This company has exceptional customer service.  The response time is fast and the ability to troubleshoot your issue is great. I will keep them as my go to for future service needs.

My water heater needed a replacement part. Rheem water heater was installed in 2020 and the gas thermostat went bad due to Rheem outsourcing the manufacturing of parts during the pandemic. The pilot would not stay lit.  D & S was great.  They moved around some service times so they could fit me in so I could have hot water as quickly as possible. They first came out Monday evening, told. me what part I needed to order from Rheem and the part was received Wednesday morning and D & S came out the same afternoon.  Thank you.  I have always had great service with this company. (For anyone else in this situation, talk to Customer Service department at Rheem and they can approve reimbursement of the labor cost. The first person you talk to will tell you no reimbursement. You just have to talk to the right person.)

Ken has helped me several times. He beat every estimate to replace a broken water line in my front yard on Christmas Eve years ago. Since then he has installed my two water heaters, changed my faucets, and helped friends with minor issues. If he can work you into his schedule, use him.

Great company! The owner responded very quickly when I put out my request on Yelp and was able to come the next day first thing in the morning. His pricing was great compared to some other local plumbers! He kept everything neat and tidy and offered great advice for other areas of the house that we have yet to work on. Definitely will be making him our permanent plumber!

While I was trying to sell my condo, I found some plumbing issues I needed to take care of. The toilet started leaking water from the bottom, at the floor and the water heater was not working at all. The problem was immediately diagnosed as soon as the guys from Zippy Plumber showed up. I got my water heater replaced and the toilet drain fixed the same day. Give these guys a call if you want people who know the trade and work professionally. Highly recommended.

We needed our septic tank pumped out so my wife shopped around online and found Delta Plumbing had a special rate of $288. We called in Saturday morning & they said they would be there between 4-6pm. Great because we needed it done. The driver, Todd, showed up at 5:45pm as promised. He and his helper located the tank and there was the 1st up charge. They don't charge to dig if your tank is 18, mine was 2' so that's an additional $125. At this point I'm catching into the scam. I ask what is going to be the bottom line. Todd shows me the price sheet of all the up charges and tells me he won't know until he gets the tank open how much we are looking at. I ask how much it will cost me to get the tank open. Todd said that it would cost the $125 dig fee and if I didn't like the final price they wouldn't do anything else. Once it was open I was told there would be a charge for too much crust, cleaning the filter, over the water level, and an environmental charge! The bottom line was $895!!! A long way from the $288 we were quoted on the phone. I told Todd not to do it. I was not going to pay that much. I called BJ&T Septic. They were there before Todd left. He pumped the tank for $300.

Let me be clear, Todd was a nice and knowledgable guy he just works for a terrible company. DONT EVER CALL DELTA PLUMBING FOR ANY REASON, EVER!!!

This plumber was the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. He (Ray, the owner) was supposed to show up at 9am. By 12:00 he was a no show. He then agreed to be the by 4 pm. 4pm came and went with no call or anything. He finally pulled up in his truck at 5:45 pm!! He then proceeded to finish smoking his cigarette in his truck (the same one pictured in his video) before finally getting out and strolling up like he was in no hurry and gave zero cares about being so late. Then he had the nerve to have an attitude like I was the one with the problem! He acted like he was doing ME a favor by being there. When I questioned him about being so late he literally said AND I QUOTE You want me to do the job or not? To which I replied NO, GOODBYE and kicked his sorry butt out or my restaurant. He was THE WORST and I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Tomorrow I'll call a real plumber who has a sense of professionalism and cares about customer service. This man was a rude PRICK. I wouldn't hire him to service my worst enemy.  BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, you've never done work for me because you absolutely did show up HOURS late and you were asked to leave. I refused your service before even letting you look at the job. Why would I let you do work for me after you walked in with a chip on your shoulder? I stand on my initial review of your poor customer service and terrible attitude. I've never seen worse than you. Don't try to act like it wasn't you SIR. We spoke face to face and YOU WERE AWFUL. I guess I need to have my husband post a review as well since he was there and witnessed the entire exchange WITH YOU. Don't try to act like it was another plumber. It was ABSOLUTELY YOU and further validates my claim about your business practices that you would lie and try to deny that it was you.   THANK YOU.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable master plumber with several years of experience and great competitive pricing they you should call Mr. Johnson.  I had a problem with my toilet running and making noise.  He came in, educated me on the issue, and gave me options on my repair.  I'm happy for the talk as it was just a better measure to replace 2 of my toilets.  He came in the next day and took care of 3 issues quickly without any hassle.  He even unclogged my slow draining sink for me and wiped down all of the surfaces. I will definitely be using him in the future as the time is rapidly approaching for me to replace my water heater.

I've heard of being busy, and I'm glad the company is doing well. However, I called at 9:45AM on 6/27 asking for a service call on a unit. Now, I never did say whether it was for a routine PM or a broken system. However, I was never asked, either!! I was simply told that they were scheduling for July 7; ten days out. Wow! Sounds like someone needs more capacity!!
