Called with urgent problem, needed to install Toto Washlet and removed one stripped expansion bolt. I couldn't get the other out. Plumber texted me an estimate and I agreed to waited two days.

When he arrived, he didn't even try to remove the expansion bolt. He tripled the price. He went out to his truck and drove away. After fifteen minutes I called and he said, Oh, I thought you didn't want the service.

Again, he didn't even pick up a screwdriver to try to loosen the bolt. Looks like bait and switch to me and I have the texts to prove it. If you look at the 1 star reviews below, you'll see this is a pattern.

Let the buyer beware and have a backup plan.

Definitely my go to for plumbing.  Great customer service and expertise. They installed a new toilet, replaced a pedestal sink, and replaced a filter for me.  I would never think of using anyone else.  Steven is great; he arrives as scheduled, gets right to work, leaves the area clean.  Absolutely call D&S if you need work professionally done.

Buyer beware, money hungry. From Escalation of diagnostics to misdiagnosis. The audacity to charge $350 for a regular toilet bolt. Even after payment he failed to show up.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable master plumber with several years of experience and great competitive pricing they you should call Mr. Johnson.  I had a problem with my toilet running and making noise.  He came in, educated me on the issue, and gave me options on my repair.  I'm happy for the talk as it was just a better measure to replace 2 of my toilets.  He came in the next day and took care of 3 issues quickly without any hassle.  He even unclogged my slow draining sink for me and wiped down all of the surfaces. I will definitely be using him in the future as the time is rapidly approaching for me to replace my water heater.

When they advertise emergency services, they don't really offer emergency services. I have an emergency and they only offered to schedule an appointment after the long holiday weekend during regular business hours.

Contacted this company for what I thought would be a simple sink faucet and garbage disposal install.  The tech advised that some pipes under the sink needed to be replaced so I ok'd that as part of the work.  Two months later, everything he installed is leaking; ruined the cabinet under the sink, so now I have to get that fixed also.  Also, he seated the drain in my new sink with a pile of plumber's putty.  The drain still does not sit correctly.

Long and short, I have to pay someone else to correct what I paid him to fix and then pay the added expense of repairing my ruined cabinet under the sink.  You've been warned.

Overpriced. Get a 2nd quote before hiring. They quoted me $600 just to replace a garbage disposal.

Delta Plumbing is busy for a reason.  They give good and fair prices and explain what is wrong so that you can make an informed decision. Nathan serviced me this time and he did a very good job.  I have used them before and have never had a major problem.
