This is an AWESOME company!  After calling late the previous day the company squeezed us in the next morning to quickly solve our problem. Excellent customer service. Mike Jones was the service tech that came out.  He provided us with fast, professional service.  A very trustworthy tech.  He explained everything thoroughly providing us with the confidence that is hard to find in a company these days.  He was a very courteous and polite man.  We were amazed how reasonable the charges were.  Money well spent.  We will NEVER use any company but Duck Duck Rooter and will recommend them to everyone!  Super thrilled to find such a trustworthy, reasonable priced, caring and knowledgeable company still exists these days. .

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! Life Saver!!!!!! Two of the nicest guys you could meet, Zef and Leonard. I just had 5 pallets of new sod laid on a Friday and late Sunday my backflow pipe busted and water was free flowing on to the street. I was able to turn off the valve at the street but with new sod I really couldn't let this fix go more than a day. I called the number at 9 a.m. in a total panic thinking there was no hope I would get it fixed the same day. Zef was so kind and patient with me. They were at the house by 11 am and by 12 noon they had it fixed and tested the irrigation system to make sure everything was working. HIGHLY recommend them!

These days it is difficult to find a reputable company do perform outstanding work, so when you find one that does follow up, gives great estimates, is professional, funny, relatable and timely it makes all the difference in the world. I bought a home and the plumbing was in a real bad way. Pipes were bursting. The previous owner had obviously DIY'd the plumbing.  

Well Kevin came out and redid all the plumbing in my home on a moment's notice--over a weekend no less! His price was very fair and the quality high. From experience I can say his work is far better than the work of the local big plumbing companies--the big guys just ain't got no quality control.

Anyway, I'm sticking with this company from now on. I can now sleep tight knowing I got good pipes!

First, they were late. I almost called to cancel but they finally showed. Second... Over $300 just to unclog a kitchen sink? We have never paid over $120 for other competitors but since this was the top name in Google search, I figured why not.
Thank goodness I asked for an estimate cuz they wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. I told the guy we never pay over $120 and he said well y'all don't have a history with us and I asked what does history have to do with the price? And he replied It doesn't, I was just letting you know. ....Okay. I read they were more slightly expensive than others but not three times the charge, my goodness. No thank you.

Plumbing had been neglected for a long time. We needed somebody to come in and resolve a bunch of issues. We got 3 quotes from various plumbers. We accepted the middle quote and the guy never showed up and never returned a call. Decided to go with Fenwick - their quote was just a little bit higher (approx 10%) but we needed the work done. They were very professional and on time. The job was more complicated than we thought and required several more trips by the plumber. They stood by their original quote, and we probably ended up saving money because of that. And we saved time, and they were nice to deal with. My old plumber wanted us to wait 2-3 weeks, my second choice never showed. Fenwick is now my first choice for any future jobs.

Christian and Damian came to the house to troubleshoot my suspected leak. You could hear it but not see water. They were excellent!  They found the problem with very little changes to the house and fixed the pipe and valve.  I couldn't ask for better technicians like Christian and Damian.  The cost was very reasonable especially being a Sunday. I will ask for Christian and Damian again for plumbing needs

Had David Gray install pendant lights to a non existing wired area above our kitchen bar. They drilled the holes, started the wiring from a nearby light, and patched an old light that was too close the new lights. Very pleased with the results and the patchwork is darn near perfect to our existing ceiling! Arrived on time and estimate was spot on. Very happy!

I chose Action Handy Man because of the reviews and the location. There are usually not issues in the reviews. I had a couple. However, how they were handled is what I want to share.
The first question was, is this an emergency?
It wasn't. I needed to install a w/d where there had never been one.
I scheduled a two hour window for the walk through/ estimate. At 1 1/2 hours I called to confirm. There had been a mix up. But they dropped what they were doing, and were there in minutes.
But there were unforeseen issues which caused the entire plan to change. Mark just went with flow. With my permission he stayed till 9:00pm one night, and 11:00pm another to complete it.
Then the dryer didn't work. All parts were checked and were working. I called and asked him to please rack his brain and see if we missed anything. He did. It was an issue in the breaker box. He came back and fixed it. No extra charge.
And I am thrilled to have my w/d working.
It was so worth it. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend him.

This company is fantastic. I called on a Monday morning for backed up plumbing and they had someone come out within 45 minutes! Ken was great and so quick to identify the problem and fix it. Probably the best experience with a plumbing company that I have had. I would definitely recommend them.

Cant speak to their work as we didnt get that far. I have a toilet that is draining slow but is draining which should be an easy fix. They said there would be a $99.00 charge just to come look at it. Not to work on it, not for anything but to look at it. If they charge $99 just to look at something I cant imagine what they charge to actually work on something. Just seems like highway robbery, especially given the financial strain everyone is under due to covid shutdowns.
