MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

They were great, came out in the middle of a heat wave. Fixed my AC and were very reasonable.

Although I know a lot about plumbing and have replaced several water heaters myself over the years, when my current heater showed signs of wearing out, I started to research installing a tankless system. I got mixed reviews about the expense, efficiency, etc., so I reached out via YELP to get bids from local Plumbers, on a Saturday evening. Bob, the owner of AA Services, responded to me directly within 15 minutes. What followed was a half hour conversation where he gave me a better education than I got from hours of my own research on the internet. Since he sensed I knew a lot about plumbing, he talked to me on that level (which I appreciated), and ultimately convinced me that tankless heaters are simply not worth the cost. Rarely have I met a contractor who didn't try to up-sell me, just to get the job. So, although he actually talked me out of an expensive installation that he was well-qualified to do, his honesty and knowledge made him my first choice for future jobs I might need. And, since I'm a real estate broker, I will be referring him to all of my clients in the future!

Mike at Capistrano Plumbing is awesome! We were having problems with several bathrooms and he fixed them simply and thoroughly. He didn't do unnecessary  tests or do the whole-thing-needs-to-be-replaced routine, though he could have, for sure. He is Fair, honest, thorough and efficient. We will definitely use him again! You need a good plumber? He's definitely your guy!

Asked for several quotes/estimates on yelp on Wednesday night. Seashore plumbing was the first to respond and had a reasonable quote (almost all the quotes were the same price range). Seashore was able to come the following day at a time when I was available. Matt was very professional and found the problem quickly. I even asked for quotes for some other work I needed done. Very nice guy. Would use again and definitely recommend.

I had a leak on a gas line behind the oven. Titus came out and did a thorough job. We were happy with the finished product and felt better that we used a licensed plumber.

John at SJ is very knowledgeable, reliable and honest.  That's all you need to know.  No need to look any further than here.  We had an emergency plumbing job and started with another plumber, because SJ wasn't available at the time.  I called John back after the first plumber left a huge mess in our side yard, and was quoting an ungodly amount of money to fix our issue.  We were at a loss and didn't know what to do.  John was able to squeeze us in, despite his full schedule, and I'm so happy he did.  I cannot thank these guys enough.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and we chose a house that needed remodeling. We were very nervous about the process as we have heard all the horror stories on contractor jobs gone wrong.We also had items on our to-do list there were causing us some anxiety and we wanted to make sure it was done right.

We did our homework, had quite a few contractors bid our jobs, and in the end, we are so thankful we chose Dave to handle this experience. He is very knowledgable and did a very good job in explaining the work that needed to be done. We felt that he treated our home as if he were doing the work on his own home, and he was very particular in making sure it was done right!

As first time home buyers, we are obviously very cost conscious and Dave was very respectful of that. He always gave us options that would help us stick to our budget, but we never felt like we were getting skimped on quality. We are very happy with the outcome and we will be using Dave for our future contracting needs. We feel like he knows our house so well now, we wouldn't trust anyone else with the job!

This guy is really on top of it. He is very respectful of your property and your space. Works fast and does a very clean job and has fair prices. Really good choice - would definitely use him again.

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

I live in Irvine and had a situation last night where I was up in LA for an event, and had literally just reached my friends house to pick her up, when my 16 year old called from our house in Irvine to say we had a plumbing emergency and my husband needed to know if I had a plumber I knew and could call.  

Luckily I am part of an business group with some of the best professionals in all different types of business categories that go through a rigorous screening process and we have a well regarded plumber that one of the realtors had brought in to our group!  I texted Phil our plumber in all CAPS with a frantic  HELP I HAVE AN EMERGENCY! And his response was I am on my way and will be there in 30 minutes or less, I was so relieved!  

I knew he was 24/7 but it was 6:30 on a Friday night and I knew I couldn't follow up, other than to text my husband Phils contact info, and let him know I got hold of Phil and he was available and on his way.  

