Sid was very easy to talk with ..very prompt ..addressed my concerns and gave me good suggestions for things I had not even thought if..like a tankless heater that takes up less room in my small apartment and will save me $$ in electric bill not to mention the damage an old heater would do if it leaked..price was below what I thought I would spend and his workers are awesome..they went above and beyond my expectations...everything is well done and Sid was always checking with me to see if everything was good..I highly recommend Sid and his team

Morgan and Mike did a fantastic job on what I thought was a very difficult project.  They were available when I needed them and were always helpful to move things forward and work around everyone's schedule.  They also saved me when we had a couple of emergency repairs from unrelated plumbing.  I will definitely call Morgan up if we have any work in the future.  Highly recommended!

Rudy & Co. did wonderful work on our floors and installing our kitchen subway tile in our KoOlina home. Friendly & efficient - I will hire him again for any other remodeling needs, I highly recommend Rudy for any renovations. Thank you for awesome work!

I have to say that I've used many contractors for various jobs including complete kitchen reno, complete install of wood flooring, new cmu tile wall, major structural work, new bathroom reno, pv and AC install and complete reroofing. Lin construction is among the best we have worked with. Lin personally oversees the work. He is detail oriented and takes pride in his work. We had a unusual situation with our new fence abutting our neighbors control panel and Lin suggested a solution and all parties were happy with the result. The final product is above our expectations. I can say that I finally have found a contractor who is quality and I will definitely be working with him on all my future projects.

I would highly recommend Frank and his services to both my family and friends for any job around the house or office. He is knowledgeable, on time, and professional. He even offered suggestions on other ways to fix the problem which actually ended up saving me time and money.  You can definitely see that he has experience. I would suggest quit putting it off, and let Frank do it.

The team was great! They came in quickly and set up to help with water damage due to a water heater leak. They were able to identify the trouble areas and immediately got to work on drying them up to prevent any further damage. Everything was explained  in a way I could understand and answered all of my questions. Super friendly and helpful. They even dealt with the insurance company for me! Less stress for me to handle during an already stressful situation. The leak is fixed and everything is good to go. I would definitely reccomend them and I'll be using them again in the future. Ask for Tim, he was great!

Nothing but professional.    Did not finish the job and said would come back the next day to finish.   Scheduled to come at 12:00 on Friday.  Did not come.   We called the office many many times and nobody answered the phone.     Nobody called us for the entire weekend and next Monday.    We had  a dishwasher sitting in the middle of our kitchen!   Highly   Unprofessional.    Be  aware of their charges too --  they charged much more than their quote.

Yup, I needed a plumber again and so I decided to call Elton and have come in and do the work I hate doing. I noticed some of the shut off valves under the sinks and for the toilets getting old and starting to drip a little. Also the ones outside were bad as well. Called Elton and set up an appt for 1000am...he was there just before 1000am... It is so hard to find a guy who is on time... Well Elton went to work and all the work was done fast and was clean. The other cool thing about Elton is he always looks professional and acts professional. He even went the extra mile and looked ofer a few other things in my house just to make sure all is good... Way cool guy...Take the time to support the little guy Call Johnson's Plumbing!!!

Alex, the OWNER of the company so friendly over the phone and offered free estimate, but WHAT he was a NO SHOW shame on you!!! Don't talk highly about big projects you accomplished when you GHOSTS us with no response back even on text. You got my address so no hate and retaliate when it's your fault!

I am a chronic Do-it-ur-Selfer.  I recently needed about one foot of 2 copper pipe. Normally one has to get a 10 foot length of this stuff. John responded to my e-mail and agreed to sell me the small length of pipe for a very fair price. He asked me to bring in photo's of my little self help project.  I did, and he took the time to validate what I was up to. He made two recommendations to help make the job go easier for me, cut the pipe into the exact lengths so I would not have to make the onerous cuts myself, and asked me to call him if I ran into any trouble or had any questions.  I felt lucky to be treated with this much decorum, because generally speaking, I find I have to go it alone. It was very reassuring to have this kind of oversight as a self-helper. Thank you John for taking the time to help me out!  Cheers, Frank

We hired Handy Andy for a kitchen upgrade...new ceiling, backsplash and paint.  Jordan and crew were on time, professional and very conscientious about their work.  Highly recommend!

Horrible Horrible do not go to these guys ever. They showed up at my house at 8 am when my appointment was at 11 am then I was in town had to cancel my doctors appointment run back to hawaii kai and the guys just left and never finished the job - they left before I even got there saying they would come back later. I can't believe how horrible they never even called me before or after never again will I use these guys.

2 years later. We still think of Frank Duarte and his son Aaron and the work they did for us.
Every time the pipes clang, the leaks drip, and when we have to pay a plumber to fix what they didn't do correctly.
Or the higher electric and water bills thanks to their poor workmanship and our remodeling loan payments for their overcharging they do right from the start.
STAY AWAY!
