Best Water Heater Installation in Irvine CA

Eddie came out to give me an estimate. I was having some faucets etc. replaced and he checked what I had purchased to make sure I had everything that was needed. I called to have the work done a few weeks later. Eddie called when he was on is way and was well within the call window I had been given. He was efficient, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up everything. He even wore booties over his shoes so he wouldn't get dirt on the carpet! The best bit? What I was charged was exactly what the estimate said. No add ons, no oh didn't I tell you this also needed to be done too? Prodigy is now my go-to plumbing company!

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

James Navarro was just here fixing our leaky AC issue. I'll update my review accordingly throughout the year to ensure this is a permanent fix. Overall I'm thoroughly impressed by James professionalism and knowledge. He educated me on the problem, the solution, recommendations for long term and the price. Ultimately I am more impressed by his above and beyond customer service like making sure things are really dry when water is flowing and splashing from 7ft above. There was no pressure on becoming a member but because I am genuinely impressed by the customer service and experience of James- I am more than happy to opt in on that Champion membership. Also thanks for coming earlier than the scheduled time and cleaning the sidewalk and HVAC system!

There IS a reason for all of the 5 star reviews --  fast and efficient service.  Aaron was polite and got right down to business.  Our problem was fixed quickly --   you don't realize just how important working plumbing is until you have a problem!   Would definitely recommend to friends and would use again if the need arose.

Bob was a great Plummer!!! He was very nice, fair, and covid complaint! I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services.

We have had several small leaks in the past 6 months.  The first time we used Efficient Plumbing.  They were great.  The next time they weren't immediately available so we went w/ another plumbing contractor.  To say the second group were the three stooges would be putting it mildly.  Now with another leak we went back to Efficient Plumbing and worked with their recent acquisition (partnership?) Pipe Bros.  Titus was on time, he quickly identified the issues and got to work.  He was SOOOO tidy in cutting open the dry wall (the last guys made a huge mess).  He communicated options and costs at every step of the way.  
Calling a plumber when you don't know the extent of you problem is always concerning.  You can rest assured you won't be ripped off with this organization - and TITUS!

John Shim is a very very honest man.  Called him because we got a notice from the city of BP that said there is unusually heavy water use at the property.  John showed up on time, looked at the water meter, looked at the sink where we suspected a problem and told us there was nothing wrong!  He even said he got several phone calls like this and had the same findings.  John Shim, his crew and his business will be THE ONLY PLUMBER i will use from now on!

Although I am putting my room addition plans on hold, Smart and Handy was quite professional. Setting up an appointment with Catherine on the phone was easy.  Dave showed up on time and was forthcoming with his knowledge.  Upon request, he even respected our house by removing his shoes upon entering.

Contacted Frank about some plumbing issues since he had gotten good feedback on the Nextdoor app. It's all true. I too, received a quick response. Was available to come check out my issues in a timely manner. Very professional. Came back next day for fixing. Arrived early, did a wonderful, quick job and was very reasonable and  affordable. Even went out of his way to look at other issues and advise us of some problems he saw. Recommended 5/5. Thank you, family plumber.

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. My tenant let me know both toilets were running non stop over the holidays with all the craziness I totally forgot. So I quickly went on YELP and looked up a plumber, he met me there and gave me a very high quote. Needless to say I didn't move ahead and thought I should do some more research. I reached out to a friend who does a lot of remodels and she recommended Purpose Driven Plumbing. He was booked for the week but said if he got any time he would reach out, 1 day later he did, fixed the problems quickly and 1/2 the price of the first quote. It's been a week and the tenant says it's working great! Thanks for taking care of this!!!

I'm very happy with this company. They answered the phone promptly, asked about the problem I was having. I was given a 2 hour window when someone would show up the same day and told I'd get a text 30 minutes prior to arrival. Which was awesome because the problem was at my mothers's house.  They sent out Curtis who was very nice and professional. I was told someone would come between 2 -4 and he arrived at 2. Curtis explained everything he needed to do or might have to do as he was diagnosing the problem in my mother's bathroom. It was nice to be told what to expect during the process. The prices I was quoted depending on what was done didn't change when it was time to pay the bill. My mother was very pleased with Curtis' clean up effort when he was done. I know I was his last job of the night and was pleased with how thorough he was making sure everything worked properly when he was done (had to replace a water line/ not the nightmare slab leak we suspected). He was very patient with my mother who speaks English as a second language. I highly recommend using this company and will be telling my neighbor to ask for Curtis who also needs some plumbing work done.

