Best A/C Repair in Irvine CA

I could not be happier with these guys.  I called this morning (ahead of tomorrows' rains) and told them I had drainage issues on our patio.  They made time for me in the afternoon (same day) and Josh showed up, right when expected (even earlier).  He was excellent!  Josh snaked our drain and pulled out roots and gunk after roots and gunk.  While he was doing this dirty work, I said that I had another problem, but it could wait.  When he was finishing with the huge outside issue, he asked to take a look at the drain for our washer.  An hour later he had both problems fixed.  I'm super stoked with Josh's service and would call and request him again!

Prodigy Plumbing did an amazing job diagnosing and repairing my drain pipe in my kitchen.  Prodigy is really easy to work with, they are very professional (the entire organization) and their price was the second lowest out of four quotes.

I have concrete floors in my 63 year old house and I water bubbled up through a crack in the foundation when I ran the water or dishwasher. Tony and Paz took their time to figure out what the problem was before giving me a quote and it was the main reason I decided to use Prodigy. Tony wasn't trying to sell me something, he was trying to help me understand the problem and solve the issue.

The actual job included cutting the cement foundation, removing the cement, digging and removing two feet of dirt to locate the existing pipe, removing the existing corroded cast iron pipe and installing 25 ft of ABS pipe. Everything was tied in nicely and a clean out was added to the exterior wall behind the kitchen sink.

I am very please with the work performed by Prodigy and would recommend Tony and Paz to anyone with a similar problem.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Let me tell you how this company operates.

I receive a random letter advertising their services. I've never hired them. I brush it off. I continue receiving letters. I call and ask them to remove me from their list. They assure me I'm removed. A month later, another letter.

I call again and they assure me it's now resolved. Letters keep coming.

Finally, I post a review in Sept. '21 and the owner reaches out and says he will take care of the issue. So I remove the post out of appreciation.

NOW HERE WE ARE a few months later with another letter AND the owner is ignoring my request for assistance (see attachment).

If you like businesses that say they completed the job but haven't done anything and are happy ignoring your concerns then this is the company for you!

UPDATE: Leeland replied to this review and said allow 6-8 weeks for removal. As the attachment shows, I've given you Oct, Nov, Dec and Jan. You obviously don't care.

My toilet had backed up and my regular plumber didn't return my call.  I found Courtesy Plumbing on Yelp .  I has a large number of good reviews so I called them.

Courtesy deserves the great reviews!   Test answered the phone immediately and scheduled someone to come out that day.  

Frank arrived on time.   He was professional,  friendly and courteous,  living up to the company name, as did Tess!

It turned out there were roots in the mainline.   Frank cleared the line in no time.  He didn't pressure me to put in a new sewer line, as other companies have in the past.  

He did say that regular maintenance would be best and that Courtesy could send me reminders at whatever intervals I would prefer.   I need reminders!  I asked them to remind me every 6 months.

I highly recommend Courtney Plumbing to anyone!!

Super impressed! Christian was responsive, professional and thorough. We had an issue installing a new toilet and a valve (or whatever it's called) replacement. Christian came by the very next morning, explained the scope of work and executed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend this service and am so happy that I've found my local go-to plumber.

Fast response, acceptable price/cost, efficient & clean work, very informational during the visit, and wears the mask properly while on the job; highly recommended!

Tasks: Re-attaching seal strip around the wall next to the garage door, and realigning/re-install the striker plate for a triple-glass door.

Bob was absolutely professional hard working timely and wonderful. He stayed the entire day at our house and did not stop until we got hot water. When we called, he arrived swiftly. It was a pleasant and reasonable expierence. I highly recommend AA services plumbing/Bob!

Mike at Capistrano Plumbing is awesome! We were having problems with several bathrooms and he fixed them simply and thoroughly. He didn't do unnecessary  tests or do the whole-thing-needs-to-be-replaced routine, though he could have, for sure. He is Fair, honest, thorough and efficient. We will definitely use him again! You need a good plumber? He's definitely your guy!

I had a late night plumbing emergency (backed up drains throughout the house) over the weekend.  I looked for local 24 hr plumbing services on Yelp and called Matt.  He said he'd be there within an hour and arrived as promised.  Less than an hour later, the problem was fixed, and we were good to go.  Thanks, Matt!  I will DEFINITELY be calling Seashore Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

What can I say I've tried different plumbing services for both my home and business and this by far my favorite one. Not only do they provide great service on time but also cheap prices what more can anyone ask for. My water heater was busted and drain was in bad shape. I had a consultation first and what was described and quoted to me is exactly what happened. I can't stress what a relief it was to not to have any surprises. I can give u list of different plumbing services that promised one thing and did something totally different for much more than I was quoted. I now use pip bros for all my plumbing needs thanks guys for the great work!

We had water coming out from under our downstairs toilet. This made no sense to me. I found SJ Plumbing on line and saw good reviews. When John showed up and immediately knew it was a slab leak, I was impressed. He has state of the art equipment to verify where the leak was. They were very professional, neat and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Dave and his company were amazing in the remodel of my grandparents' bathrooms, in a house that hadn't been touched since 1956 when they bought it.  Dave was extremely patient, good at communicating with both me (running the project from across the country) and my grandparents.  The finished product looks beautiful, and most importantly it is much safer for my grandparents.  Great work from a great company!

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

So originally I called this company because I needed to have  my sink faucet and basket strainer replaced. I bought the strainer and faucet, but when Carlos came that same day, he advised me to get a better brand for the faucet and strainer, so I did and we set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jesus and Carlos showed up and they were so great that I decided to add on replacing my garbage disposal which needed to be replace like last year and Jesus installed for free. Jesus checked under the house and I was advised and shown a picture of the corroded pipes for my water line, so I had 10 feet of that replaced. I loved the fact that they explained everything to me. Jesus also showed me what to do to make sure my garbage disposal doesn't freeze. I've been looking for an honest and fair plumber and I think I finally found one. I will definitely call them for future plumbing problems. I highly recommend them, super friendly and I felt very informed about everything that was done.

The pressure regulator at the main line into the house was squealing and needed to be replaced.  I reached out to C&C Plumbing and they were very responsive with providing a quote and scheduling a date.   Dan arrived on time and went straight to work.  Unfortunately the replacement regulator he had was slightly larger than the old one and he needed to reroute some of piping.  He walked me through the details of the change and the additional costs.  I appreciated the transparency and clarity.  After the job was done, the area was cleaned and there was no more squealing.

Dan did a great job.  He was also very friendly and knowledgeable.  He took the time to explain what he was doing and was very meticulous.

Had a problem with 2 toilets that were leaking from underneath.
Thought I was going to have to take out a loan .. But it was a quick fix & appreciated MATT for coming thru!! Very reasonable & knowledgeable. Keeping their # for the future!!
