I lost water pressure and called D&S Plumbing and spoke to a very professional and friendly Melody. Steven came out within hours and fixed my problem. He and his assistant were both very knowledgeable and professional. They quoted the price before work began and the final cost was the same as the quote. I'm very pleased with this company!

Narciso set the time. I took off work to honor the time that HE set. He didn't show. After calling him, he said someone else would come to my house later that day which meant more time off work. That person didn't show either. Unreliable.

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time. Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved. We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation. I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

Strong recommendation! These guys are high on service and speed. I called on Wed morning thinking, yeah I might see a plumber in 3 days. They were there in 2 hours and got three of my requests done that afternoon! And their prices were reasonable! Whaaaat? Now I know why they call themselves Mighty Plumbers!

Keep Smiling Plumbing is a wonderful company with great employees who do top quality work. Every employee I've talked to there is amazingly knowledgeable, nice and helpful! My old house has needed several plumbing repairs in the past 10 years and they always deliver perfect repairs. I needed a new water heater and they worked me into their schedule the same day, with a very understanding attitude that is a huge relief in such situations. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone, thanks!

Prompt and highly skilled service today. We had a blocked outdoor sewer line, and Ray and Kelvin quickly were able to jet clean the blockage and use a camera for confirmation. Highly recommend and we would definitely use them again.

If I could give them more stars, I would! We received exemplary service from the moment I spoke with Ben concerning the issues we were having in our home (water leak/damaged basement ceiling/water heater malfunctions) to having Nick in our home repairing those issues. They both were very professional, clearly knowledgeable in their field, and honest, which speaks volumes to me because they could have easily taken advantage of my mother and I, who knows very little about any of this. If you're looking for a business that offers excellent customer service and one that gets the job done right, look no further because you've just hit the jackpot!

Matt was very friendly and helpful - an did some extra work while at my house. Overall, had a pleasant experience. We had some disagreement on scope of work and resolution, however we have come to terms on the situation.

They showed up when they said they would and it would seem that our plumbing leak is fixed. Pricier than I expected. First price estimate was $1500 for breaking up concrete, digging & finding the leak then fixing it. After 2-3 hours, they had used up the $1500 and were into Time & Materials. Came back the next day and found & repaired the leak using the excavator that we loaned them. Time included 2 hours (which was strangely around lunch) to go get parts to fix the pipe. I was surprised that they didn't have the proper parts with them. They knew the size of the pipe, how come they didn't bring a couple of elbows and regular water line supplies? Then they suggested that we needed a load of dirt because the dirt that came out of the hole was mostly mud. The mud went back into the hole and we needed maybe 1/4 of a load of dirt. Then we paid the 3 Stooges to come back and load the unused dirt (using the Bobcat we loaned them) back into a landscape trailer that wouldn't hold all the dirt. We ended up cleaning up the last of the dirt and using it on our property. Final bill came in at over 3 times the estimate. I would think that for $5000 they'd have technicians that knew better than to walk into a retail showroom straight out of a mud pit. Did it not once, but 3 times before we told him to take off his shoes. The work is done and my employees are cleaning the parking lot but if there is a next time we will probably call someone else.

There was a serious leak at our house. I have had 3 different plumbers out to help with this problem. It's a shame when a plumber does very little to help solve the problem. Flushes a couple of toilets. Runs water in the sink and calls it good and Leaves. Charged us for his 30 min of time. Problem still existed. $His bill was $75 for a service call + $140. Ridiculous!

Prompt response, explained everything as they went and gave us great tips for septic tank care.

I read the great reviews Casteel gets, and I have used them a few years ago and was impressed. My A/C wasn't cooling. Tech came out for the $89 service visit. He was very informative and told me a lot about my system. Also told me that to find the source of the problem a leak check would need done, and if the problem is found during a basic leak check it would be free, but if it required a more in depth leak check charges of over $200 would apply. He said I was about 3-4 pounds low on freon and that would cost about $400 in itself. Yes, this is the company whose jingle on the radio says Casteel comfortable, you won't pay for freon. Keep in mind he just told me I was low on freon, he didn't leak check to accurately diagnose or tell me what component was leaking. So after the tech left I basically paid $89 for him to tell me my system wasn't cooling, basically telling me what I already knew. So I thanked the tech and got other estimates. Every company I called said that the basic leak check is included in the service charge fee, standard. I called Casteel and asked why they don't provide the basic leak check with their service call and was informed that they, in fact, do include that. I told them a basic leak check was never done and referred them to the invoice that clearly stated it had not been done. They assured me that it is protocol and should have been accomplished. So I asked if I would be refunded the service charge seeing as the leak check wasn't done, and my system was not diagnosed. The girl on the phone said she believed I would be refunded and emailed the service manager to accomplish the refund. I get a call the next day saying the charge would not be refunded, although I got the service manager to admit on the phone that protocol had not been followed and I did not receive the service I paid for. I told him I did not want to argue about $89, but it is about principle. I gave him 2 choices; refund the charge and obtain a customer, or keep the $89 and lose all my future business. He chose the latter. So Casteel, before you respond to this review with your canned response of provide us with more info so we can fix this, re-read that I already gave you that opportunity and my name is attached to this review so you have all the info you need to find me. And on one side note about the free freon that was gonna cost me $400; I did some research. The free freon promise was made by the Casteel family. I read their free freon promise in an article written in March 2107 in which they state there are NO catches or loopholes. All freon is free. They had purchased an abundance of freon, had it stored up, and were not charging customers. They meant it. However, Casteel got bought out by a company called Horizon in July 2017. Now the free Freon is limited to 1 pound if it is a system they are installing, not for repairs. Not what the Casteel's promised or what the catchy radio jingle says. So this company that worked so hard to obtain trust and a great name are now Casteel in name ONLY. Funny that all the negative reviews started around July 2017. And BTW, my system was repaired by another company for a total cost of $300. $100 less than Casteel, er uh, Horizon was gonna charge me for just the free freon.
