Best Drain Cleaning in Atlanta GA
TE installed two new AC units for us. Nick was the installer and he took the time to answer our questions. After the job everything was cleaned up so well that you'd never know we had a project at the house that day.

As a property management company using professional, dependable companies is a critical part of our operation at TuggleHouse Properties. D&S answered the phone on a weekend! They promptly set the appointment for Monday (it was not an emergency). I received confirmation by text and email, my tenant was available earlier than scheduled so D&S took care of them.
Great company to work with.

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time. Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved. We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation. I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

Woke up Sunday to an out of control toilet in our guest bath. After shutting off the water line I contacted Atlanta's Best plumbing. He diagnosed the problem and within an hour the toilet was repaired.

Had my sink replaced a couple weeks ago by Chris. He did a great job. I'm enjoying the efforts of his work throughly. I would def hire the company's again for all further work. They were also very well priced in comparison to some other quotes I had received on the same project. No regrets at all.

Great plumbing service the reviews I read in choosing this company didn't do it any justice albeit THEY were all POSITIVE. The guy Gary who showed up at my house was very nice & knowledgeable. I have a few more things to be done & these guys will be doing it.

I had a water main leak in my yard and contacted Ray here through Yelp on a Saturday afternoon. Ray responded and said he could come out the next day. He arrived promptly Sunday morning, and assessed the source of the leak. He was able to bypass the damaged pipe to get water into my house until he could return to replace the pipe. Two days later, he returned as promised, and completed the repair. Good work, and backed with a 5-year guarantee.

Our city requires the septic tank to be pumped every five years, so I called Easy Clean Septic. The service was completed to my satisfaction. Septic riser was also installed during this visit.
Based on my experience, I would recommend Easy Clean Septic for septic tank service. Thank you Ben.

Wow, Ben! We wanted to take a minute to thank you for your fast respone to our plumbing problem. Where we come from, we would be lucky to have a plumber show up days later.
We have been very worried about our basement plumbing leaking, and your calm, thorough and profesional response was very reassuring. You didn't just tell us, you took action that temporarily fixed our problem to put our minds at ease.
We will follow through on your instructions, and will get back to you in the near future.
One word: Integrity!

We've been a fairly satisfied and loyal customer of Casteel for over 20 years until now. Here's a brief recap of what just transpired:
~New HVAC unit installed 7/4/2020.
~Failed three times after installation--July 30, August 4 and August 5.
~Technician came out August 4 and stated that the condensate line was not properly drained during install.
~We were led to believe that he had taken care of the problem.
~August 5, one day after tech left, AC unit failed again
~Called customer service again and tech scheduled for August 6.
~By tomorrow, there will have been five different technicians we've had in our home during this pandemic. My husband and I are in a high-risk part of the population and this has been very very stressful especially since the unit has failed many times.
~Customer service has not prioritized our issues. The person who answers the phone will not connect me with anyone in a managerial position. Chat support isn't helpful either and there's no other way to contact anyone else.
DO NOT use Casteel Heating and Air. Their customer service is terrible. They don't even test or take the temperature of their contract workers during COVID. I confirmed that other service providers do.

WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN - BEWARE!
I have already spent too much time dealing with this company, spending hours writing multiple managers emails to no avail. So I am not going to waste more time - needless to say, we had a miserable experience. We had a shower upstairs that had a faulty faucet. We had a different plumbing company come in and say the whole thing needed to be replaced, it was too old to fix, and tinkering with it could case a leak that would be much worse. The repair estimate was extremely high so I called Royal Flush for a second opinion. The guy came out and said he could fix it that day. He was an older, veteran plumber and he could fix it no problem.
All there was were problems. He took eight hours to fix it, several trips to hardware stores, he had to come back the next day and it was already having problems. Then it caused a bigger leak into our guest room below, which caused standing water to destroy lots of personal items on our bookshelves. It took them several weeks to get a guy in to repair it and they did not care at all about the damage it caused.
The entire experience was a nightmare but worse, the company could not have cared less. I sent multiple emails to Vickie, the customer service manager. Never heard back. Then when we said we were not going to pay until a manager helped us, that's when they took the time to talk to my husband. They asked me to send an email explaining evertyhing to Dave the manager. I spent almost two hours writing it and never heard a word back.
I sent my last email on February 7th and gave them two full months to respond. Nothing. Final evaluation: use them at your peril.
