so disappointed and upset. Paid the fee and told him not to come back.
Made the decision to take care of it and look for someone reliable on YELP. I found LV ROOTER DAN, gave them a call at 7pm, Lilly made everything so easy to understand and 25 minutes later Dan was in front of my house with equipment and all to get down to work. He determined the issue with in minutes.
Dan cabled the pipe from the outside, fighting with the line for several minutes until finally he pulled my 3 year old daughters stuffed animal that she apparently flushed down the toilet because she decided to bathe it in there.
Dan is truly amazing, very professional and super affordable, could not believe the price. He didn't even charge me to come out. Unlike the other guy was trying to rip me off by trying to do a repair, they are the ones that give a bad reputation to good plumbers.

Dan again thank you for helping me and you absolutely deserve more than a 5 star rating. You have a client for life.

Lilly responded quickly and gave me all the options on what is best for my clogged laundry drainage. I shopped around and they're the cheapest in town so far if I will use their hydro jet service . She booked me the earliest time and date and she's very friendly and jolly on the phone. I cant wait to see and witness the quality service that they always provide to their customers.
I finally met Dan today. He called prior to give me a heads up and he was even ten minutes early from the scheduled appointment. As soon as he turn on his high powered hydro jet cleaning machine, wow! I cannot believed that I had all that black grease and lint trapped in the house pipeline. ( see video) . Dan was able to clear up the clogged drainage in less than an hour. The quality of service that he provided was stellar! He 's honest and even gave me some tips on how to avoid clogging in my laundry and kitchen drain pipes. I was so relieved and was greatly satisfied! Thank you Dan & Lilly!

We needed a sewer line scope of a home that we are purchasing based on a home inspection. The young lady who answered the phone was very nice and gave us an estimate. Dan came out promptly, he actually got there before me, and talked us through what he was doing. He also sent me the video of the scope, and was very professional. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any plumbing issue that may come up. They only take cash or check, neither of which I usually have handy, but other than that, highly recommended.

One of the best plumbers I've ever worked with!

Called Dan and he showed up the same day to check my clogged kitchen sink. He used the cable right away to see if he could clean it, sadly that didn't work. After deciding to use the jet, he came back the next day and was done in under an hour!

Extremely fast and super friendly! I will always recommend this plumbing company to anyone with a problem!

Dan actually came to access the situation and told us what needed to be done. We had to install a water bib and Dan suggest a plumber that gave us a way lower price than other plumbers were offering to install the bib. We got it done that same day and I rescheduled with Dan for a few days later. Dan then called and said he would come after hours since he felt obliged to come back since he inspected my issue with my kitchen sink drain pipe clogged and wasn't able to do it asap. He came after hours when he didn't have too. Dan and his team went above and beyond and I will be contacting them from here on out for any of my issues in this regard.

This guy Dan at LV rooter man showed up to my house on time on Labor Day weekend at 6pm and did an amazing job. I've been having constant issues with my sons toilet due to fact that he puts way to much toilet paper and it's a constant problem. I've had many...many plumbers out here and
I've heard every possible excuse to charge me an arm and leg every time.
This Guy Dan from LVRM was able to unclogged the toilet within a short amount time and the price was only $49.! I could not believe what a reasonable price Dan gave me.
I have wasted so much money...100s of dollars with other plumbing companies on the same issue.
Dan is a 1 man operation, small family owned that is here to help us not get ripped off from the big contractors.

He called me and informed me about the issue and he also was able to send me pictures. I wish I would have called DCSN/Drain Cleaning Services of Southern Nevada from the start of my problem!! What a breath of fresh air it is to see that there are still helpful, kind, and professional businesses around!

