Best Sewer Line Installation in Atlanta GA
To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

Ken has helped me several times. He beat every estimate to replace a broken water line in my front yard on Christmas Eve years ago. Since then he has installed my two water heaters, changed my faucets, and helped friends with minor issues. If he can work you into his schedule, use him.

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time. Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved. We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation. I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

I was so impressed with this service. I was in crisis mode with a leak and they came right away. Narcicio was efficient, communicative, thorough, and honest. He truly went above and beyond and we are having him return to fix some non-urgent issues next week.

I called on 8-17 and spoke to Shawn, advised of my issue (a foul odor coming from my kitchen sink that does not have a garbage disposal) that fills the entire house. He submitted a request for a plumber to come out. Trey called after while and advised there's nothing he'd be able to do but come, look at the sink, smell the odor, charge me a diagnostic fee and tell me to put bleach down the drain; all of which I've done numerous times and more, to no avail, so I figured something was wrong which is why I called a plumber to identify why the odor persists and to try and resolve it. I can appreciate honesty but there has to be some type of resolution instead of my just dealing with it so who am I supposed to call if not the plumber? Possible sewage gas odor (which is dangerous an toxic) throughout the entire house but there's nothing that can be done? I called back to speak with Daniel and identify why I wasn't advised that nothing can be done initially before anticipating someone to come out. I spoke to Shawn again who advised the reason he requested someone out was because he wasn't a plumber. I asked again to speak to Daniel and was informed he is in N.C. I asked why I wouldn't be able to contact him just because he's in N.C. and I was informed he's doing a job out there. So I inquired my not being able to speak to him and if I'd have to wait until he returned and I was advised that he would reach out. Missed a call a while after from who I presume was Daniel but he didn't leave a message nor answer when I called back. The only reason I presume it's him is due to my researching the # that called. Highly unprofessional.
Update on 8-22, had another plumbing company come out and they confirmed the smell was sewerage gas which is highly toxic and extremely dangerous to inhale in, meanwhile, I was ignorantly staying in a sewerage smelling house of which Trey with D&S Plumbing told me he could do nothing about but smell it, tell me to pour bleach down the drain, and charge me.

We woke up to no hot water and called Mighty Plumbing just before noon. They had a new unit installed that night. Alan's work was excellent getting the units swapped out in our narrow, finished basement. Would strongly recommend.

I ordered a plumbing inspection and what I got was a two sentence report and an estimate of $13,054.17. No detail about leaks, main water valve, main line, shut off valve, no pictures, no idea about how long the project would take. At this point I don't believe a detailed inspection was completed! Where is the proof? As a home buyer I expected more detail in the report. I called and spoke to William the manager for help but it was pointless. He stated that I had an attitude simply because I was expressing my frustration with this $150 Inspection! Labeling your customer is not providing good customer service! Speaking aggressively to your customer is not customer service! This is my first and last impression of this place. It's substandard I will not recommend or use it for any of my needs. Horrible! Should change the name to Keep Crying!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and a vacation planned the next day. Ray got me scheduled to fit my already busy day. Chandler diagnosed the problem, helped me choose a good quality faucet, installed it, and repaired additional leak points under the sink. He couldn't have been more professional or courteous. The costs were reasonable too.

Our septic tank had been leaking for months and the area smelled really bad. We researched and called two companies. The first one said they would come but never showed up. Easy Clean Septic came on time and did a thorough inspection. Now our tank is fixed and they indeed did a Great and Clean job. We are very pleased! Highly recommend

Buyer beware, money hungry. From Escalation of diagnostics to misdiagnosis. The audacity to charge $350 for a regular toilet bolt. Even after payment he failed to show up.

We recently purchased a home that had a septic letter from Twins Plumbing and Septic. We have had water and flooding issues in our yard since we moved in. I understand that it is the wet season and we've experienced more rain and water than our yard can handle. I also understand that because of this our leach field is saturated as well.
When we started digging up the landscape drain in our yard in an effort to fix it and move standing water away from the area, we encounter the septic tank. Upon seeing water coming UP from the lid of the septic tank, we discovered that Twins Plumbing and Septic has not seared the lid properly and there was gravel in between the lid and the tank. I also completely understand that the lid does not 'seal' to the tank and will allow water to flow upward when the tank is full and there is back pressure on the drain lines. But by not clearing the tank ledge of debris/gravel before re seating the lid from the July 2019 pumping, Twins had allowed ground water and dirt to flow into our tank further exacerbating the issue. We called them on Monday 2/10/20 and they were out before their scheduled arrival time on 2/11/20. After being told that it was useless to pump the tank by the field guys; that it would just refill; that ground water was causing the issue; and that septic tank lids leak; and speaking to the very rude office guy, I sent them away rather than spend my money with them since they were useless anyway! If the lid were seated properly without debris in between the lid and tank ledge, I believe the issue wouldn't be as bad as it is now. I will be calling another company to pump and re seat the lid correctly as it seems Twins cannot do their jobs correctly and do not want to work or want repeat business.

I received a text letting me know the technician was on his way. He arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He replaced the fill valve on the toilet. He was very polite and professional. Thanks David Y.

There was a serious leak at our house. I have had 3 different plumbers out to help with this problem. It's a shame when a plumber does very little to help solve the problem. Flushes a couple of toilets. Runs water in the sink and calls it good and Leaves. Charged us for his 30 min of time. Problem still existed. $His bill was $75 for a service call + $140. Ridiculous!

Prompt, professional service. We had a blockage in the sewage line, which they took care of quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. We appreciate the senior citizen discount, and will definitely call them again for any future problems we might have.

Christmas Eve - pipe burst. Lonnie was our Christmas angel - was here in about 1 hour on Christmas Eve! So thankful and great service. Totally exceeded any expectation and very reasonable for emergency service.

I rent a home in Smyrna, GA. Since the warm months came there had been something seriously wrong with the cooling system. ($300 power bills and a hot house with an A/C that never cuts off) I contacted the landlord, who then reached out to Casteel, which is the company who installed the system in 2012. The first tech came out: He was super friendly, and spent a good deal of time inspecting, cleaning and recharging the system...finding no major issues. We were happy.
Unfortunately, the problem continued. On one very hot evening, me and two 'knowledgeable' friends went into the stifling attic to see that it was running properly. We ended up finding that there was a secondary (hidden) filter BEHIND the normal return filter (still no way to access it really - even to change it) because when they installed the system they legit cut a hole in the side of the unit upstairs to accommodate an additional return (big no no) that was pulling air from the hot space of the attic. Not sure how the first tech missed this. I called Casteel again and they sent someone out pretty quick (on a weekend actually), whom which I shared what we'd discovered. He agreed that he wasn't sure how the previous tech missed these issues. He fixed the issue of the return, but only offered a complete rebuild on the other issue. Can't say I'm super happy with the service, and I'M THE RENTER. System is still not right, but it's livable (do not want to overburden my landlord). Overall I can't say good or bad because they installed it (incorrectly I assume), came out twice, and there's still an issue, but their customer service was ON POINT.

I wanted to come on here to give a review on this company since the reviews are up and down. To be start toward they came when we called. They showed up on time. The came and found our leak that we couldn't find. They talked through what was needed with no pressure to buy and we called them back to repair. Again, they showed up on time and fixed the leak and both people that came were educated and skilled. Please don't judge us by the pictures, our house went through a water leak!
