AE Plumbing was great. Juan responded to my message quickly and was here less than 24 hours later to fix a burst pipe. I will definitely use him again in the future!

These guys though. So we had friends coming into town and something my grandmother had done 8 months before was blocking some line in the house. The first time they came out it wasn't totally cleared  because it was so far down and they didn't get it, but it wasn't known until I try to take a shower the next day. So I call and that day they come and he's like 'I'm going past the house just to make sure it's good to go' yes sir thank you so much you guys rock.
If you need things done, these guys are totally the guy.

Plus the tech that came out was so sweet and easy on the eyes.

Incredible work! After having a horrible experience with a leak, I must have called 15 plumbers trying to get some immediate help.  Finally, I called Juan and he was over right away.  He was very professional and knowledgeable, easy going, and did not give any indication that he was rushing to get to the next job.  He was also willing to connect me with the right people for additional repair services.  AE Plumbing Services will be my go-to from now on and I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Juan was quick to respond on Saturday afternoon and was able to help us in a pinch. He quickly diagnosed a water heater issue and fixed a leaky garbage disposal. Very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

When you need a plumber, you generally need them quick, and Juan was very communicative and helpful when I was asking around for quotes. I had a clogged sewer line, and he was able to fix it within 45 minutes. Left the bathroom clean and also has a 2 month warranty on sewer line cleans which helped put my mind at ease.

He also was very friendly and put up with all my pestering questions and had some good recommendations for moving forward.

Stuffed up kitchen drain. I tried pulling the trap off to find the clog but it was down the line in the wall. Called AE and he was willing to come out later at night 8pm at a convenient time for me since I'm getting ready to go out of town. Answered his phone right away. Answers texts timely. Super reasonable pricing. Rootered as far down the line as he could to do it right the first time. Cheerful and efficient.

Juan provides excellent service from the beginning. He provides accurate scheduling and communicates well through phone or email. When it comes to the work in the house, he is honest and cost effective. He installed a new toilet with ease. I am having him back to do more projects because I know I can count on him.

We needed a new water heater. We got quotes and they were by far cheapest from the ones we got. They arrived on time and took no time installing our new water heater and removing the old one. They also communicated well. Let me know when they were 10 minutes out.

I think one of the biggest concerns with finding a local plumber is trustworthiness.  I called AE Plumbing regarding a water pressure issue and while Juan could've charged us to fix the problem but instead he gave me suggestions for how to fix it myself.  That showed a level of trustworthiness that you don't typically find.  We just recently moved into the area and we will use this company for our plumbing needs moving forward.  Highly recommend you do the same.

Replaced our leaking outdoor faucet quickly and at a fair price. Jonathan was fast and knew what he was doing. Will use again for plumbing needs, hopefully not in the near future!

As I wrote in a previous review, Juan, the owner, was so helpful over the phone the first time I needed help that I said I would continue to use again.  Juan and Carlos have both been to my house now to do subsequent plumbing jobs and they always do it right at a decent price.

This last time, Carlos repaired leaking water supply lines to a sink and toilet and replaced one of the valves, too.  Service was quick after I called and Carlos was professional and friendly.  The toilet was still leaking from the tank and he didn't have the part on hand, but gave me good tips for changing it out myself.  I did and it no longer leaks.

Jaun is amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He came on time and the job was done fast and cost effective. He put it in a new faucet, fixed a clogged tub, and a leaky toilet. We are using him again on another job. He was very clean and conscientious about appointment time. We were very happy!

They unfroze my water meter and got water flowing to my house after 4 days with no water.   Highly recommend.

We have used AE Plumbing Services twice now and Juan is awesome! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is quick to respond and a great guy. Our home had completely lost water pressure and we called Juan. Even though he was fully booked, he still made time to come out and help us with our water issue same day!

AE Plumbing Services quickly assessed my issue (basement floor drain backing up) and resolved the issue. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and enjoyable to work with. I will definitely use AE Plumbing Services in the future.

I had busted pipe from the freeze. They showed up in less than hour. Fast and friendly service. I will definitely use them again.

We have had AE our a couple of times to repair issues.  Each time they have work quickly and solved issues to ensure all the work we needed was completed correctly and completely during the visit.

AE Plumbing services rescued us from a plumbing disaster one late evening. They are courteous, honest and efficient. I recommend them highly!

We had repairs done on 3/16/22.  We called on the past Wednesday and Juan was very professional and reliable.  First he scheduled on Friday but was unable to come in because he forgot about another project so called called and asked if he could come out Saturday.  It was not an emergency so we agreed.  The problem was that water was coming up from underneath the cement in our laundry room.  He came out and new want exactly it was.  It was a broken pipe.  They got here around 830 set up all their equipment and started around 9.  It was Juan and I believe his associate Carlos.  They were very professional and respectable of our house.  Juan walked me through everything that he was doing and showed me all he was doing.  I was allowed to take photos.  The entire project from start to cleanup for about 6 hours.  They even had to leave halfway through to get more parts.  They had to get more parts cause once they broke the cement they know what they needed.  Again, he walked through everything.  He showed me the pipes that needed to be replaced and also the good pipes we had.  The prices are very reasonable.  We called a big company before here and it was almost triple what Juan charged.  Definitely recommend this company.

I came home late from an out-of-town trip and the toilet in the bathroom wasn't refilling when flushed.  I tried a few things to see if I could fix the problem, but they did not work.  I was concerned that the pipe was frozen and needed a plumber to come look at it.  I called AE Plumbing Services and Juan came right away--within about 30 minutes.  He was professional and courteous.  He did a little sleuthing and immediately figured out that a vent had blown off the outside of my house, exposing the pipe to outside air.  The pipe had indeed frozen up.  He thawed out the line and temporarily blocked the vent hole--until I can get out there and implement a permanent fix.  Given that he came out on a cold night late in to the evening, I felt like his fee was very reasonable.

Our main drain flooded our basement with sewage over night and I called Juan the next morning. He was able to send his brother, Christian, over within an hour and quickly turned a disaster around so we could use our toilets normally again. Christian was very clean, polite, and friendly (even to our two barking dogs).  

They were able to adhere to their original quote (which was also the cheapest quote around!) and answered all my question thoroughly and honestly. Thank you, guys! I'll definitely be calling them again! -Justin