Woke up to a suprise flood in one of my rooms downstairs and realized that my roommate's toliet upstairs had over flowed and was flooding her bathroom and now leaking downstairs. Called my dad first for some help and then he mentioned that a camera inspection would help us find the clog. So I jumped on Thumbtack and waitied for their phone calling system to match me with a pro.... I received an immediate call back from a different company that scheduled an appointment the next morning, but never showed up nor called. After a few times of calling back and forth to try to see when they would come I gave up and started a search for a new company, and that is how I found DCSN/Drain Cleaning Services of Southern Nevada. I called them the first time, and they were nice enough to just give me some advice and information over the phone. I then called them back to schedule a drain inspection and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning. They texted and called prior to coming and arrived right on time during the arranged window. Dan was so very knowledgeable and helpful!

CONCLUSION: Don't look anywhere else!! Make an appointment with DCSN/Drain Cleaning Services of Southern Nevada!! When a company doesn't call or even show up the first time during a window of a scheduled appointment, take that as a sign to take your money elsewhere to a more professional and reliable business. If you want EXCELLENT work done, customer service, comminication and professionalism choose DCSN/Drain Cleaning Services of Southern Nevada! I wish I would have gone with them in the first place, but I am happy the I ended up with them in the end!

It's one one year I've been needed drain services back to back.
I've used what I thought was the best drain companies in Las.Vegas, only to have the come back and charge me again.
once I found Lv Rooter Dan, not only was everything properly explained to me over the phone.
Dan himself came out to my house and cleared my kitchen drains. I was in shock at all the grease and nasty stuff that came out. it's been 4 months now and I have not had a single issue , I will definitely be referring Dan to my friends and family

Wow, what an experience that caused me to run into one of the most professional and helpful individuals I've met in Las Vegas. I had just purchased the house on Dec 15 and on the 19th of Dec my brother and his family were helping me move the final things into the house when it was mid-day and everyone finished eating lunch and had to use the restrooms. Lo and behold the whole system stopped up, I found LV Rooter Dan on yelp and decided to give him a call and boy I'm glad I did. He jetted my pipes from the rear kitchen cleanout because the front one was buried under earth that the previous owner landscaped. Little did we know the block was in between the upper and lower floor area that the previous owners did not fix and when it cleared about 300 gallons of water started fountaining out of my downstairs shower! So Dan, frantically attempting to save the house, got to snaking the laundry room clean out while I was digging in the front yard for the front clean out because now he suspected another block in between the street and house, while unsuccessful at that cleanout, he started snaking the shower and finally he ran to where I was and actually found the cleanout in the front yard after digging frantically also! Long story short, he snaked the front clean out, took video of the pipe, helped me dig up the yard, snaked three locations, stayed there for at least five hours and charged me only 400.00 bucks. I have to add, he also called the restoration guys who walked me through the process of getting my insurance involved to solve the problem.

Making that first call to the right person is crucial. I owe a huge thanks to Dan and his efforts.That one call earned me a good friend that I would call on again if needed.

My whole house was backing up. I called 3 plumbing companies out to give quotes and hopefully fix the issue but all 3 companies came up w/ different stories and outrageous prices. I didn't know what to do but my buddy referred me to LV ROOTER MAN the tech is Dan he was honest, organized, and quick to fix the problem and the price can't be beat he was truly reasonable and helpful. He is the drain expert for sure!

We called late in the afternoon yesterday and they scheduled us for today. We had a problem with our toilet and were completely clueless on what to do. We called a few places but settled on this one because the price was extremely reasonable and he could come out the following day. He gave us a call 20 mins before arriving which was nice. Rooter Dan saved us!! Our main sewer line backed up on a Sunday night. The recent rains caused tree roots to wage a full assault on the main sewer line. We called out of desperation after reading the great Yelp reviews this company has received. Lily was very pleasant, she took our info and Dan was at our home within 45 min! He was so professional and very reasonably priced. He even made a deal with us, that if the problem persisted, he'd give us a deal on a follow up appointment. Well, we're going on 3 weeks and so far, so good. We'd highly recommended Rooter Dan!

