Best Heater Installation in Irvine CA

Jerry was great at explaining everything, little issues I need to take care of.  Kitchen sink unclogged, Thank god! Once I'm ready for the other issues I will definitely be calling them back.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I am so sorry to have to post 1 star for this company. I hear so many good things, which is why I contacted them in the first place, but got something totally different. I called for a bad odor coming from the vents, through the air ducts. The first tech that came out was very nice, but also new and didn't seem like he knew what to do, so he called his manager who then came to assist. He checked very briefly the main air ducts that sucks in air from the house, Attic and crawl space under the house, for rodents, or anything that might be causing a bad smell. I was cooking at the time, so the odor was masked by the smell of the food so when the manager heard that the issue was a smell and didn't find a reason in the 10 min that he checked the vents, he asked me if I was pregnant. I WAS SHOCKED! He said his wife is pregnant and he knows that sometimes women sense of smell is sensitive. he kept insisting that it was all in my head and that everything was fine. He even went to the extent of asking my husband if he smells it too, just to be sure that it wasn't all in my head. We told him there was defiantly a smell. He suggested to replace all the air ducts completely, because of some asbestos found near the vents, but that was it. We asked him what time we can call him back, he said I do what I want when I want, I'm the manager, but I'll only be in town for a few days yes, those exact words. I was very shocked. At that point I really didn't want to deal with this company and lost all hope, I literally left the house and just let my husband deal with them. He paid them for their wonderful comments and they left.

Then a week or so later I was contacted again by the company for a follow up. I told them basically thank you but no thank you. And I explained why. She said she was very sorry and that she can have a specialist come out and take another look at the vents at no cost. Since we already paid the company I though, why not. So when the new tech came out, all went well. My husband and I explained our past visit, and he mentioned that he would refund us, which we have yet to receive. And after thorough check he found that our air ducts were corroded had holes and slime was everywhere from some moisture because they weren't properly sealed. It was crazy!!! I couldn't believe that they didn't find this the first time. We have pictures and it's absolutely discussing. We were breathing in all this, and more bad odor that was coming in from under the house because the air ducts had holes. I was so upset. Tech suggested all new air ducts, which made sense, but then quoted us 10k!! Then took off about 1k because he claimed that the warehouse was moving so they needed to get rid of some of the products or something. Which I found to be sales pitch.
I told him we would think about it as this is very pricy. Our little home is only 1,000sqft!
Since then, we have gotten other quotes we found the price to be reasonable. About 6-7k. But still doing research.

We would have chosen this company if they were more honest and thorough from the beginning, and fair about pricing. I feel taken advantage of.

I am sure that Leland and his family worked so hard in building such a reputable company, then to have people like these techs ruin it, so sad. I wish they would have reach out to me and give me a refund, fair quote, and apologized. That's all I could hope for at this point.

Jason is working hard to find the leak in yard. He is very patient and is determined to diagnose the source of the leak. Any other plumbing company would have charged me an arm and a leg just for coming over. Not only is he courteous but he is very honest. Once he finds the leak, he will definitely have my business. I am already confident about doing business with Courtesy Plumbing!

Bob was a great Plummer!!! He was very nice, fair, and covid complaint! I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Mike was awesome. He showed up day after Xmas to find a leak in the wall. He was magic! Found the problem really fast with very little mess and then fixed a pinhole leak. He even replaced a couple of plumbing parts in a bathroom for us. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Matt saved me tons of money! I had another company come out and they told me that I could snake my pipes but I REALLY need a hydro jet which was over $500. I had to get a second opinion.

I called Matt and he was able to come out the same day. When I talked to him he told me that I did not need a hydro jet and snaking my pipes would do the trick. Turns out the hydro jets are for root problems.. which I do not have.

He spent about an hour and a half working on my ancient stubborn pipes and cleared things out. He got on the roof and snaked the bathroom.

Matt is so nice, helpful, and honest.... he was also much cheaper than the big companies (which I know we all care about). Look no further... this is the plumber to call!

They saved us!!! We had a major issue with our kitchen sink and within a few hours they fixed it all up! Highly recommend them!

Although I am putting my room addition plans on hold, Smart and Handy was quite professional. Setting up an appointment with Catherine on the phone was easy.  Dave showed up on time and was forthcoming with his knowledge.  Upon request, he even respected our house by removing his shoes upon entering.

Frank is awesome! This is the second time I called him  and once again he gave outstanding service. I'm very happy with him as my plumber. :)

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

Phil came out to service our tankless water heater.  He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, professional, detailed and didn't leave any mess.  He explained to us what he had done, showed us the results from the flushing of the system and recommendations for keeping the unit in tip-top running condition. Highly recommend Phil.

We had a problem in the house loosing water constantly pipe between meter an house was leaking we research for plumbing services we contact SoCal Plumbing Service carlos contact us , the next day was at the house very puntual might I say, he gave us a very competitive estimate, since we spoke with two other companies we decided to go with so cal, was a very good decision they came next day with Oscar the worker performed the job , very professional, very clean excellent workers. Had 3 plumbers come out to fix a leak. All of them couldn't find where the leak was located and charged so much to find/repair it. Purpose Driven Plumbing came out and located the (slab) leak in ten minutes and fixed the problem. I cannot recommend them enough. Your search for a great and honest plumber has ended. These guys definitely know what they're doing and the owner has 23 years of plumbing experience

C&C is my new go-to plumbing team. They have consistently been quick to respond, with a professional attitude and thorough work ethic. I really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on services or cost on my last job (clean out of my clogged kitchen drain) which turned out to be more extensive than originally anticipated.

The inside of my house was in desperate need of a complete makeover so I did some searching and met with a few contractors. The first contractors I met didn't give me much confidence in their work so I was glad when I found Ixtapa Construction!

After meeting with Jay (the owner) and his business partner Alex, I found both to be very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and personable. I was impressed with the samples of their work and their  suggestions. Also, Jay has high standards for customer satisfaction (even after job completion) and that was important to me. And, although their bid wasn't the lowest, I was willing to pay a little extra for the level of work they do.

After hiring Ixtapa Construction, Jay and his team started with the master bathroom remodel followed by the kitchen remodel, flooring, baseboards, walls, doors and ceiling work. All work was done expeditiously but with attention to quality and detail. Also, I want to mention that Alex was very helpful and attentive to all my questions and all aspects of the project! I will be using Ixtapa Construction for any future jobs and I highly recommend them!!

Today, I had an emergency call for help to fix our kitchen plumbing issue. As a follower to the Nextdoor app., so I went asked around and everyone recommended Chris the Plumber. Sure enough, I gave him a try - messaged him at 9:30ish this morning and he responded right away and sent Jaime at 11:00AM to take a look at of what the issue was.  Jaime was very nice man that I didn't feel uncomfortable to have a stranger in my home. I highly recommend Chris if you need a job done properly with reasonable price and awesome crew to deal with! I am definitely keeping Chris for future plumbing needs around the house.

I have a very pleasant experience with Felix from Jetters n Drains.  My toilet had been clogging up every week for a few months and I had already had another plumber come and try fixing it.  But it was still getting clogged.
Felix was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing.  
As the owner of a 45+ year old house, I am experienced in hiring plumbers for all sorts of things over the years so I can definitely tell when a plumber is ripping me off or not.  I will definitely be calling them back in the future whenever I have another plumbing issue.  It is wonderful to have someone you can trust for plumbing issues since its one of the most important things in your home.  
By the way the problem turned out to be a really bad root problem.   I'm attaching a picture of the roots he pulled out of the drain.  I'm so glad its gone and very glad I called them.
