Best Septic Tank Services in Atlanta GA
To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

I called with an issue and he guided me through and we determined that it wasn't a plumbing issue. Great company that's in it to resolve your issue and not take your money!!

Their rates are high and really bad service. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Good Honest people! When I had an emergency they were the only company that came out to check my sewage tank same day! The technician (Fa'Daren) was a great person he did an amazing job. He Showed us tips and tricks to keep issues from happening again and just did it honestly. They did not take advantage of our emergency but instead did their best to assist us through the process! I will be recommending you all every chance I get for my plumbing needs from here on out! Good Honest Work can't be valued enough in times of emergency!

Made an appt to have my garbage disposal repaired that was less than a year old. The repair man called to walk me through it. He told me to press reset button and if that didn't fix it they would need to install a new one for $369 or that I could buy one myself and they'd install it. I told him I would need to ask my husband about it and that the unit was only a year old. He told me he'd email the invoice for a new unit and for a text saying the appointment was complete and an estimate for a new unit...without ever being inside my house. Didn't seem right given how new this unit was, not to mention it was high end model with a 20 year warranty. I called another company who promptly came out and found a screw had fallen into the disposal and gotten chewed up and jammed. Took 2 minutes to get it out and back to running. Saved myself a lot of money.
Update: The owner reached out offering an explanation and was concerned about my experience and I appreciate that, so upgrading to a 2 instead of a 1. Ultimately I don't think it's good practice to diagnose and send estimates without physically assessing the unit.

I found Dynamike through NextDoor, they were highly recommended from various people. They came right away and fixed my problem. Will definitely use them as my plumbers for any issues we encounter of being homeowners.

Honest, reliable, good work, effective, willing to answer questions even after the job is done.
We were referred to this company by Pellican Water Systems to install our new water filter and softener. This company came in with a reasonalbe price, hundreds below the majority of the others. They discovered other issues which a prior company was recently supposed to fix. They were flexible and patient while waiting for the work to be completed so they could install the filter/softner.
This company was a blessing and I recommend them to everyone.

I called many places before talking to Virginia. She was great, helped walk through the process and explained everything in detail. She was very patient and worked through some scheduling needs. The two individuals that came out were professional and took care of the job. The left the property as they found it. Overall the great serviceI have and would totally work with them in the future.

Awful and rude! First moment they started cut my cable and internet line. When confronted they knew what they had done but didn't care. I asked if they would fix it since they broke it and their response was no! We don't do that Tried calling the office to get some help but only was able to reach a scheduling department which told me she would give the message to front office which was still open and that they would take care of it. I never heard back. Very bad customer service to not return a call. They also left piles of dirt in both my yard and my neighbors. Looks awful. I could only assume if they do this poor of a job on what you can see then what you can't see must be so much worse. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company came to do a kitchen renovation with labor only. I asked for a bathroom quote as well for a future project. It was made clear on more than one occasion that I was doing one project at a time and the only thing I was doing was the kitchen. I repeated this numerous times. We met at Floor & Decor to pickup tile and they showed up a small SUV, okay first sign. NO pickup truck? Well Okay, that's possible. Then they ask about the bathroom tile, I again repeated we are not doing the bathroom just the kitchen. We get to HD to pick up mortar and grout, I ask, do you have a hammer drill since the kitchen is in a concreted basement, John and Richard confirm yes they do. We get back to home, Monday is done. Tuesday they come late around 3pm. I have cameras everywhere, I watch for hours as they stare at the concrete wall. Then John says to me he has to build a wall to put the cabinets on, a wall with studs, plywood, and sheet rock, mudded and painted. Let me remind you I have already purchased all cabinets according to the dimensions of the kitchen. On Wednesday, I watch as John manually hammers concrete nails that are 2 inches into the newly created wall. I also see he is failing at hammering them. New request for more supplies of wood decking nails that are 3 inches and other things. I show up on Thursday morning, the 113 ( 9'5) wall John started on Tuesday is still not even mudded, AND my bathroom tube/shower is outside cut up in pieces.... where in the world did we get this wrong. Further, more the cabinets I bought from Lowe's now are about 4 to long because he took 4 off the measurements, building a wall. BTW.... come to find out he did not have an operating hammer drill... THIS IS WHY he asked to spend an additional $200 out of my budget to build this 2 day wall. Further, he pour self leveling concrete over my existing old concrete, with no primer and no border to protect the adjacent rooms. So I now have wet concrete under my newly placed laminate flooring....
These people had no clue what they were doing, I wished I had noticed in their pictures, I don't them actually in the pictures with workers or doing actual work. I didn't see their before and after work again with them in the pictures.
It actually took them 1 whole day to remove a range hood.
As I stated there were cameras everywhere, I was not there due to work constraints so I wanted to make sure I was apprised of all their work. So I do have receipts....

DO NOT USE! They were hired to remove old toilet and install a nice new toilet; The Owner Wayne gave my father the quote and set to go. Toilet was already purchased by my dad from Lowes. Quote for price was written and owner assured my dad the job would be done in one day. Mainly because both my parents are in their mid 80's and we need that bathroom. Some piping work had to be done as well. Plumber comes to the house and begins the work. About mid day plumber tells my dad he is called to go to another job? WTH???? Plumber had about another 2 hours to complete this job and off he goes. Again owner quoted job will be done in ONE day; and why not it was a toilet install. So next day plumber returns around 3ish to complete the work; however as with alot of plumbing jobs in OLDER homes their can be complications. Long story short- Plumber finished the job around 7ish that evening. SO OWNER decides to tell my father it will cost more bc it took his employee longer to complete the the job. My father contacted me and I told DO NOT PAY any additional amount than the quote installed. My dad told him NO, I'm not paying, the OWNER scream and cursed my dad over the phone. The owner has some serious issues to treat; 1st an older senior in this manner and 2nd- the OWNER quoted the price and quoted job will be completed in one day. THE OWNER created the over time for his own EMPLOYEE! so SERIOUSLY DON'T DO BUSINESS with them!

My appointment was scheduled early this week for 3pm-5pm today. I recieved a call at 3pm lettibg me know that I needed to pay $100 before they would dispatch a technician, since it was after hours. I called back to make the payment, but I had a few questions first. Ms. Maddox was very argumentative and avoided answering my questions. After I gave my credit card information, I was called by the owner to tell me that they would not be coming out due to too many red flags. Very sketchy and unprofessional. I would not recommend utilizing this company.
