Don came by to fix a valve problem on our bathtub. He was on time. He was polite. He was quick and efficient and professional. The hourly rate is fairly and favorably priced.  I will use them for all plumbing issues from here on.

Yesterday my water heater started leaking out of the bottom of the machine and onto my laundry room floor. I had no idea what was wrong with it and was worried about flooding. I sent a Yelp request to several plumbers for immediate assistance.

Arvin at Pipe Masters replied right away and within the hour we were on the line talking through everything.

I sent Arvin a video of my machine and the leak. He explained to me what he thought was happening, and given that my machine was 20+ years old, he recommended I consider replacing it. He asked about the physical space where the water heater was housed, what my heating needs were, etc. I really appreciated his pertinent questions and also that he answered all of my questions.

This morning (the next day), technician Ryan came to my house to do an in person assessment and to take measurements prior to installation. After talking me through the final details, he began draining the old heater, and left to grab the new heater and was back within the hour installing it.

Ryan's work was excellent bar none. He was polite and tidy. How/where he installed the new water heater was professional and looked nice. And there was no damage done to my house during the installation. I am always worried about that sort of thing, which can happen when people do work in or around your house.

This afternoon (after the installation was done and Ryan left), Arvin called me to ask if the work was done to my satisfaction and if I had any questions. Who does that nowadays...it was much appreciated. He also emailed me a final itemized receipt, photos of the job and details about the warranty.

We hired him to repair and paint our mailbox stand. The wood was rotten and it was falling apart. They rebuilt the mailbox stand, replacing the rotten wood and sealed everything and then painted it. They were professional and did an amazing job. I could not be happier with the results!

Keli'i is licensed and insured plumber who is very professional and responsive. The first time I called, he was in the middle of a large job but took the time to come over and assess the leak I could hear dripping in my wall.

We communicated via text and although he was very busy, he came after hours on July 3 - the day before a holiday and stayed until almost 8 pm. He had to cut walls in between the upstairs kitchen and downstairs bathroom.

He bought the part needed and squeezed me into his schedule on July 5. After struggling in a small,  cramped space trying to remove a pipe that was installed incorrectly in the 1970s  (he had to chip away at the pipe, then cut it, then drill a bigger hole in the floor joist while working in a hole no larger than a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper) he kept saying Nothing is impossible. After seeing his accomplishment of this difficult job, I told Keli'i that should be his corporate slogan - Nothing is impossible!

Had a clogged drain that I knew the pipes needed to be replaced. I am a handy person and normally would do this work myself but was under the weather and needed it done. Jaren was punctual and he was knowledgeable, his price was fair, he completed the job in the time, clean, and did a good job. I would recommend him and he would be the first person I would call for future work.

Shayne was very fast to respond to my request. He came out on a Friday evening and helped snake a clogged drain. Affordable prices and quick to respond! Thanks Shayne!!

I like them because they are responsive and adaptable. They were nice about calling me to get my card number. As someone that works and manages a rental property I value convenience. I will call them if I need help at my rental.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Virtues was recommended to us by a friend, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone.  Knowledgeable, courteous, and very patient answering all our questions.
When problems arise due to our old equipment, they are able to improvise and fix those things without gouging.

**UPDATE** upon checking my cold water valve & my spiket faucet out in my yard that clayton replaced and fixed, I GOT NO LEAKS AT ALL!!!! EXCELLENT EXCELLENT Workmanship!!!! Johnny and his crew is the best... We had a water line leak and our heater was no good. They re piped up into the attic (we have a older house)  and then they replaced the heater. All these problems, It only took them couple hours and DONE! JR did a fast and clean job!

Fixed the problem but would not give me a receipt. I asked several times and I kept getting ignored by them.

I required a water supply line valve change in my condo bathroom, plus a bidet installation.  535 was quickly responsive, using photos uploaded to their website to provide an estimate of fees for service. Scheduling was a breeze and 535 worked with the condo site manager to set the water shutoff time, even accommodating a one-day delay when the site manager made a mistake on the announcement.  535's plumber, Matt, arrived on time and was at all times pleasant, professional and helpful in answering my questions at my level of understanding, and he left the work area neat & clean. I'll definitely use 535 Plumbing again.

Responded relatively quick to our inquiry. Had a busted pipe behind the wall for our washing machine and needed the repair quick. Ed gave me a good quote, gave me a timeframe on when he would be available and once he arrived was very thorough in explaining the job and making we had our questions answered. Would definitely recommend Ed and his worker for any plumbing job.

Alex, the OWNER of the company so friendly over the phone and offered free estimate, but WHAT he was a NO SHOW shame on you!!! Don't talk highly about big projects you accomplished when you GHOSTS us with no response back even on text. You got my address so no hate and retaliate when it's your fault!

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