He is amazing and I highly recommend him!  Put his contact info in your phone so if you need help you can call him immediately to get help!!

On Sunday February 26, I had a water leakage in my backyard coming from underneath the cement. It was around 2:16 pm, and I was calling around on a Sunday hoping I can get someone ASAP! I called around and businesses were either not working on a Sunday, booked, or did not specialize on my particular issue. I came across So cal plumbing on yelp and send a message through the app at 2:24 pm and left my contact information. I wasn't expecting a quick response, but I definitely got one. Carlos called me at 2:25pm, a minute after my inquiry. The best thing was his flexibility with his schedule and being able to come to my house the same day and within a few minutes of talking to him On the phone to check out my issue. He came and was bilingual which is a plus. He looked around and gave me a quote/ estimate on my particular issue, which was very affordable! He came to do the job on Tuesday morning, arrived on time, which was impressive, got their equipment out of the truck, and went over the agenda for the day with me. Due to other plumbing issues I was having with the house, he explained to me what was wrong and how he could fix it. Super knowledgeable and nice throughout the entire ordeal. I'm really glad the people on the ground are flexible enough to make adjustments on the fly. That alone earned some respect. Not to mention they were working in the cold and rain! I would definitely recommend them! Thank you for all your help!!!

I've had Justin come out twice to unclog my drains. He was polite, on time and had a fair price.

We had an emergency ceiling leak from an I identified source and needed someone to come out quickly to identify the issue. C&C was one of the only companies available on such short notice.

Brandon was the man for the job. He was knowledgable, professional, and easy going. Very clearly laid out what the possibilities could be and systematically went through the culprits. He's a decent dude all around and I'm happy he was the guy who answered the call.

Going forward, I'll be calling Brandon first if I have any plumbing issues. Thanks, and a well deserved 5 star review.

Jay is a fabulous contractor and craftsman. We could not be happier with the work that Jay did in our home and in our dealings with him. Being six months pregnant and going through a renovation may not be an ideal experience but Jay put us completely at ease, and actually made the remodel pleasant. We have an addition to our Long Beach ranch home that was put on by a previous owner, and was poorly laid out. We had to walk through a bedroom to get to another bedroom. Jay reconfigured the lay out and rebuilt a beautiful bedroom for us that we will now use as a nursery. He was able to close off the room we used to have to walk through, and build hallways and fabulous closets for us, making our home much more functional. He took down and rebuilt walls, installed new bamboo flooring, shaker style closet doors, windows, crown moulding, and more. He also does upgrades you may not expect. He made our floors seamless and gave us beautiful recessed lighting that was much nicer than what our previous contractor installed. Jay does not cut corners, and went beyond our expectations.

In addition to being an honest, reliable, and reasonably priced contractor, Jay is simply a pleasant person to be around and have working in your home. He is friendly and warm, hardworking, and a family man. We feel really fortunate that we found Jay and would love to hire him back for future jobs. Both my husband and I have jobs where we put in long hours. It was nice to have Jay in charge to fix any issues that came up and find the materials we needed to complete the job. It really put us at ease, and we trusted him completely.

Local, very quick to respond. Answered all my questions and assessed the project with a fair price. Chris and team replaced two toilets, arrived on time, worked quickly and were very polite to my family. They removed the old toilets and cleaned the areas where they worked. DISCLAIMER:  JND did not perform any work for me.  However, I am giving them 5 stars because the owner came out because I called with an issue with my yard drainage/runoff system.  I essentially have a V-Ditch that goes underground from a hill in our backyard and out to the street.  It gets clogged but cannot be cleaned out since there is no pipe/conduit.  He told me the minimum of what he would charge, but also recommended more cost effective solutions even if he wasn't going to make any money from his recommendation.  Very nice guy and honest from what I could tell considering I didn't pay him a dime.  But I would consider him in the future based on this experience.