I had the home warranty company out twice before I got sick of having idiots show up not knowing what they were doing. I found Dan on yelp and so happy I did. I have an old large one story home. Dan through deductive reasoning and some hard work was able to figure out what was going on with my drain. He explained exactly what was going on and fixed the problem. My property manager has a contract plumber team, but they are never available when it's an emergency. I was looking online yesterday and went down the page and called 4 places before I got to LV Rooter Dan and all 4 gave me the ooo well the earliest I have is Wednesday or Thursday after I clearly explained that their was water coming up my shower drain, which I didn't think it was supposed to do. Lol so when I called there I forgot the lady's name and I am sooo sorry, but she was AWESOME she helped me and gave me tips until she could get someone out to me and even called my property manager to get it all set up so they would pay the invoice. Dan was helpful and informative about my old house and he was funny. I called them on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. I had a clogged kitchen sink that we tried to remedy ourselves over several months but clog kept coming back. I spoke to Lily on the phone and she was super nice and helpful. I always appreciate an in-office person who has a great attitude and frankly, it's a big reason why we decided to use LV Rooter Dan. Anyway, Dan arrived 30-45 minutes later and got to work right away. We ended up going with hydro jetting and the amount of crap that came out was unbelievable. Dan was prompt, polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Got the job done very efficiently. I highly recommend them!

Life saver, life saver! Dan met with my husband today. My husband who seldomly comments about service providers. My husband John raved about Dan. Dan was on time, honest, and he fixed our plumbing issue!!! My husband has enlisted Dan as our plumber! Dan is knowledgeable and prices are great comparatively! I'm sooooooo grateful that Dan knows the homes piping system and reassured us that despite our aged home, plumbing should be far and few between. Anyone reading this review should know; Dan explains to you what's going on. He does not keep you in the dark walking around you and then hands you a bill that is a mortgage payment. I was in Las Vegas at my parents house last week when we had a huge water back up problem with the toilet and the kitchen sink. Fortunately LV Rooter Dan was the man to do the job. Very great person to deal with fun and easy and the cheapest in town after trying to call 3 different people to come out to our house Mister Dan got to us in less than 30 min. Highly recommend this guy for any jobs around your house he is fast and reliable.

Talking about customer service and trustworthy work.. Dan is the one.. I called for some plumbing help and I was referred to Dan..he was there in less than 30 mins.. He spent about an hour and this man knew the problem wasn't fixed all the way cause it needed some more work.. He refused to take money till he finishes the job and surley he did fix it and made sure everything is running correctly and also went outta of his way to buy some parts and saved me time..

From the time of the initial call, and the completion of a job WELL done, approximately a mere 3 hours had passed!! The receptionist was kind and understanding, making sure to get the details before hand. Dan called and arrived promptly and got immediately to work. Throughout the job, Dan explained to me what the problem was and what could potentially be, as well as troubleshooting methods to preserve the lifespan of the extremely old pipes. Explained prices, cut and dry, no surprise fees, no surprise work. Just straight up, honest work well done. Will absolutely refer and use again!

We found Dan on Yelp and all of his amazing reviews so we called and the receptionist was so nice and scheduled him to come out a few hours later that day. He ended up coming sooner due to a cancellation and he was awesome and explained everything to us as he went to clean out our main line that had a clog. Great price and amazing service! Great service still exists! I was told an exact price on the phone when I booked my appointment for the following morning. Dan was on time, did a great job and took a video of it to send to me at work! He didn't carry a piece I requested to cover the drain with him, so when he made it to Home Depot later that morning he actually sent me a picture of what I needed to get! I highly recommend this company!

Everyone has drain problems sometimes in their life. Mine was this week with the kitchen sink.

I talked to Lilly and she set me up with a appointment with Dan. Received a nice courtesy call prior to Dan's on time arrival. Dan did his thing with his Rooter and problem solved in less then 30 min. Bonus: Only charged me $49 to come out unclog my kitchen drain.

Will be using LV Rooter Dan for all my future plumbing problems!

Fast, professional, economical service. I live in a 22-year-old mobile home in a senior community. Dan was there within an hour of my call. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Got it done as fast as humanly possible. Very reasonable price. My drain blockage was 75 feet down the pipe towards the sewer. No way I could have done it myself with chemicals or plungers. He included some maintenance tips and directed me to watch some videos online. Highly recommend his thoughtful, courteous, and professional services. Plumbing and blockages are not for the do-it-yourselfer. Bite the bullet and hire a professional. Dan's the man!

