Best Toilet Repair in Atlanta GA
I was extremely pleased by their professionalism and quality of service. Ben took time to explain the cause of my faucet leak and fixed it immediately. The price was extremely fair. I highly recommend this service. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues.

I had purchased home 3.5 years prior and did not know if and when previous owners had the system pumped. Made an appointment with Twins Septic. I hired them partly because they claimed to be Veteran owned. I informed them I was a Veteran as well and retired. I was offered a 5% veteran discount . They were to come over to pump out septic system as a preventative measure for $275.00 or so I thought. The 2 man crew came earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The crew found the tank and started digging. The ground was dry as heck due to the drought and I suggested that I get some water and pour it over the hole to loosen the dirt. They said they didn't need to. They found the cement lid and started clearing the dirt from the lid. THEY THEN ASKED IF I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THEM PROVIDE A SEPTIC TANK RISER AND LID TO REPLACE THE CEMENT LID FOR AN ADDITIONAL $250.00. I TOLD THEM I WOULD HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT. Then they started to use a heavy metal bar and started beating the cement lid. I again suggested that I get some water to pour over the lid thinking it would help loosen the lid. They again said they didn't need to and started beating the lid with a sledge hammer. At this point I went into my home.(BIG MISTAKE). A few minutes later, a knock came on the door and it was one of the crew. He said I have some good news and bad news. THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT THE SEPIC TANK WAS IN GOOD SHAPE, THE BAD NEWS IS THAT THE CEMENT LID HAD CRACKED IN HALF. I questioned how and why the lid broke. He said it was old and had been previously cracked. I questioned that, especially after seeing them beating the cement lid with a large steel bar and sledge hammer. I was noticeably upset because my only option now was that I had to purchase a new riser and lid for an additional $250.00. I complained and questioned the reason for lid being broken, especially since I had no choice in the matter other than to purchase a riser and lid. I asked if there was anything they could do to help with the cost. They said there was nothing they could do. I requested that I be able to speak with the owner and they gave me the office number. I called and spoke to Landon and explained the situation from my perspective, about how the use of a steel bar and sledge hammer had caused the cement lid to break in half right at the handle. He refused to take any responsibility and said that his crew had misquoted the cost of the riser and lid anyway and they should have charged $300.00 instead of $250.00. He suggested that he not charge my credit card and hold charging the card for a month.
I don't believe that this was a coincidence in that the cement lid was broken already. I do believe the constant pounding with the steel bar and sledge hammer caused the cement lid to break in half and that Twins Septic and Plumbing should have taken responsibility or at least partial responsibility for the incident and provided some fair adjustment other than the 5% Veteran discount
I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND TWINS PLUMBING AND SEPTIC AGAIN.

TE installed two new AC units for us. Nick was the installer and he took the time to answer our questions. After the job everything was cleaned up so well that you'd never know we had a project at the house that day.

I called D & S Plumbing to have a recirculating pump and garbage disposal installed, as well as to replace a hose bib. D & S scheduled the service for a couple of days later. On that day, D & S announced when they were going to arrive; they showed up as promised and did the job seamlessly. They were polite; professional; timely. I have used them in the past and they remain my 'go-to' plumber.

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

This company was recommended through another app. He came out the same day I called. He showed me what the issue was, and talked me through what he was doing step by step. He is also reasonably priced. I will use this company again should I have any other plumbing issues.

Dave came out today to exchange out our GE Under the Sink water filter system we've had for 12 years with a newer version. I thought it would be a simple job, but of course it wasn't. He was very patient and professional and did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards. He was very friendly and we now have a new plumbing company-Mighty Plumbing!! We were using a big name plumbing company, but Mighty Plumbing did the same job for a much more reasonable price! Yay for Mighty Plumbing!!

Original request , felt they were too expensive for what i wanted done . I asked him to look at my outside faucets , some had a small drip , he said they needed to be tightened , so he did , left . Quote was about $250 to replace one faucet. Today i went to use and instead of a drip it is running and can't shut off water . Now i have to repair it. Hope his intentions were good and he did not know that the fix was worse than the problem

This company is a huge rip off. I called for a repair that was like a similar repair I had done for $175, and they wanted to charge $436. The technician tried to talk in circles about a charge for draining the water lines and then repressurize, which basically meant to turn on water outside and drain, and then letting air out of lines when turned on again, for $132 or something ridiculous. I would not use this company at all, unless you have money to go down the drain.

I was having issues with my Septic tank getting blocked every couple of months, causing me to lose $300 every time because other companies would come and just jet the issue hoping to unstick the block.
I had Tyler and his crew come around and they got into the septic tank and assessed a slightly bigger problem, which the other companies hadn't bother to do. Tyler has now given me a much more long term solution and a lot more confidence in my septic tank. I would highly recommend them and will have them out again, however, I don't feel that there is now gonna be any issues. Thanks to the great work they have done.

RUN AWAY!
I used to be a satisfied customer, but have come to regret my loyalty.
Had a system fault. It happens. Tech showed up. Said main system board failure. Quoted by an estimate of $3,998 and change to repair.
Called the company that installed the system. That tech showed up and spent under 5 minutes to inform me the system was now fully operational.
To add insult to injury, the tech slipped a $10 Misc charge onto my invoice I failed to notice. It was not explained and makes no sense to me. This is for a 10-year customer WITH an annual service plan.
Not sure what has happened to this company, but they screwed the pooch on this call and with this customer. I hope they can straighten themselves out, but it will probably not be with me as a customer much longer.
