Our situation quickly went from bad, to worst case, to beyond worst case. Think original, turn of the century terracotta piping that had disintegrated both under the foundation and outside of the house....6 feet under our driveway.

Matt from Zippy Plumber came (way after normal business hours) and immediately was able to not only assess the situation, but  articulate it to us in layman terms, intelligently. He immediately have us extremely high confidence in his ability to help us with a pretty dire situation. He also managed to call someone late on a Saturday to have an excavator ready to come for Sunday morning. He did an amazing and very thorough job in fixing our disintegrated pipes and I would recommend Matt and his team over any other plumbers in the area, or beyond.

I had a leak on my property and was not sure where it was coming from. Bobby came over immediately and was able to tell me the source and was kind enough to help out. Can't speak enough praises for him.

There was a leak under our kitchen sink. I called my previous company on Wednesday. I was told they do not have any appointment until Friday at 2pm. That Friday at 2:15 pm I received a call that they could not make it until Tuesday of next week.
My daughter immediately started searching and found this company. They said someone will be there at 6pm. Well they arrived at 4:45pm. They were prompt, reliable, courteous, knowledgeable and very conscious and clean.
I will strongly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Very few companies operate in integrity these days. So the few that do really stand out. Chris came to my home to assess a leak we were having. He was able to figure out the leak and gave me several options on how to resolve it. When I decide to repair it, I will only use Crossroads Plumbing. I like his work ethic. He was completely honest with me and did not hound me about getting it done. He gave me the space I need to make a decision.

They were very responsive and quick to get back to me with all my questions. They went out of their way to get my plumbing fixed in a timely manner. I will be using them if I need help again.

Bobby came out same day and fixed our kitchen faucet in less than 30 minutes. He was very reasonable in price and again quickly came out to solve our problem. Thanks Bobby! It is really hard to find a good, honest and reliable plumber! We found one! Nicely done! Thank you Bobby!

Chris and Glenda have helped us a couple times since moving into our home last year. Glenda has always been fast to respond when I've messaged her with any issues we've been having. Chris and his team came out and replaced the main line from the meter to our home last year and all has worked great since. We had another pressure issue come up and Chris came out to diagnose as well, didn't find anything wrong, and didn't even charge us for the visit, as we've seen from other local companies. Honest and reliable plumbing services, and highly knowledgeable. Thank you!

A Plus Plumbing was contacted just the night before and showed up on time the next morning. Communication was perfect he is Professional, Speedy, personable excellent work.

Appointment date came, I called the morning of to confirm they were still coming in the afternoon, and was informed the tech would arrive closer to 5pm (block of time given to me was 3-5pm) due to another job. I called at 5:15pm to check on status and was told the tech would call me to let me know around what time they'd arrive. How inconsiderate to call me at 7:30pm! Horrible customer service. If something so simple as calling a customer to let them know the status, I can only imagine how they handle larger issues. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I wasn't forced to.

Dino responded to my request for a plumbing estimate and came out quickly to assess my issue. Though this was not officially an emergency it was something that I felt needed to be addressed as soon as possible to keep from having more costly issues down the road if not taken care of. He listened to my opinion even though I have no clue about plumbing and how to fix things beyond how to turn the water on and off. He ran a test. Confirmed the problem, gave me a quote on the repair and an upgrade to help me in the future. He was not pushy about his upgrade but it made perfect sense so I agreed to include it with the repair. He didn't have the part needed for the repair but said he could pick it up and would be back in 30 minutes. I'm pretty sure he beat that time because he was back before I could finish a work call. Once back he went right to work and had the repairs and the upgrade complete in no time at all. His price seemed extremely fair based on prior plumbing repairs i had done in the past. I would highly recommend him and Mechanical Solutions Atlanta (MSA) for your plumbing needs.

If you have a need for plumbers and/or a septic tank issue, these guys know what they are doing. They were extremely professional and gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. I would, definitely, call them again should I need anything done.

I found Dynamike through NextDoor, they were highly recommended from various people.  They came right away and fixed my problem.  Will definitely use them as my plumbers for any issues we encounter of being homeowners.

Terrible  service. They advertise on their website same day service. This is false. I was told on three separate occasions that they wete not going to be able to make their scheduled appointments. Would give zero stars if possible. Skip these people.

He seems to be a competent plumber but he could use more training when it comes to wells and well pumps.
We brought in a second company to finish the job.
Very responsive to the first call; communication was poor/spotty on subsequent days.
He doesn't take credit cards.

Beware! They're out to make money and more money! Worst service ever! Instead of simply re-wiring to fix a simple issue, they took $600 for nothing and suggested to rip apart all cabinets to find a conduit box. Don't trust this company!