Had to call for an emergency sewer backup today. Our main sewer line was clogged up so we called LV rooter Dan to come out and see what the problem was. Dan was able to come out the same day that we called, he was very clear with his communication on what he was going to do and what the cost would be. And most importantly was able to solve our problem quickly. We recently had new tile floors put in and it looked like the contractor must have gotten some grout down in the main line. Dan's machine was powerful enough to break it up and get our sewer flowing again, his price seemed reasonable and service was excellent I would recommend him anytime you have a drainage problem.

We just bought a house in Las Vegas and soon enough, we noticed a major plumbing issue. After much research and getting the runaround from most other plumbing services, I finally found LV ROOTER DAN! I called and was immediately greeted by a sweet woman who was eager to help me. When I told her that my toilets were overflowing and the drains weren't working properly, she said she will send someone right away! It was such a relief to find someone who finds our plumbing issue just as serious as we do. Rooter Dan showed up that day and immediately found the issue - we had years of grease build-up in our main pipe which was blocking everything else from smoothly flowing through the drain/pipe. Within 1 hour, our issue was resolved through a special hydrojetting service that Rooter Dan suggested. Not only was the service rapid, but it was also extremely affordable. Prior to agreeing to the hydrojetting service, I called a couple of other reputable plumbers in the area and they quoted me at least double what Rooter Dan quoted. Rooter Dan also threw in a 2-year warranty, should the problem arise or persist. Overall, I am truly happy to have found this gem of a plumber and will be retaining them for all plumbing needs!

I wish there was an option for six stars! This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had! From the time that I called yesterday to the moment my sink was fixed before 8:45 this morning! I spoke with a very kind friendly polite woman who was clear as to what to expect. Then I got a call from her this morning letting me know that Dan would be there within 30 minutes. About 10 minutes later, Dan called to let me know he would be there in 10 minutes. And he was! Dan came and explained everything to me before he did an exceptional job. He only charged me $49 to fix my clogged my sink. He was informative professional and in and out within 20 minutes. I believe this company to be the most professional and dedicated of any that I have seen. Not just plumbing but of any service company. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to residences, businesses, people who own properties should definitely use Dan and his company! He owns his own equipment which tells you his level of expertise and commitment.

I had a main line backup causing the water to seep out from under my downstairs toilet. I woke up to a quarter inch of water in the bathroom and foyer. I called Dan and he was at my place within an hour. He tried the standard rooter first, and only when that didn't work, did he offer the more expensive hydro option. The hydro did the trick and got the water flowing again. His camera and locator let me know where the roots were causing the problem. He then called some folks for me to help me with the process of repairing the line. Very reasonable prices and goes the extra mile to get you the help that you need.

My kitchen and wet bar sinks were clogged and backing up. After reading some online reviews, I decided to call LV Rooter Dan and am glad I did. Both Dan and Lilly were upfront and honest with their pricing. Dan arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and took care of the problem quickly and professionally. He even helped us fix a few minor issues with the bathroom vanities without charge. This was my best experience with a plumber. I won't hesitate to call on Dan again or to refer him for draining service.

Dan is The Man! First I had my home warranty assigned plumber completely miss the mark by punching through the clog with the snake but not knowing it and he just told me he ran the snake all the way through so we must have roots in the main line to the sewer. We found Dan on yelp based on his reviews and called him in after Pure Plumbing gave us an outrageous quote for hydrojetting and camera inspection. Dan worked our clog issue for over three hours, showing the persistence that none of the other two plumbers cared to undertake to figure out where the actual clog was. He narrowed down the problem, got it cleared, and even did some really helpful things like bring our cleanout drain access points up to code and not charge for using several access points like through the toilet to identify where the problem was. Not only is Dan very experienced, but he will do everything in his power to help you and do it while charging the most competitive prices in the valley. Dan - THANK YOU BRO