The quick and fast, Ixtapa Construction is the best general contracting company I've had the pleasure to work with (I've worked with 3-4 over the last decade). I completely gutted a 4 bedroom, 2..5 bath, 2100 sq. ft. home we just purchased and Jay did it while handling timing pressure from my then 7-month-pregnant wife who was hesitant to even make the purchase, knowing the work it needed.

As the founder/President, Jay is a consummate professional (a rarity in this business), and a true craftsman. His Partner, Alex is also great to work with and keeps things organized and coordinated with all the moving pieces of a construction project. Most important to me is that Jay and his team takes pride and ownership in their work. Jay treated our construction project as if it was his own home. He takes the time to make sure things are done right, the first time. Moving forward, I'll always reach out to Jay first about my remodeling and home improvement needs before going out and interviewing/reviewing other contractors. Through my remodel, I'm fortunate enough to connect with someone who I've gotten to know and trust as my advisor for home remodeling and repair-related needs.

The longer version: We closed on our home in January of this year (2019). We knew we were going to completely gut and remodel the home. We didn't change the exterior (no additions) but all things interior of the home were to be redone. From all new water pipes to new electrical, new HVAC system, new 2.5 bathrooms and a new kitchen from the ground up including new flooring throughout.

This is our 2nd remodel of homes we are to live in, so it wasn't a completely new venture for us. The first remodel, I worked directly with a few tradesmen and oversaw/project managed the job myself. But this time around, with a newborn on the way and a 3 year old, I didn't have the time so we had to find a good GC that was fair, reasonable and accountable to work with. In total, we met about a dozen General Contractors (local via Yelp, Craigslist, HomeAdvisors, Houzz, you name it).

I first spoke with Alex by phone and then met with Jay at the house. Needless to say, he was on-time and professional. When we were ready to make a decision, we narrowed it down to Ixtapa and another construction company. I regretfully admit, we went with the other company first. The reason was that the initial bid was missing a few elements. I wish I had just went back and asked him to revise before making a decision. Truthfully, in my conversations with Jay, I had a good feeling. But we all make mistakes... The other company turned out to be a massive disaster (if you want more info, please reach out to me).

My initial timeline was the beginning of March for the home to be move-in ready. We started work on January 6th. By February 6th the house was all gutted, but nothing was being put back together. We started to get concerned as we were about 22 days out from when the house needed to be move-in ready. I got the typical contractor runaround and because I needed to be swift, I terminated the agreement. I had very low tolerance for a bad situation to get worse.

But since our initial meeting last December (2018) Jay stayed in touch with me and he actually followed with me to see how things were going.
I reached back out to Jay (at this point, under immense timing pressure) to see if he can help. He was able to get me on the calendar and get started in a week.
Ever since then, the house came together. And while I made changes to things and added things, he was very accommodating and did what he could to help us out.

Again, incredibly grateful to have met Jay and work with Ixtapa Construction. No job is too small for them, he's an honest craftsman that has a construction-framing background (so he can build a house from scratch if needed!) If he can't do something, he'll tell you. But overall, I'm incredibly happy with his service, professionalism and is the type of person you feel comfortable having around your family (which is also very important). And his team of craftsmen are great to work with too.

His pricing is fair, but through my own experience, you get what you pay for in this industry. Often times, you get low bids so they can come in and start the work, only to not finish or worse, cause damages. Talk to Alex/Jay, they'll work with you.

I Called Chris today at 11:30 and we set up a same-day appointment for 2:00 in the afternoon to install/remove a garbage disposer, install an RO system (both underneath the sink) and also look at a couple of issue with my toilets.  Over the phone Chris quoted a fair price, didn't ask for a non-refundable service call fee, showed up on time, wearing a mask, super nice, very professional!  After doing an awesome job installing the garbage disposer and Reverse Osmosis system, in record time (under 2 hours) he identified the issue with the first toilet and installed a new flow-valve, also at a very reasonable price.  He then proceeded to provide his professional viewpoint on rebuilding an old toilet and recommended upgrading to a new one based on the cost to rebuild.  I will definitely give him a call when it's time to install the new toilet.  Did I mention he also provides a one year warranty on his work?  He does.

I highly recommend Chris the Plumber, I will hire him again for all my plumbing needs.

If I can give this business 100stars I would.  We had a leak between wall and we were refer to JETTERS.   Felix was super responsive and very knowledgeable. He came and assessed the leak.  He gave us a quote and fixed it
