We use Pipe Masters for all our plumbing needs from snaking kitchen drain when foolishly dump loads of food to replacing almost entire sewer line.  They are always professional, accommodating and responsive.  The crew is always friendly and willing to explain everything.  Can't say enough good things about them.

I called in the morning to ask for a last minute AC removal. They were very understanding and were able to come out that night and remove the AC from the window without damaging the frame (previous tenants had glued it into the frame) and came back the next morning to install the new AC that I'd bought.

I didn't get the guy's name but he was very polite and worked pretty quickly. The cost was reasonable as he had to cut through layers of rubber cement to get the old AC out and install the new one.

Keli'i is licensed and insured plumber who is very professional and responsive. The first time I called, he was in the middle of a large job but took the time to come over and assess the leak I could hear dripping in my wall.

We communicated via text and although he was very busy, he came after hours on July 3 - the day before a holiday and stayed until almost 8 pm. He had to cut walls in between the upstairs kitchen and downstairs bathroom.

He bought the part needed and squeezed me into his schedule on July 5. After struggling in a small,  cramped space trying to remove a pipe that was installed incorrectly in the 1970s  (he had to chip away at the pipe, then cut it, then drill a bigger hole in the floor joist while working in a hole no larger than a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper) he kept saying Nothing is impossible. After seeing his accomplishment of this difficult job, I told Keli'i that should be his corporate slogan - Nothing is impossible!

recently needed to repair/replace a leaky shower faucet. turned out the unit was so old and hard water corroded, a total replacement was warranted. Jaren did an excellent job in a minimal amount of time. Highly Satisfied and I Highly Recommend!  reasonable pricing and very professional.

Amazing service provided by Matthew!  Had a mysterious leak in the ceiling above our refrigerator. He had come out previously and was waiting for authorization from our home warranty company to cut into the drywall. Once that came through, JBC scheduled the work for the next day.  Matthew called to give me arrival status and got here as promised.  He was very professional and cleaned up after he did the work.  Covered up the hole he had to make very neatly too (have to have drywall replaced by another contractor).  Thanks, Matthew!  Definitely recommend this  company!

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

If you're looking for an excellent plumber, look no further! I manage a few rental properties and Martin has done numerous jobs for me. He's very responsive, always gets back to me in a timely manner. He does great, quality work, and fast too! And his prices are reasonable, unlike some other companies out there who charge an arm and a leg. Thank you for everything Martin, you're the best, hands down!

The pipe from the street to our house broke. We got an outrageous bid from another company, Waialae Plumbing ($3,800. They must use gold pipes instead of copper).

Fortunately, I found out that a neighbor had the same pipe problem and got it fixed by Accurate Plumbing & Repairs for about $1,800. When we called, Clayton answered the phone right away and said he could take care of it.

He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and then did a great job in about 3 hours. He even replaced the grass on the trench and watered it. I forgot to ask what the price would be til the job was done. It was the same low price that the neighbor got. Honest guy, good communicator. He even explained how I could get a break on the next water bill. I am very pleased.

This review is about 3 months late but still, I can't stop raving about Johnny. My wife and I were headed out on a trip on Memorial Day when the toilets started acting up. I thought that I would call a plumber and either diagnose the problem over the phone or at least schedule an appointment upon our return.  Johnny was the only person that answered on that holiday and was also willing to come to my house that afternoon after spending time with his family at the beach.  I was impressed by that.

My issues dealt with an old sewer drain that had years of neglect from the previous owner.  To make matters worse, we had no idea about the drainage layout or where the clean out was.  Johnny spent about 2+ hrs searching for the clean out and snaked the main house drain 2 times.  When he was done, he used a camera to scope the inside of the cast iron pipe to get an idea of the condition.  At the end of it all, Johnny's pricing was very reasonable and fair for the work he performed. I was expecting higher but was very surprised.

Johnny is way cool.  He's dependable, thorough, meticulous in his work, and very easy going.  I recommend him with no reservations to anyone needing plumbing work.  Read all of the reviews about him and you'll see the same pattern from all of us happy customers that have used his services.

Had a clogged kitchen sink and I didn't even use the sink because we just got home from having dinner for my wife's birthday. Come to find that my drain shares a pipe with my neighbor, so the shared pipe backed up, which in turn pushed water up my drain whenever they used their sink. I called everyone who was listed as 24/7 plumbers, but none had availability last night. In the morning, I called 535 because I have used them a few times, but they didn't have availability until Sunday.

As I scrolled through Yelp, I came across Quality Plumbing and saw the address was my address! This plumber lives in my building. I took this as a major plus because he has got to be familiar with the building. He was very nice upon taking my call and scheduled a range between 12:15 - 2:15pm. He arrive at the tail end of the time range and wasted no time. He showed his knowledge of the building by doing all the work in the hallway access point. I cleared my kitchen sink cabinet anticipating that would be where all the work would be done.

He showed me the pipe and what was built up, kitchen grease.. replaced the original 45 year old cast iron pipe with PVC. Assured no leaks by having me and my neighbor run our water, and he was done in about an hour. Very friendly, easy to work with, and reasonable rates. I will use them from now on for all my plumbing needs!

Our sink had been clogged since the renovations. We did business with 535 plumbing in the past. So we called them back for this issue because of their wonderful service. Jay came by today to take care of our clogged sink. Took him less than an hour to do the job. Jay was for courteous and professional and came on time. Responded relatively quick to our inquiry. Had a busted pipe behind the wall for our washing machine and needed the repair quick. Ed gave me a good quote, gave me a timeframe on when he would be available and once he arrived was very thorough in explaining the job and making we had our questions answered. Would definitely recommend Ed and his worker for any plumbing job.

I am so happy that I went with these guys to do my bathroom! I had 8 different companies come look at my bathroom and all of them were way too overpriced and quoted me 2 weeks to finish! Glad I decided on this company. Alex, the owner gave me the best price and said he could finish my bathroom in a few days. His workers were very professional and fast. They even cleaned up after the bathroom was done! I will be using them for sure for my next home renovation!

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
