Best Water Filter Services in Atlanta GA
Professional, dependable, cordial and all at a reasonable price. Scott came out and fixed our leaking Roman bath faucet. I was impressed by his workmanship. I highly recommend Plumbers United!

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

I like the fact that a plumber answered the phone when I called (with a lot of plumbers it goes straight to voice mail). He asked me a few pertinent questions about my plumbing issues and quoted me a reasonable hourly rate. We scheduled service for the next day. The courteous workers showed up on time and did a good job.
It's hard to find an honest, competent plumber nowadays. I highly recommend this one.

Delighted that we chose absolute plumbing to come do some work on the house we just bought. Justin and the other four gents who did the work over the past two days have been nothing but amazing. I'm very impressed with their work ethic and they were all so nice! We are definitely going to be repeat customers. Also really appreciated the text with a name and picture of the person coming out saying they were on their way for our original quote. Thank you again to the team, you have put us at ease.

Phil was amazing! We had a water heater scare and he was able to come out next day and install. He was professional, nice, thorough and pricing was very fair. Jess was also a pleasure to speak to. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

We have a shower that over a long period of time kept developing leaks from the faucet stems wearing out. The old style hot and cold handles when tightened over a long period of time wore down the stems. Smiley had changed the stems once before about 4 years prior.
Upon arrival their plumber, John suggested we consider going to a single handle valve so the same problem would not come up again.
To be fair he did tell me the price. It would be $1,256.00.
Just after he started I asked how long the job should take. About 2 hours, was the answer.
The bill I got had 2 line items. The part was $168.00, which I think was very reasonable. The remaining part of the bill of $1,088.00 was 100% for the plumbers installation time to do it.
John's actual time for completion was 2 hours and 55 minutes.
The next day I called Smiling to see if the job that worked out to an installation charge of $544.00/hr on the book time for the job to $365.00 for the actual time on the job was correct.
I spoke with William. He was immovable, that was the price. He didn't want to acknowledge that bottom line, the math noted above was a valid and reasonable way for one to look at the cost of the job. Stated that no reputable plumbing Co. would charge on an hourly basis. HMMM!
The charge is based on a plumbing manual assignment of time for said job. He indicated the the actual time John took was a little longer than the norm, which would mean the $544.00/ hour was closer to the expected norm.
My opinion is that if they are looking at 2 hours of time to complete a plumbing job, then that cost is unreasonably high and that it should be reasonable to reassess the charge.
The plumbing job was well done by John. No complaint on the quality of work.
I had to do the dry walling of the hole left from the dry wall cut out. Not a problem for me, but feel it should have been clear that that important part of the completion of the job is 100% on the home owner.

Ray came out and searched for a water leak I suspected I had in my front yard. He found the source of the leak in my irrigation system and turned off the water until I could have someone repair the irrigation system.

Buyer beware, money hungry. From Escalation of diagnostics to misdiagnosis. The audacity to charge $350 for a regular toilet bolt. Even after payment he failed to show up.

Rick and Kelly came to my house in Locust Grove today. I had no idea where my septic tank was. They found it quickly and got the job done like pros. As well as were super Helpful in explaining everything. Will definitely call them if anything is needed in the future. Thanks guys.

We made an appointment online first and no one confirmed. Of course no one showed up that day. We gave second chance which we made an appointment over the phone. 12pm-6pm we waited 6 hours and still no one showed up.

Plumber did a good job installing a new garbage disposal. This poor review has nothing to do with the quality of work. It has to do with the outrageous prices that Delta Plumbing charges. When I called to get someone out I asked for the approx. price to replace a garbage disposal. They would not give me one, but when they arrived they gave me an outrageous estimate of $664 (with a coupon of $50 I paid $614). The disposal itself is around 100+ dollars. It took them 45 minutes to replace. I went ahead with it because I did not want to pay them for their trip charge, my disposal was leaking and I was not in a position to change it myself. This will be the last time I use Delta Plumbing!!

Updates on 2/2/16:
The servicemen finally came out to replace my furnace. They were friendly and quick and the heat seems to be working so far.
I'd rate all good 3.5 if we could do half ratings but since we can't I'm at least improving my original rating from 2 to 3.

I'm really disappointed and frustrated by the service or lack there of I've received from All Good - namely, the horrible customer service they've provided me.
During a really cold spell in mid January my heat started malfunctioning. The downstairs wouldn't warm up but the upstairs would get into 70s. I called All good on a Monday, got an appointment for Wednesday after noon - not bad.
On Wednesday Jan 18, a serviceman came out to inspect my heat and said some heat thing was cracked and I need a new furnace. But because it was cracked he had to turn off the gas to my heat. So when average temp was mid/high 30s during the the day and less during the evening All good turned my heat off and I was left with no house heat. I was told someone would call me to discuss options the next day.
I assumed I'd get a call right away since it was so cold and they knew I had no heat, but I was wrong. I had to call them when by 2pm the next day (Thursday) I hadn't heard from anyone.
I finally got ahold of the person assigned to work with me who said he had a lot of clients that day and hadn't gotten around to me yet. He passively aggressively suggested he would pull over on the side of the road to send me information. He ended up sending me information by 10pm that Thursday night (now I'm two days without house heat with outside temps in mid to high 30s and inside house temp around low to mid 50s).
I responded to the email with a few follow up questions on Friday morning got no response so called again on Saturday afternoon. Finally got an email respond on Sunday.
I called so frequently trying to get communication the phone staff knew who I was.
I was finally able to set up an appointment for a new furnace for today (2/1/16). It was supposed to be an afternoon appointment. At no point did I get a reminder email or follow up about today's appointment (made last week). When I contacted my rep around noon to see if I was still in for today I was told the guys were behind schedule and wouldn't be able to get to me today. WTF?!?
Why did I have to contact them to find this out? I left work early to be home for this appointment I was supposed to have and now I have to be home tomorrow and hope they show up to do the work.
I don't know why I have had to constantly chase down All Good to communicate with me and to do the work. I've never had to work this hard to spend thousands of dollars.
Maybe because they've turned my heat off they know my options are limited and aren't giving appropriate customer care. Or maybe they've grown too popular from Yelp reviews and are neglecting customers.
Either way, this has been an unpleasant experience. I've had no house heat since Jan 18 and still don't have any. I've basically been sequestered into two small rooms with an electric heater.
