Best Sewer Line Installation in Atlanta GA
To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

I live with my elderly Mother to oversee things. Her house is about 50 years old. We had a 'Main break' & I was terrified she'd no longer be able to stay here! All about plumbing was the first to respond out of all the companies I called. Scott was professional, made my Mother feel safe & I felt confident. Hope I never have to again, but if neede I'll call them first! Thanks!

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time. Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved. We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation. I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

I was so impressed with this service. I was in crisis mode with a leak and they came right away. Narcicio was efficient, communicative, thorough, and honest. He truly went above and beyond and we are having him return to fix some non-urgent issues next week.

We have been so happy with D&S Plumbing. Chad has now been out several times for repairs on our older home that had been a rental for many years. He really goes above and beyond to get the job done right and the price has always been very reasonable. The company itself is very reliable and it's been very simple to get on their calendar.
I highly recommend this company for value, honesty and great work ethics.

Bobby was so nice in helping us to resolve the issue over the phone. If we have further plumbing needs we will certainly contact them. Thank you!

Lucked out forty years ago, when we started buying rental properties, to find Keep Smiling Plumbing! My husband traveled, so when a plumbing problem came up, I didn't have to panic being by myself because Beverly and Carl, who own Keep Smiling Plumbing, could be counted on for good advice, excellent service and the best products. They also helped us find other reliable companies, example, a good septic-tank company. I think of them as friends.
Now, we have retired out of GA. My son, who lives in GA, counts on Beverly and Carl's kids, Adria and Brant, to take care of his home and rental properties. Definitely a fine family business to hire!

I had a water main leak in my yard and contacted Ray here through Yelp on a Saturday afternoon. Ray responded and said he could come out the next day. He arrived promptly Sunday morning, and assessed the source of the leak. He was able to bypass the damaged pipe to get water into my house until he could return to replace the pipe. Two days later, he returned as promised, and completed the repair. Good work, and backed with a 5-year guarantee.

Benjamin at Easy Clean did a fantastic job and was extremely fair in his pricing. I could not have asked for better service. If you have any septic tank service needs do not hesitate to reach out to him and his team. I will be keeping their card handy for all my future septic tank needs.

If I could give them more stars, I would! We received exemplary service from the moment I spoke with Ben concerning the issues we were having in our home (water leak/damaged basement ceiling/water heater malfunctions) to having Nick in our home repairing those issues. They both were very professional, clearly knowledgeable in their field, and honest, which speaks volumes to me because they could have easily taken advantage of my mother and I, who knows very little about any of this. If you're looking for a business that offers excellent customer service and one that gets the job done right, look no further because you've just hit the jackpot!

Used Twin Septic years ago for a Rental property. Professional and honest. That's all you can ask for.

I arrived home from vacation to a leaky toilet valve. Water was leaking from the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling of my main floor bathroom. A-total Plumbing arrived the same day, and the repair costs were reasonable. Devoreaux was professional, courteous, and explained the needed repairs in layman's terms. I highly recommend Devoreaux and A-Total Plumbing. He was a lifesaver today!

Mr Johnson is very knowledgeable in water heaters for houses. He has years of experience. I live in a condo my water heater is in my attic. I felt like he wasn't accustom to my unique situation, which is understandable. I would recommend him for houses only.

Called Express Plumbing & Septic as a second opinion. We had just paid another company over 2K, told we should be good with our field line issue. Well within 11 days, the water from the tank was backing up again through the basement drains. Called them back, they immediately returned and then stated the entire field line system needed to be replaced. If you know septic tanks, you know this is not cheap, quoted 12-15K. So we wanted to get a second opinion, so called Express. Well that was not the issue as stated, and they questioned they work the first company claimed to do, which we had already questioned to ourselves. (long story)
We went with Express to do the work, the issue was a clog from the house to the tank and cost another $2500, the tank also had to be pumped since not done the first time by the previous company. They completed the work on December 17, 2020 and we've had no additional issues. Thankful we got a second opinion.

If you have any electrical issues and decide to go with Casteel...Ask for Chad to be your technician. He is knowledgeable, efficient, personable, professional, and very down to earth. He will tell you exactly what you need and is very detailed in explaining so you understand exactly what he's talking about. I highly recommend Casteel and very highly recommend Chad!

Customer beware!
**This review is in regards to septic service**
Delta the educated Plumber uses bait and switch tactics to up-charge unexpecting victims, aka customers, by luring them in with coupons that discount their septic pumping service to $188 for a 1,000 gallon tank, or $288 for a 1,500 gallon tank. These are very good rates, but what they don't tell you is, there is a fee of $125 to dig up the tank, which makes them more expensive than most other reputable companies (so much for that fictitious coupon).
But wait, the joyride doesn't end there...not by a long shot! If you have anything floating in your tank, you have excess solids which is an additional fee of $250 dollars. News flash, there will always be floating solids, called scum which is the oil, grease, and fats. The scum layer is more viscous than water, which causes it to float on the surface (this is normal) but Delta Plumbing feels you should pay an additional $250 which is more than the discounted pumping service, for some fabricated nomenclature they made up to further extort money from their uninformed customers.
But why stop there? Let's not forget the hydro-jetting fee, environmental fee, and camera line fee, which are all required services that add on hundreds if not thousands of dollars!
Take it from a victim who foolishly fell prey to these purveyors of poop...educate yourself, read reviews, and avoid getting ripped off.
