Best Water Filter Services in Atlanta GA
I called with an issue and he guided me through and we determined that it wasn't a plumbing issue. Great company that's in it to resolve your issue and not take your money!!

Great company! The owner responded very quickly when I put out my request on Yelp and was able to come the next day first thing in the morning. His pricing was great compared to some other local plumbers! He kept everything neat and tidy and offered great advice for other areas of the house that we have yet to work on. Definitely will be making him our permanent plumber!

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

Water heater died on a Friday morning. Despite not ordinarily working weekends, they were able to get a guy out the next morning!

Delighted that we chose absolute plumbing to come do some work on the house we just bought. Justin and the other four gents who did the work over the past two days have been nothing but amazing. I'm very impressed with their work ethic and they were all so nice! We are definitely going to be repeat customers. Also really appreciated the text with a name and picture of the person coming out saying they were on their way for our original quote. Thank you again to the team, you have put us at ease.

Phil was amazing! We had a water heater scare and he was able to come out next day and install. He was professional, nice, thorough and pricing was very fair. Jess was also a pleasure to speak to. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

There are too costly and did not offer a free consultation. Either way you're going to pay.

My tenant reported that the water coming out of the shower head and tub faucet was either too hot or not hot at all. She couldn't control the temperature anymore. She reported this to me on Sunday morning. I immediately used Yelp's Request a Quote service and sent out a request to several Atlanta area plumbers. If you've never used Yelp's Request a Quote service, I highly recommend it. It's free, convenient, and saves a bunch of time and hassle.
Raymond (Ray) White, owner of A Plus Priority Plumbing, responded to me almost immediately. Again, this was on a Sunday morning. My tenant texted me pictures of the tub/shower hardware which I texted to Ray. Ray was always quick to respond to my texts and answer my phone calls, no matter what day or time of day, which I really appreciated. When it comes to communication, he's the most responsive person I've worked with in home services. A lot of people can learn from him there.
Ray was able to come and take a look at my problem the following Tuesday with a 12-3pm time window. He gave me a 30-minute courtesy call-ahead, which I requested, and showed up on time with another person (two vans). He diagnosed the problem, trying out a cartridge piece he had on him, and charged me $35 for the visit. A lot of plumbers and bigger companies easily charge a $50-100 trip fee just for coming out, so his diagnosis fee, especially with two people, was reasonable. The second person's name was Dakota and he was polite.
Ray helped me make my decision which was to replace everything. Valve, cartridge pieces, control arm, faucet, and all. The hardware was 18 years old and had been through many renters over the years, so it was time. Ray charged me $650 for the job which included demolition (he had to destroy nine tiles to replace all the parts), replacement of the parts, some custom fittings and pipework, and cleanup. It took him about three hours to do the entire job by himself (normally, he has a helper, but the day he did my job, he was alone). He had to make a trip to Home Depot to get some particular parts once he tore my wall apart and saw what he was dealing with.
Ray doesn't do tile work, so I'm having someone else patch up the hole he made. At my request, Ray temporarily sealed the hole shut with a plastic covering and tape. As far as I can tell, he did a fantastic job and I've heard no complaints from my tenant. Ray replaced my Kohler parts with Moen parts. He says Moen is easiest/simplest brand to work with. Other brands, like Kohler and Delta, have more quirks to them.
Ray was able to check with his parts supplier and confirm he could get the parts for my job on the same day as my diagnosis. He was available to do the job on Wednesday, but due to a conflict I had at work, I had him come Thursday morning instead. So, total turnaround time from the time my tenant reported the problem to the time the problem was solved was only four days (would have been three if I could've met Ray sooner). Pretty good! He takes card and provides itemized receipts.
If I recall correctly, Ray has been in the business for about 25+ years (working for large and small businesses) and has owned A Plus Priority Plumbing for the last 10+. It's a small outfit with currently about four on staff. They work all over metro Atlanta. Ray has a great work ethic. I read a Yelp review that said he even did work on Christmas Day and saved someone's Christmas. Does he ever take time off?
Ray is a straight-shooter and no-nonsense type of guy. He may come across as short, but he's just being upfront and honest. I recommend you watch his video on Yelp. His responsiveness, the Yelp video, and Yelp reviews are what made me decide to choose A Plus Priority Plumbing over all the other vendors.
Thank you, Ray!

I was extremely pleased by their professionalism and quality of service. Ben took time to explain the cause of my faucet leak and fixed it immediately. The price was extremely fair. I highly recommend this service. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues.

We had an immediate need for an established and experienced plumber.
Express Plumbing had several good reviews and we really did not have time to entertain multiple appraisals.
I will say they were good plumbers and were able to get us back to normal in less time than initially told.
After the fact, we found we could have gotten this job done for about 70% cheaper had we entertained appraisals from other plumbers.
Sometimes you don't have those options, but I recommend getting these 2nd & 3rd appraisals.
Express was fairly honest on the FREE appraisal that included 2 Plumbers & a Plumber's assistant for installing a new water line from the meter to the house.
Although they did a good job and completed in roughly 75% of the time estimated, they still charged the customer for more time than it took to complete the job. This was not acceptable.
Express adjusted the original invoice down a couple of thousand dollars, but they really had no choice because they only used 1 Plumber and 1 Plumber assistant.
Furthermore, Express offered a 5% senior discount that would have applied to us but they never mentioned it again and it was not on the final invoice.
In the end, we were very happy with the work performed, we just had issues with being charged for time that was not billed properly.
When you quote a customer a specific amount of time to perform a job, if you finish early the customer should benefit with a lower total invoice than initially quoted.

Contacted this company for what I thought would be a simple sink faucet and garbage disposal install. The tech advised that some pipes under the sink needed to be replaced so I ok'd that as part of the work. Two months later, everything he installed is leaking; ruined the cabinet under the sink, so now I have to get that fixed also. Also, he seated the drain in my new sink with a pile of plumber's putty. The drain still does not sit correctly.
Long and short, I have to pay someone else to correct what I paid him to fix and then pay the added expense of repairing my ruined cabinet under the sink. You've been warned.

I do have to say Ben and Ryan was amazing. Their quick response to the services needed was impressive. Not only that when Ben arrived to my house he was on- time and willing to assist with my water heater. Although they charge a$199.00 fee to complete a diagnostic on my water heater which would be applied towards my next purchase he understood it was not communicated to me and was willing work with me to try to earn my business. He did provide me with all my options and asked me if I would like to work with them however, with my research Plumb-All was $700.00 more than the other provided quotes. With that Ben tried to offer me other options but with my quote from Non Stop Plumbing, I could not see myself going with Plumb-All. Although their services was excellent, professional and courteous, their pricing was just out of my budget in compared to my other quotes. I am not sure if they shop their competitors however this is something they may need to do to stay competitive. Ben even called back twice to convince me in considering them but they were just too high in compared to their competitors.

I have used Casteel for many years. Cole came to do my fall winter service. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He even answered my questions about using a NEST thermostat. I appreciate the service I receive from the staff at Casteel.
