Gerald is awesome! He went out of his way to come over within an hour or so of us calling regarding our leaking shower pipe. He tightened a few things and showed us what we could replace on our own to help the drainage in our old pipes - and didn't charge us anything! He also walked us through how to do a couple of other small plumbing projects around the house. He very easily could have charged us hundreds of dollars, but instead he explained how to do each project and what parts to get and offered to come back and check our work if we ran into any problems. Stand up guy that I would highly recommend!

BlueFrog was my second opinion after another company told me I had a grout issue without so much as turning on the water. BlueFrog found the issue, carefully looked for any other issues, and fixed it quickly and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend! Thanks BlueFrog!

It's so nice to have a plumber that doesn't scare you when they walk into the house!  This team is pro and we refer our clients to Sunshine plumbing knowing that the job will get done right by folks who have a strong since of integrity.

Mr. Barnes is nice, but his work is sloppy and once he brought his daughter along and charged extra for her being there.  He didn't offer any discount for the damage he caused while working, either.

We've used McComb on two occasions - to install two bathroom sinks and to install three new toilets.  They were very professional, quick, and affordable.  I didn't realize that we needed a carpenter to install the sink cabinets in advance of Pat working his magic, but he referred us to a wonderful cabinet maker, and then was able to come out shortly after, so that there was very little time that we were without sinks in our bathroom!  Fortunately, we haven't had any plumbing emergencies, but if we do, I know that I'll call the McComb team right away!

Holy cow. I can't say enough about this business. Mike is wonderful and is very quick with his responses. I love that I can call and he always picks up his phone and tries everything he can to help me. I love that he is straight forward and to the point, not to mention how affordable he is!!! He has saved me in the dead heat of summer, even during our 4th of July party. This past month I used Dirty Duct's for my duct cleaning service, and John did such a thorough job with our house. I called mainline services this morning hoping to speak with a woman named Renee which I had spoken with in the past. A woman named Hanna answered and proceeded to tell me she was the office manager, I asked to speak with Renee and Hanna let me know Renee was no longer with the company, since I was familiar and comfortable with Renee I let Hanna know I was going to shop around a bit more and probably use another company.I wasn't trying to be rude but when I had spoken with Renee in the past she was very welcoming and informative. So Hanna proceeds to say that would be fine goodbye and hangs up, geesh she couldn't even try to save the call!! So much for office manager! I don't know about u but I've worked in customer service and was trained to save the sale. Hanna could have offered a 10% discount, anything!! We hung up and about 10 minutes later I get a call from a man named Dwayne, I'm guessing he is the owner. He starts off the conversation off by say how badly he wants my business. I explained it was nothing personal. Dwayne proceeds to tell me he understands I had spoken with a former employee Renee but she was no longer with the company because she was a bad person and doing bad things! I asked bad things as in giving me wrong information? He said no, she was doing weird things and stuck in a rut with her life!! I'm listening to the guy bad mouth a former employee with my jaw on the floor! Wow!! Talk about customer service!! Could u imagine the service this guy provides? He is clearly in capable of running a copacetic business! I was shocked I explained that his words were highly unprofessional and Hanna was just as unwell trained. Dwayne tells me Hanna just answers the phones and is not an office manager. Im confused and a little irritated at this point because I've just wasted 10 minutes of my work day on the phone with this shmuck! I inform Dwayne I must go and turn down any of his services. Moral of the story this company is highly unprofessional and had no customer services skills! If I could I would give it a negative star rating.

These guys though. So we had friends coming into town and something my grandmother had done 8 months before was blocking some line in the house. The first time they came out it wasn't totally cleared  because it was so far down and they didn't get it, but it wasn't known until I try to take a shower the next day. So I call and that day they come and he's like 'I'm going past the house just to make sure it's good to go' yes sir thank you so much you guys rock.
If you need things done, these guys are totally the guy.

Plus the tech that came out was so sweet and easy on the eyes.

13/10 will call if I need anything again.

We had Nate replace to shower heads and knobs. He also replaced our very old rusty water heater! Fit us it right away and stayed late to finish the job. Very thorough and informative. We were so impressed we signed up for his maintenance program for our hot water heater. Highly recommend! Reasonable prices!

