Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Irvine CA

Called them for a clogged drain.  They said their morning was completely full but could would be able to come by in the late afternoon.  

Showed up when they said, was in and out in about 5 minutes.  It took longer to write the check and get an invoice that the actual work.

Either way, my drain is working great.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

We have a service contract. Greg Perez came out to do our service. He was professional, polite, courteous, and friendly.  He explained what he was going to do. He wore shoe protectors. After the service, he explained what work was needed to keep our unit in tip top shape. He explained it in a way that was easy to understand. After the authorized work was done, he cleaned up and did not leave a mess. Can't ask for better service. Would love it for him be assigned to my house every time.

I requested a online quote, Courtesy Plumbing quickly kindly responded offering their services. They listen to my needs and were not pushy at all.

Although I know a lot about plumbing and have replaced several water heaters myself over the years, when my current heater showed signs of wearing out, I started to research installing a tankless system. I got mixed reviews about the expense, efficiency, etc., so I reached out via YELP to get bids from local Plumbers, on a Saturday evening. Bob, the owner of AA Services, responded to me directly within 15 minutes. What followed was a half hour conversation where he gave me a better education than I got from hours of my own research on the internet. Since he sensed I knew a lot about plumbing, he talked to me on that level (which I appreciated), and ultimately convinced me that tankless heaters are simply not worth the cost. Rarely have I met a contractor who didn't try to up-sell me, just to get the job. So, although he actually talked me out of an expensive installation that he was well-qualified to do, his honesty and knowledge made him my first choice for future jobs I might need. And, since I'm a real estate broker, I will be referring him to all of my clients in the future!

MIke Rice, the owner of this business, is the best plumber ever.  I call him the Yoda of Plumbing.  He holds both residential and commercial plumbing licenses and is prompt, honest, and knows his stuff.  I have been using him for years and can't say enough good things.  If you can't be home, he will come in, fix the problem, and send you a bill.  Anything he fixes stays fixed.  He doesn't employ any technicians so he is always the one to come.  I recommend him highly.

After resolving a shower issue in excellent form I called Seashore Plumbing again to replace a broken water heater. They were able to quickly get over to our house, find the problem, and replace the water heater. Looks like excellent work and was done at a fair price. Clean and neatly installed. Sunday morning, our kitchen sink got leaking and flooded. Sent Yelp a plumbing request. FV was the first response with a fair quote. We decided to hire them right away. It was the hot water valve leaking. FV is fast and honest. We asked them if the cold water valve needed to be replaced might as well? They are honest that if it's not leaking don't touch it yet. But up to us. Thank you for the fast and honest service. Giving us the beautiful Sunday morning back. Recommended.

Outstanding Customer Service! Carlos and Oscar responded to my service request based on a home inspection for someone buying our home.  They came next day and validated that the home inspection findings were not only incorrect, but also handled the small items needed to remediate the report.  This included a flushout of our main line.  They walked me through the entire process and were transparent, kind and helpful the entire way.  I highly recommend their services.

If I could give 0, I would.  They lied and cheated me.  I texted the company with my leak issue in downstairs bathroom.  I exchanged several texts with the phone # that appeared on Yelp.  The email exchange was courteous and attentive.  I asked Can you tell me our rates?  He responded $125 minimum service charge.  I wish I knew how to do a screen shot of my text exchange and I would post it here.  But I don't know how to do that.  ANyway, we agreed he would come out at 8:00 a.m. the next morning.  The plumber came out and it was a different man than the owner that I texted.  He told me what the problem was within 10 minutes and he asked, do you know our rates?   I replied that I did.   He then said, It is $195 to come out.  That disgusted me.  I showed him the text on my phone and he said, Oh okay, then I will do $125 to come out.  It was a very common part.  He didn't have it on the truck.  He left for about 45 minutes.  I paid him $270 and I will NEVER use this plumbing company again.

It is with great enthusiasm that I write this review.

I Called Chris today at 11:30 and we set up a same-day appointment for 2:00 in the afternoon to install/remove a garbage disposer, install an RO system (both underneath the sink) and also look at a couple of issue with my toilets.  Over the phone Chris quoted a fair price, didn't ask for a non-refundable service call fee, showed up on time, wearing a mask, super nice, very professional!  After doing an awesome job installing the garbage disposer and Reverse Osmosis system, in record time (under 2 hours) he identified the issue with the first toilet and installed a new flow-valve, also at a very reasonable price.  He then proceeded to provide his professional viewpoint on rebuilding an old toilet and recommended upgrading to a new one based on the cost to rebuild.  I will definitely give him a call when it's time to install the new toilet.  Did I mention he also provides a one year warranty on his work?  He does.

I highly recommend Chris the Plumber, I will hire him again for all my plumbing needs.

With the recent purchase of an old house, I also got my share of plumbing issues.  Fortunately, my brother recommended Daniel and so I gave him a call.  Daniel was able to troubleshoot my plumbing issues efficiently and resolved them promptly; all the while being professional, courteous, and personable.  However, what truly sets Daniel apart from others is his honesty.  Thank you, Daniel!

I don't know these guys and I don't normally write reviews, BUT Prostar was amazing.

I had a leak in the riser that feed water to the house. They were great on the phone when I called; they showed up when they said they would and charged what they said they would charge.  It wasn't an easy job - tight space and more troubles along the way.  

They are definitely in my contacts and will be my first call next time I need a plumber.

Victoria was very nice to schedule. Giovanni came to estimate and was polite and clean. I wanted to replace bathtub fixtures. He told me to buy the new faucet, but didn't tell me to buy the internal parts (was I supposed to know about that? ). He arrived for the install and said he could do nothing because I bought the wrong parts. If I knew plumbing parts, I wouldn't need him, would I? I was very frustrated, and doubly so when I didn't get an apology. Obviously others have had better luck.

I was at my wits end after having several plumbers give me outrageous quotes. So , I  just googled plumbers. I clicked on Pristine and Dwain came to give me a quote.
He was honest, explained everything and gave me reasonable quotes. He set the appointment the next day - Saturday ( happened to be his day off).
Saturday Deain came with Steve another consummate gentleman. They completed the job and left the area very clean. Truth is No One wants to have to call a plumber but from now on I'm only going to use Pristine Plumbing.

I had a coupon for $77.00 for drain cleaning and camera inspection. I made the mistake of not checking the reviews which were 3.5 stars. They called in the morning and said Jose would be out in a couple of hours. He showed up and immediately told me there would be no warranty because of the special. This was totally my fault for letting him proceed. I had called someone else and they did not respond when they said they were going to. He told me he would make sure it worked before he left. My wife and I were in the dining room when he came out after a few minutes. I should have stayed with him to see what he was doing. ( another mistake on my part). I asked him if it was finished and he said yes. But then he went into this story that his snake was thin and it barely went in the drain. We would have to replace the drain and maybe the other drains. He said we should have it done soon like next week. He said his company had special equipment and they offered finance program. He said he did not want seniors like us to have trouble and could call his boss to come and give us an estimate. The drain worked when I checked it. The whole thing bothered me and I was sorry I let him do the job. A few days later I noticed the drain cover was loose and He had pried apart the drain to gain access. He never told me anything about that. Also, he wanted $250.00 for a camera inspection when the ad clearly states free camera inspection with drain clean. This was April 25,2019. Check yelp reviews. 3.5 is not good for someone working in your house
