Call Darrell Crews Septic! Duck duck rooter was the worst; the workers had no idea what they were doing and not paying attention. They almost took down a power pole and line and told me to call to get it fixed. Huge fiasco. Sent them away I didn't want them on my property any longer no telling what else they would screw up. I found Darrell Crews Septic through a neighbors recommendation and they were great and 50.00 cheaper.

I very rarely give 5 stars. This is one time I wish I could give more. They arrived early, looked at everything and went straight to work. Fixed everything 10 times better than it ever was and best part is the price was unbelievably great. The best in town and the best I have seen with a contractor in a long time. I am use to working with contractors as I did accounting for a general contractor. I will use them again for sure.

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

I recently had a water heater replaced that Oakley Plumbing installed.  They did a good job, except Bryan needs to learn how to clean up after himself.  Then a few days later I had issues with hot water in my shower.  I was told it would cost $60 for the filter and $115 for labor.  I was at work when the work was done (they entered via a lock box) and when I arrived home I was shocked how filthy the shower area was.  I had just had my place repainted a few weeks ago and the greasy hand prints left behind on the walls....not okay...and my new shower curtain had to be washed because Bryan got that dirty as well.  Then I receive my credit card bill and I was charged almost double what I was quoted!!!  No conversation as to why and I never received a bill.  This type of business practice is unacceptable!!!  I wanted to be supportive of a business owner by a Veteran, but I can't support a business that doesn't clean up after themselves and charges my credit card without authorization of a different amount!!!!

Selling a house in Sanford, realtor said i needed a repipe. Called Emerald got a quote, set date for repair. Thy pulled permits, did job in 3 hours, sent in drywall crew and inspector next day, even got my 20 year old water heater replaced. Can't really see what they did, can't really even tell they were here except for all new connections. Would use again just hoping I never have to.

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. You don't need a plumber often...at least you hope you don't.  First used Bert Normans a few years ago when I woke up to a backflow preventer spraying water all over the lawn, with big puddles in the street indicating that it had started before dawn.  Tried a few plumbers a shade closer to me, all of whom just could not handle an emergency.  Bert Normans Plumbing company came out quickly and fixed the problem.  Flash forward to yesterday and I am in need of a plumber to fix some toilet valves and leaky faucets, so I knew who to call.  Shannon, the office manager, set the appointment and called when the technician was on his way.  Jason was professional, wore shoe covers in my house, and reviewed everything, including cost, before starting.  He fixed it all with the exception of one thing which needed a part not on the truck. He called in and made arrangements for the part to be available.  By the end of the afternoon, another appointment was set for him to return at my convenience with the needed part.   This is a professionally run company and every person I have had the pleasure of dealing with is just top notch.  Pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable....what more can you ask for???

I was somewhat new to gas, and was unaware that cutoff values were required for appliance installation. We had a dryer being delivered the following day, so a quick turnaround was a must.

I called nine plumbers in the Jacksonville area, seven of them said they didn't work on gas and one could fit me in after Christmas. Top of the line was able to fit me in that day. They did an excellent job, were personable and professional, and are very knowledgeable about gas plumbing.

I accepted a VA loan from a buyer and did not know how HARD VA inspectors are!!!  I had called two other plumbers and just over the phone they sounded expensive!  Then I called Flow Solutions and from the lady who answered the phone to the plumber Zef who actually came the very next day I would highly recommend this company!  Everyone was very friendly and you could tell they really cared.  The prices are EXCELLENT and the work is superb!!

After 4 different plumbing companies, many months and money attempting to find the root cause of our sewer line problem causing toilets to back up, we called Hall's Services. Unlike other companies, they actually answered our call (on a Saturday no less) and said they would be there by around noon, and they actually were! They were professional and knowledgeable and unlike the others, discovered the cause of our problem. A section of pipe need to be replaced. They came back the next day and worked to fix the issue until it was complete and problem solved. Cleaned up leaving the site almost as they found it. We will be using them again for other repairs and upgrades to our plumbing system.

This is a wonderful place to do business. We have used them several times over several years and they always come through. These days it is difficult to find a reputable company do perform outstanding work, so when you find one that does follow up, gives great estimates, is professional, funny, relatable and timely it makes all the difference in the world. Thank you for being so awesome to work with. Most people only rate bad service, so I take the time to rate excellent service. I would highly recommend!!

Joseph, technician number 620, did a great job fixing a leak under our kitchen sink. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. Even though it was Christmas Eve and we had a busy schedule they were able to fit the service into a time that was convenient for us. Would highly recommend Joseph and Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs!

Something as standard a customer supplied faucet installation should have the price disclosed at a flat rate. Coming here and quoting me close to $800 to install a kitchen faucet is absurd and then charging me a $120 fee for the call is just bad business and not ethical. Fenwick does my AC and Heater work and that is all I am limiting them to moving forward .

The plumber who visited was extremely nice and polite, I wish I could justify having him install the faucet but at that rate I could take the $120 hit and hire another plumber and still save significantly.

Call and get a quote range before, don't get sucked into the convenience of their online appointment booking .

Had them fix in my house and at my fiance's, Great service, great price, on time...both times.

I had these guys come out and install a generator the crew of Bryan and Walter were very polite and respectful. Upon completion the area's of my home were left nicer than it was when they arrived. These gentlemen took pride in their work and the finished product showed it. If I ever need electrical work again David Gray will be the ones to help me.

Put a new flange and wax seal on my toilet. Was happy that they cleaned up after they finished  if I have more handyman jobs I will call them again

Make sure you fully document what you are wanting them to do and get a cost.  I had them out two weeks ago to look at P-trap that was leaking.  I then get a $177 dollar bill.  Thought it was much but needed it done.  At the same time my tenant asked them to look at a toilet that wasn't filling, but there wasn't time to get to it.  I called them back and asked what it would take to get them out to look at the toilet.....I then get a bill for $192 for repair work to 3 toilets.  I wanted to know the cost before authorizing any work because I could have replaced the toilet in question for apx $100.  I called to complain and was told they had the work order for 2 toilets, and that they are busy company with many large commercial accounts from Palm Coast to S. Ga and that they couldn't have gotten the order wrong - The Supervisor insisted that didn't pull the number randomly out of the air and that I called to have two toilets repaired.  When asked even if I had called for two, why was the third repaired Well, if it broke the following week...you'd be upset that we didn't fix it at the time we were out.    The ending:  pay what you think was fair but to never call us again.
I will say, quality of work is not an issue