My water heater broke unexpectedly on one of the coldest weeks we've had. Vidal plumbing was very quickly responsive via Yelp and was able to send someone the next day. They were super knowledgeable, knew exactly what they were looking for, and were done in 20 min which was really convenient. Everything they did was timely, convenient, and professional as well as appropriately priced. I was able to get my water heater fixed for a lower price and in less time than anyone else I contacted!

Nothing like your AC giving out during the hottest time of the year. I turned to Yelp to find someone that could come out and help quickly. Tyler was so fast at responding to my request and making it out to our home.

He arrived on time and diagnosed our problem right away. He thankfully had the part we needed with him so was able to get everything up and running very fast. He answered all of my questions and provided some other helpful HVAC-related tips to keep our family cool.

He charged a fee for a service call but said that it's good for the next year whether we need more AC or furnace help. While I hope we don't run into any more troubles, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to give him a call and recommend him to others in the area.

Avoid these scam artists at all cost. Obviously must work on commission. Selling unnecessary and highly costly repairs. Really deceptive sellers!! WOW!! Just a horrible experience.

When others said the project was too large or they weren't qualified - Jacob and his team were able to do it in half a days work and set us up with the appropriate hot water system for our families needs. Heath was the licensed technician who installed our water heater. He did an amazing job within a tight installation closet.

Our AC was not cooling, tech came out, found zero coolant in system, said there was a leak somewhere. Verbally quoted pricing of $2,765 flat fee for leak locating. Then verbally quoted another figure almost the same amount ($541 for first pound, $400 plus for each of the next 5.6 pounds - not sure of the exact number since I never got a written quote but I remember it was another nearly $3,000 amount) to recharge with R410A assuming the leak was located. One year warranty but that could be extended another year if we paid I think $179 for a one year membership. So around $6,000 and I told the tech at that point, not a fiscally responsible endeavor to spend that kind of money for a one or two year warranty. After much more discussion about the cost to replace, he called his office and got a couple of prices over the phone with the proviso that a sales person would still have to come out and give us a firm bid, but the price was for several more thousand dollars, depending on the SEER rating. It was a lot to take in, a lot of money to spend, so we told him we'd like to sleep on it but please get us the quotes. He said he would email them to me, several times, and when he left, he said when he got to his truck he'd email me the repair quotes right away. I never got them so I sent the company a message via their web site the next day. Never heard from anyone. To be fair, the tech spent a lot of time with us, so I'm not sure why a promise to provide a written estimate could not be met. Clearly we were shocked by the amounts he verbally quoted but to just leave us hanging? Were we thrilled about paying that kind of money? Of course not, but follow through on what you represent you will do, at a minimum. No email, no phone call. When he left, that's the last we saw or heard from this company.

My experience with Don the sales guy with Repipe Specialists was abysmal to say the least. Fortunately, I was able to track down Just Plumbing, who is the subcontractor for 90% of the work done by Repipe Specialists.

Bill was super easy to work with and didn't condescend to me the way Don had. Plus Just Plumbing's prices were lower and they were willing to go the extra mile to ensure a quality job.

The repipe took two days to complete. The crew came out for 5 hours each day. They were on-time and very considerate. The first day, they cut the drywall and routed the Pex. The second day they shut off the water and made all the connections. They were quick and well organized and cleaned up well afterwards.

I noticed after they left that the stub outs were Pex when I preferred copper. Also, the style of faucet on my bath didn't fit with the handles. But Just Plumbing had no issues coming out to make sure the finishes met my expectations.

The drywall crew did a great job! They even corrected some poor drywalling that existed previously.

Everything checked out with the City inspector and there have been no leaks or any other issues to date. Job was completed about 3 weeks ago - I think. In any case, I am confident Just Plumbing will be quick to correct any issues if any pop up.

Working with C4 Plumbing was a great experience. Mark was very professional and to the time to get to the source of our plumbing issues. He put a plan together for how and what we would fix and prioritized what was urgent and what could wait until the next time. I am very impressed by his work and will be using him exclusively.

Harvey and the team at Adams plumbing and heating are fast and responsive and provide the most important SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. I had an issue with a water heater that they installed for the previous home owner 2 years ago and I had a small problem and emailed him in the middle of the night. Harvey called me back as soon as they opened despite being backlogged 2-3 weeks! He was patient, helpful and a good listener, he gave me options and was able to schedule a technician 24 hours later despite the fact that this wasn't a big $$$ job.
