TE installed two new AC units for us. Nick was the installer and he took the time to answer our questions. After the job everything was cleaned up so well that you'd never know we had a project at the house that day.

Amazing! After calling around to get some advice on re-running a gas pipe in the Kitchen that was blocking my stove from aligning flush up against the wall, I was told that the job could not be done due to the placement of the pipe in the sub floor. I called D & S at the last minute and from the moment I spoke to someone on the phone they knew what the issue was and scheduled me for the exact day that I needed at 8:00am. Well, at 7:58am Mike called and said he would be there in two minutes! Exactly at 8:00am. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and fun! He explained to me that the job could be done and what he was going to do step by step! Mike had a great attitude and got the job done in exactly 30 mins. Not only would I recommend D&S but ask for Mike! He was awesome! Thank  you very much! Job well done!

Plumbing Express is hands down a step above. Superior workmanship, professionalism and fair pricing. Not the cheapest and not the priciest, but exactly what the project called for. We've had 12 months of constant plumbing problems - clogged drains, basement flooding, etc. We used 3 different companies over 4 repairs. None of them showed up on time, all were dishonest, charged a lot to bandaid over the problem. Plumbing Express was the exact opposite. They were responsive, got to the root of the problems and fixed them. Very major repair, so they offered zero percent financing. Excellent!

Ken has helped me several times. He beat every estimate to replace a broken water line in my front yard on Christmas Eve years ago. Since then he has installed my two water heaters, changed my faucets, and helped friends with minor issues. If he can work you into his schedule, use him.

The service was great fixed my problem quickly. I called him and explained my issue and he stated that he would be at my house to fix my problem within the hour. He arrived within the time frame he said he would and explained the best plan of action and did the work and then had me look at his work before closing up so that I was sure of the solution  . If I could give a ZERO stars I would. I called this company and explained that I wanted routine maintenance done on my septic tank.I told them there were only 2 people in the house and it had been clean out 4-5 years ago. I was not having any trouble just wanted to maintain the system. I also explained that they did not have to dig, because the system had risers. They advertised $149. I asked several times if that would be the final price. They told me multiple times it would be. Then they said there was a fee of $35 dollars for dispatch/disposal. I agreed with that price and schedule the appt. The day of  appt. they called 30 minutes before  they were to be there and said truck had a flat could they come the next day. I said yes. The next day they came out and the guy said it was going to be $350 dollars. I said for what, he said because there may be multiple things they run into. What??? They never even looked in the tank. I called the office while he was in the driveway and asked what was going on. They hung up once and I called back, then they put me on hold several times. The lady comes back after about 20 minutes and said the boss said it would be $350. I asked then why they changed the price. They promised me when I made the appt it would be $149 plus the $35. She gave the same excuse as the driver. By then the driver had left. I told her to cancel the appt, that they had lied to me and also falsely advertised the service. DO NOT use this company as they DO NOT do what they promise on the phone! Luckily, it was not an emergency and I could call another company, who told the truth and did what they said.

It was Sunday morning emergency and Ray responded quickly. He came in and did a solid job, changing 3 shut-off valves under a sink. During the process, another major leak was discovered and Ray fixed it too.

There was a serious leak at our house.  I have had 3 different plumbers out to help with this problem.  It's a shame when a plumber does very little to help solve the problem.  Flushes a couple of toilets.  Runs water in the sink and calls it good and Leaves.  Charged us for his 30 min of time.  Problem still existed.   $His bill was $75 for a service call + $140.  Ridiculous!

I had a new HVAC and duct work installed mid January 2020.  The product and services were great but they are not living up to their purchase agreement.  I was supposed to receive a $400 refund in 10-12 weeks and still have not received it after about 28 weeks now.  I have called 3 times recently and was told that I will receive a call back from the manager in charge of that department, but that hasn't happened either.  Don't trust them!
