Buyer beware, money hungry. From Escalation of diagnostics to misdiagnosis. The audacity to charge $350 for a regular toilet bolt. Even after payment he failed to show up.

I called Twins about 2 months ago after the recommendation from my uncle as well as some friends. We were selling a home and one stipulation in the contract was that they buyer wanted to septic tank pumped. I called Landon around 5pm, and he had Jeff and another guy there the very next day at 2pm. The price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone, and the guys did a great job recovering where they had to dig.

Fast forward to yesterday, the toilets in my newly constructed home were bubbling and the shower wouldn't drain properly. I called at 9am, and Jeff came the same afternoon and found the problem and fixed it. They are fast, friendly, and honest - I would recommend these guys to anyone! And I will use them for any future problems I have as well.

TE installed two new AC units for us. Nick was the installer and he took the time to answer our questions. After the job everything was cleaned up so well that you'd never know we had a project at the house that day.

I had them come out due to a bad smell like sewer and leaking from under house.  This house was built in the 40s and the pipes were not up to code,  plus had started leaking.  D&S gave a thorough inspection and the house needed to have all new piping to fix it correctly and up to today's code. I also asked for quotes to replace the toilet and tub w/ back drop with something better.  Also to fix my leaking kitchen sink and put in a new vanity in the bathroom.  They were reasonably priced, worked quickly and efficiently,  and had it all done in 3 days.  That was a lot of work,  putting in all new pipes under the house, pulling out the old, updating the piping inside the house for kitchen, bathroom,  washroom,  etc.  Everyone I spoke to from D&S and worked with on this project were wonderful! So glad I found them.  Very very happy with the results  and best of all that terrible odor is gone that was causing me health issues.

Responsive, priced fair, and completed the job on a Sunday! I hired A Plus to replace my kitchen faucet. The service was prompt and very professional. We ran into a problem midway but it was resolved in a reasonable matter of time. Job well done. I'd call them again for help.

I had an experience with technician who came to my house to diagnose a water leak. Instead, he tried to sell a new valve replacement asking $700 repairs. i had a second estimate done by another company and they were able to fix right on a spot for $75. I would refrain dealing with this company.

There was a serious leak at our house.  I have had 3 different plumbers out to help with this problem.  It's a shame when a plumber does very little to help solve the problem.  Flushes a couple of toilets.  Runs water in the sink and calls it good and Leaves.  Charged us for his 30 min of time.  Problem still existed.   $His bill was $75 for a service call + $140.  Ridiculous!

Dawson the technician was great , he came on time and was very pleasant and helpful with my issues with the pipes and toilet. He checked and double checked his work before leaving , which showed that he has a lot of pride in his work. I would definitely recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs .

Keep Smiling is a great plumbing company and do great work. The only problem is they are like the mythical cable guy. The make appointments and just don't show up. IF they finally show up they are a day late and a dollar short. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Robert Barnes  came to my house to install a shower pan and 2 valve fixture.. he accomplished it in a few hours and everything worked fine.. he was able to explain why and what he did to install everything and he showed he is a true professional...

Do not use this company! I am totally disabled in a wheelchair I called them on Thursday they came out Wayne the owner and tell me is $475 for this part the   was in a plumber out in an for hour he sent two young guys out here to put a part on and it still did not they argue back-and-forth with me what to charge me 1300 to fix it after I already paid $475 this company play games they going to tell me to unplug the hot water heater and plug it up every time I take a shower Cody the worker and I'm totally disabled C-5 c6 spinal cord injury quadriplegic totally disabled Spinal cord injury in the wheelchair had to call my son over to talk to him over the phone m to explain to him there's no hot water in the master bedroom once again he refused to give me a refund and hung the phone up in my face Wayne the owner is a very untrustworthy, liar and they plotted to take a vantage of me because I'm disabled he knew the PC charge me for wasn't going to fix the hot water want to come up with all these explanation and the job is not fixed! The two guys plumbers walked all through the house instead of axing where is the Kitching where is the bathroom just to turn on the water and see if it's hot when clearly they could to say it to my son can you please turn on the water to see if it's hot in her bathroom they wanted to walk all over my house to try to calculate how much to charge me to come back and say oh we can fix it for 1300 or maybe $1000 these people are not professionals I still have no hot water running in my master bathroom bathroom In fact is worse my sink am I miss the back bathroom barely has any pressure is barely running!

I was having a closing on a house that when I donated a refrigerator that it was leaking from the ice maker line. Casteel came out and within 15 minutes placed a washer on the line which corrected the issue. He then went on to charge me $200; when I said that I believed that to be a high price he stated he could charge me more. I later protested the charge and they refunded me $50. I believe that repair should have been covered in the trip charge.
