Dave was a great choice to fix the door frame at my rental property.  A guest had ripped the door frame apart and we needed it fixed fast.  Dave showed up on time and replaced the door in one day.  He was very professional and it shows in the quality of his work.  Would recommend him any day!!

Jay is a fabulous contractor and craftsman. We could not be happier with the work that Jay did in our home and in our dealings with him. Being six months pregnant and going through a renovation may not be an ideal experience but Jay put us completely at ease, and actually made the remodel pleasant. We have an addition to our Long Beach ranch home that was put on by a previous owner, and was poorly laid out. We had to walk through a bedroom to get to another bedroom. Jay reconfigured the lay out and rebuilt a beautiful bedroom for us that we will now use as a nursery. He was able to close off the room we used to have to walk through, and build hallways and fabulous closets for us, making our home much more functional. He took down and rebuilt walls, installed new bamboo flooring, shaker style closet doors, windows, crown moulding, and more. He also does upgrades you may not expect. He made our floors seamless and gave us beautiful recessed lighting that was much nicer than what our previous contractor installed. Jay does not cut corners, and went beyond our expectations.

In addition to being an honest, reliable, and reasonably priced contractor, Jay is simply a pleasant person to be around and have working in your home. He is friendly and warm, hardworking, and a family man. We feel really fortunate that we found Jay and would love to hire him back for future jobs. Both my husband and I have jobs where we put in long hours. It was nice to have Jay in charge to fix any issues that came up and find the materials we needed to complete the job. It really put us at ease, and we trusted him completely.

After spending a year and a half with my 3 Kids constantly with fevers, I had a friend suggest looking for mold hidden in my home.  I was hesitant because there was no VISIBLE mold anywhere in my bathrooms, kitchen or walls.  I called John at Andrea's Fault and he found high moisture reading UNDER my hardwood floors in the kitchen. He immediately identified mold in that immediate area.  I had the mold tested only to return positive for the VERY TOXIC black mold.  Andreas got right on the job taking all possible precautions and being sensitive to the fact we had to move out temporarily during the job. The team worked tirelessly to complete the job on schedule.  After removing the entire flooring, he took pictures to show me the extent of the mold and it made sense why my children were constantly with high fevers since the first month we moved to the house.  I am grateful for honest companies like John's.  We haven't had a fever since the job was done in October '13!!!

Highly recommened Pipeline Restoration if you have any concerns about a possible leak in or around your home. We had a patch of soil right around our foundation that was always moist and moreover had moisture coming up through some areas of concrete. I was convinced it was a slab leak. Looked around for a leak detection company to pinpoint where it possibly was, and got a quote for $300 to detect the leak. Then I came across Pipeline Restoration Plumbing that has a free leak detection service. I called them around 8am, and they had Matt scheduled to come out to our house by 10am the same day! Matt came out and was super friendly but more importantly knew his stuff. He took his time going through all our pipes and answering all our quetions and luckily it ended up not being a slab leak or a pressurized leak, but he said it was most likely a drainage issue or simply an issue with being in a zone where the sea level was higher! He recommended we call a scoping company to run a scope through our dishwasher to possibly locate if/where a blockage was. Hopefully will never have any major leakage issues, but if I do I'll definitely be calling Pipeline Restoration, great people, great company. All the great reviews are well deserved and legit! I was very pleased with Patrick's professionalism and courtesy while addressing a stressful water issue at my property.  His staff set an appointment on Saturday and they arrived on time and were swift in dealing with our slab leak.  They were careful in removing the floor tile and managed not to break them so they could be reset. I know this isn't always the case and I'm sure the tile could have been broken out easier than the effort put in to tap them out.  I would recommend Evans to anyone needing leak detection and reasonably priced slab/leak repair.

Sergio and his crew installed my new floors in my master and office room and did a wonderful job.  They were very professional even wearing masks throughout the installation.  They moved all the heavy furniture without any damages and worked through from 8-4 without any breaks.  I wish I could've bought them some lunch instead of giving them just water.  They also cleaned up after they were done.  I will definitely use these guys again and  I highly recommend them.  You will not be disappointed.

Father and son were so good with the assembly of my calking bed frame and drawers. They were very meticulous and really made sure every tiny steps were followed through, they didn't have to nail all of the nails for the back of my dresser but they used it all up and then some. It's definitely worth getting them, saved me time and headache.

Extremely satisfied with Danny's work! Hands down the best handyman that I had ever worked with and I've been through a few. I hired Danny to replace the motor to a bathroom air vent, replaced shower heads and faucet, and fix a leaky toilet. He was on time, responded fast, and rate was extremely fair given the high work quality.

In the middle of doing dishes, my kitchen faucet broke. I didn't want to call the plumber that we've used in the past because their prices were so high. Several of my neighbors had used Santa Margarita Plumbing previously, so I went with their recommendation ... and I'm happy I did.

Upon calling, Rolando answered the phone and was helpful and courteous. The plumber, Rene arrived at our home within an hour. He gave us a reasonable quote and went to work. A new faucet and two new angle stops were promptly installed, especially considering that Rene had to cut out the old faucet due to rust.
