MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I like to stay local (Covina).  So looking to Courtesy Plumbing was natural.  I called with a clog and they showed up within the hour.  Josh was very courteous, explored all his options, explained what needed to be done, and did it.  It doesn't get better than that.  All you have to do is look at the back of their truck and you could see they are ready for anything.  Needless to say, I was impressed.  I've tried the big box guys and they just overcharge you and hope you will go away.  Courtesy Plumbing is on my first call list.  Thanks for the help!

No one wants to be without hot water! After researching Yelp, Nexdoor and Google I found 5-star ratings for Bob with AA Services Plumbing. Bob and I spoke on the phone and he was at the in house approx. 1 hour. After inspecting the old water heater, it was determined a new one was needed. Bob explained the process of installation and had recommendations for different brands/types of water heaters.  I'm the type to ask questions, Bob was always pleasant when answering.
These are the qualities I appreciate in Bob:

- Never complained about the awkward position of the water heater (in a small closet outside)

I almost had to spend $8,000-$15,000 that I don't have for a shower remodel because this company didn't do the job right and were wrong about their diagnosis of my shower.

Granted, I was nice to him (and asked him a bunch of questions in yelp messages that he answered), but that was before I got a second opinion, that was when I believed him when he told me my shower drain pipe was broken but HE WAS WRONG... that's where this reviews comes from. I didn't get a good feeling from him when he showed up at my house and he had a smirk on his face when he was filling out the invoice saying that I needed a new shower drain pipe. Aka from the bids I got from different companies, over $1500 for just that plumbing part of the shower remodel.

I had Matt at Seashore Plumbing (who somehow has great reviews on here), come out to snake my shower drain that wouldn't drain & Matt told me that I needed a new drain pipe because mine was broken- that means digging into the ground and ripping up my whole shower and redoing it. The bids I got were from $8,000-$15,000. I was so stressed out for 1.5 weeks because of Seashore Plumbing being wrong and just not willing to do the work required to do the job right. In my eyes, he would rather me have to pay him the plumbing part of a shower remodel to get more $ from me.

I will never use this company again and would recommend anyone to NOT use this company, because in my case, if I would have just used a different plumbing company in the first place, I wouldn't have even had to be cheated into believing I was going to have to spend $8k-$15k that I don't have. Save yourself the stress and go to a different plumber

Finally found the Holy Grail of plumbers: guys who are honest, know their business, and are fast to the job and fast to finish. Steven, on the phone, was patient, clear, and honest. His technician Kevin came to our house in Mission Viejo within the hour Monday night after 6:00 pm, and swiftly and professionally solved our frustrating clogging problem (every shower and toilet in the house backing up for the last three days). Kevin was able to immediately and expertly answer every question I had--including questions that I did not think would be in his field of expertise. He gave me excellent advice and was able to provide instant, specific pricing on several other plumbing projects I want to pursue in the future. I highly recommend Pipe Bros for all of your plumbing needs.

John did a great job for me.  

He was able to diagnose my problem without opening up the ceiling where we had a leak, and even took time out of his busy day to help me diagnose a dishwasher issue that another company had incorrectly installed for us during a remodel.

I called Franco at ten o'clock this morning and he arrived at our house at eleven o'clock. The gas company said that the exhaust of my water heater was broken and I asked Franco to come over to look at it, he thought at first that I had not screwed in the exhaust pipe, then after opening the tape he found that there were already screws on it, so he did not charge me.Highly recommended, reliable and super cost effective

Jay is a real gem! Ixtapa team remodeled our kitchen then our attic and did electrical work too (incredibly fast). Jay was very attentive, always gave us precious tips. Everything was done in a timely manner and the work was perfectly executed. We cannot be more happy. Each time he found a way to fit our budget.
