Best Emergency Services in Irvine CA

We were having some issues with our plumbing in the office, so I looked through Yelp and found Prodigy Plumbing. The company had great reviews so I gave them a call. The glowing reviews are true.  I highly recommend them! They have great customer service and worked with our office schedule. Matt called ahead of time and gave an eta when he would be arriving. He fixed our terrible clog in the warehouse sink. Everything was good to go. A few minutes after he left, our restrooms also started having issues (separate issue from the sink outside). Matt quickly turned around and remedied our issues.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Kudos to the technicians of Service Champions, Peter and Ricardo who came today and installed the missing part of our AC system (after several weeks of waiting). They're very professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They wore masks and shoe coverings. They did a thorough inspection of the equipment and made the necessary updates and corrections.
Special thanks to Octavio, one of the install field managers who came on short notice to make an inspection of the project. He assured us the he will make sure that he will personally address all our concerns and problems.  
We had positive experience from these three gentlemen today.

Plumbers are like mechanics, doctors, electricians and lawyers - it's really hard to find one that you trust.  You have to trust that they know what they're doing, trust that they are being fair, and trust that they are professional.  Most plumbing companies are marginal to bad, and choosing one of them is a costly mistake.

I've used Courtesy Plumbers twice (main line backup, burst water pipe) and each time Courtesy Plumbers have exceeded my expectations.  They've listened to my concerns, told me about multiple solutions and the costs BEFORE starting, and always done the job right.  And they clean up afterwards.  

Plumbing issues are never cheap.  But with Courtesy Plumbers, you'll know the price is fair, the service done right, and that the people are highly professional.  I wouldn't use anyone else.

UPDATE [08/02/2013] - Since the last post we needed a main water line from the street repaired,  The price quoted was far more competitive than others (including family friends), did some additional work at no charge, and worked with DWP to get part of the cost of the additional work covered.  Clean, professional, timely, and yes.... courteous.  Thanks Tom.

He did a great job and showed middle of the night. He cleaned the sewer clogged. Thanks a lot!

Bob was amazing, he came out within a few hours, he went above and beyond to help me. He walked through the whole house to make sure I didn't have any leaks. I appreciated his knowledge about my water heater and pressure to the house. Her was very efficent with proposal and contacting me in case I had questions. Wonderful service!

Service was great, quick to respond, super flexible with the timing.  Showed up exactly on time and was friendly.  Completed the work and went beyond original scope of work to fix our cold water too because it would start leaking next.

Awesome will be calling again!

John at SJ is very knowledgeable, reliable and honest.  That's all you need to know.  No need to look any further than here.  We had an emergency plumbing job and started with another plumber, because SJ wasn't available at the time.  I called John back after the first plumber left a huge mess in our side yard, and was quoting an ungodly amount of money to fix our issue.  We were at a loss and didn't know what to do.  John was able to squeeze us in, despite his full schedule, and I'm so happy he did.  I cannot thank these guys enough.

I reached out to plumbers on here as we were having problems with our tankless water heater. Frank contacted me in minutes. From reading  reviews and then Frank talking to me I knew he was the plumber I needed. He came the very next morning and was trying to trouble shoot to save me money. Unfortunately I needed a new heater. He gave us a great quote. He was very honest like I said I knew I picked the right plumber. After talking and him examining all my pipes under my house looked like we had a bit more of an issue, needing new piping. Again his price was very reasonable. We booked the day for him to come do the work, and I  had to work but he kept me informed during the day even sending me photos of the bad job other plumbers we had hired in the past. He was precise and quick him and his team and he got it all done in one day. If you need to call him even after hours he calls you promptly no hesitation even on a weekend night. I'm so glad I found Frank now we have a plumber we can trust and will call or refer others to him, Thanks Frank

Carlos was great. We had a leak in our water heater and he came out within the day. He fixed it and was so friendly. We ended up having to fix a valve as well and he came back so we would have hot water that night.  Highly recommend him

WOW, that is the only word I can use to describe these guys. They showed up on time, did the work promptly. Many in this industry try to take advantage and charge extra for services,not in this case. They were courteous, prompt honest and best of all FAST. They are my new go to guys for all plumbing needs.

Daniel and his crew were professional, reliable, responsive, and ultra competitive pricing on our 2 and 3 descaling, hydrojetting, and dual Cleanout at our home in OC. Do not call anyone else for any of your sewer and drain needs. Jetters n Drains are the best in OC!

I mainly interacted with Dalton for specialty toilet installation and miscellaneous house renovation plumbing issue.

We had a nightmare contractor doing our house renovation- lots of delays, unfulfilled promises, poor work quality etc. We bought some specialty toilets which our contractor balked at. Then they tried to convince us they have a plumber who can do this.

We decided to hire our own plumber so I don't have to deal with leaking toilet down the line. From the get go, Dalton was very patient and answer all my questions on the phone. He was responsive, punctual and polite, great work ethics. The toilets were a pain to install and he stayed the entire day until the job is satisfactory to his standard. He also installed our floating vanity and had to be creative to make it fit. We then had him come back because our contractor's plumber had problem connecting our dishwasher. Dalton also caught our contractor doing funky installation in our bathroom faucets and helped them fix it. We had Dalton come back so many times and each time, he fit us into his busy schedule. Long story short, Dalton and Earl are total lifesaver in our house renovation project. It's great to know I now have a reliable plumber I can call on. And they are just the nicest people too.

I waited a whole month to write this review. Everything Dalton installed is still in great condition. Thank you!

We found HHS Plumbing through amazon a couple of years ago. Loved their service. Today we had Giovanni come over again to descale our tankless water heater. Love the fact that they call you within 20 minutes of arriving. Service windows are pretty decent too. Love the service and knowledge. Will definitely be using again.

The response rate was very fast, the service technician was awesome, and explained everything to us. We highly recommend Pristine Plumbing!

We called out Prolific Plumbing after we had we received several other quotes that seemed ridiculously outrageous for a sewer leak under our home. Kody came out, was super polite and respectful, and gave us a very reasonable quote to do the repair. Within minutes he was under the house and had the sewer repair finished by the end of the day. My wife and I were speechless because you just can't find solid contractors like Kody anymore. Highly recommend!

DO NOT use this company!!!! Plumber didn't even know how to service a hot water heater so he tried to avoid doing it with excuses. Then they had to send out someone else.. They try to sell you services you don't need and use old parts and charge you for new ones. They try to disguise their high prices by selling you maintenance plans but they don't follow up until you realize these plans have expired because their sales people lie. Office people don't care what so ever. Worse company I've ever used, run run run. I only gave 1 star because I had to, should be 0 stars.
