First of all I had a company that carried my warranty for plumbing, but they sent out a guy that spent nearly an hour trying to fix my Drain, in the end he left telling me I needed someone that had a Hot Jetter, its suppose to get grease out of the drain that is pact in. I paid the 75 dollars for the service call and then called around to hear estimates to up to 525.00 for this type of service. I called back to my warranty company, to only find out that my warranty doesnt cover this kind of service. So I decided to call Drain Busters, and Michael the Manager answer, after telling him what my problem was, he said that Troy the owner will come out. He was here on time he was suppose to come, and tried to fix the problem, he was knowledgeable and trustworthy, but said he  would come out the 1st of the week, to finish the job. Meanwhile I still couldnt use my garbage disposal or my washing machine or my sink. It turn out Troy was on a Big job and couldnt come back. So I ended up calling back and spoke to Whitney, Keonna, and Michael, to schedule another call back.

  The office staff is patient, compassionate  and understanding of my situation. I am a business man, and if i were looking for a manager, Michael would definitely hire Michael, he is a winner. Finally Aaron came out and got the job done all within 15-20 minutes. He made sure that everything was working properly.

  Would i use them again, for sure, I feel they really understand what the customer is going through, and our bending over backwards to make sure the customer is satisfied. As an x military man, I even got a nice discount. No company is perfect, but they come quite close.

Sam and his crew are very professional and always been able to assist with any plumbing projects.

We had roots that split our drain pipe. We also had a separation from our main to the city street line.  Thankfully, Clark County Water Reclamation was responsible for that issue.  Their original markings were placed in 2015 but their crew never came back!  anyway,  after their repair and pipe replacement, I first called our home warranty folks. The crew was too limited and of course knew to get other estimates.  Had YES come out but had to have one more.  One of the CCWR folks suggested I call Drain Bear.  Jason and his crew were great.  Everything from start to finish was done well and also included the replacing our concrete driveway!!!  As for cost, for all they did, was definitely more involved for the basics only previously estimated by the other 2!

Phenomenal Company! Great people, caring employees and outstanding service! They have set the bar on how to treat their customers.

Had some minor plumbing request to be done. Going through them was the best thing I could have done. Quick... easy and affordable! They definitely took care of me!

The frame to our pool gate fell apart leaving the entry completely unsecured and unsafe. It was a priority to get repaired.

I sent Ramon a few pictures and he immediately put the plan together. He had a last minute opening in his schedule and came out to take a look.

Ramon showed me exactly what caused the issue and what the plan was to repair.

Ramon's many years of experience and wide range of knowledge came through in his craftsmanship and attention to detail. He didn't just re-drill  the holes in the concrete, he made sure he restored the integrity of the fit from the very start to prevent this issue from happening again. He even added a compound sealant to protect the new work from the elements and increase the lifespan against wear and tear.

Woke up to a leaking water heater ..made a few calls and Kea plumbing picked up Right away..made the call at 8am and job was done before 1pm...Customer Service #1...they were patient and explained everything and also showed pictures and gave advice.

Clean and professional

Called to have our AC condenser unit checked out since it started making a scraping noise. Technician Todd came out quickly and was extremely personable. He checked out our system and explained every step - discovered a capacitor that was nearly dead and causing the fan to startup hard. Capacitor was replaced on the spot and we signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Great to have a friendly, thorough and straight-forward technician come out fast, fix our issue at a reasonable price and get us cool again in the hot Las Vegas summer!

No being a big fan of plumbers I have CHANGED my opinion I needed plumber to repair my Hot water heater for the 3rd time, Well they sent me out a gentleman By the name of Junior Sension and he was the best, he explained to me what the water heater company needed him to do before they would warranty the part which I never had to do the other 2 times as it was having the same problem which was going to cost me a service call, Junior checked everything every faucet, shower in the house for temperature, he said the problem was as I had stated and he would call them in the am and order the part he also found a bad value in the master shower which he replaced on the spot as he carries parts, the next day they called and said they had the part and 20 minutes later he was at the door. It took him 20 minutes to replace the gas controller, The temp was back to were it was supposed to be. Rakeman Plumbing is now my new plumber when I need one. Junior was honest and a very caring person he also gets it done so you are not paying for wasted time. RAKEMAN YOU ROCK

Just had my water heater serviced and I have to say it was so easy and professional. Ruben Dominguez did the best job. He's quick, communicates well and very professional. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. He provided me several options for extending the life of my water heater and we all know how that's needed here in Vegas, but didn't pressure me. I will definitely call him again.

This was my first time using this company. When I purchased my house several years ago, the home inspector recommended replacing my main shut off valve to the house since it was beat up looking and the valve handle was rusted in the open position.
I was quoted a price and a time that the plumber would arrive. Right on time and no add ons to the quoted price. The gentleman that did the work was friendly and very thorough. He even performed a complimentary safety check on my water heater, etc;
I will definitely use this company in the future if the need arises.

My wife and I decided to upgrade to a 48 range when we purchased our home. We opted for a 48 Zephyr Tempest II with the 1200cfm blower kit. This was quite an upgrade from our existing unit which meant that we also had to enlarge the 6 duct to a 10 duct. Like many home owners, cutting large holes in your home is not for the faint of heart. In addition you will also need to obtain a permit from your city. At that point we decided to call the professionals.

We requested a few quotes from multiple companies. Within a matter of minutes i received a message from Chad requesting more info on the project. I then received a call the following morning from Chris to go over the details including the permit. I spoke with the receptionist and scheduled the appointment.

Tyler called me 30 mins prior to the appointment. When he arrived he immediately put on shoe covers before entering my home. We spoke about the project at which he took measurements and started working. Within an hour he had cut the hole, sealed the opening, and installed the 10 exhaust cap. After all the work was completed he proceeded to clean the area.

My overall experience with Alaskan Heating & Cooling has been nothing short of phenomenal. They were responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. I have yet to use them for A/C work but I know that I have a company I can call to take care of it.

Friend of my refer preferred plumbing to me , I had a water leak in the walls coming from my second floor laundry room. I spoke to Dennis and he send Tom to my home few days later. Tom was very professional and did a great job looking for the leak spot. Also Dennis charged me a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Gary and Tyson were awesome!  They went above and beyond to fix our issue were on time, honest and courteous!  I will be recommending them to everyone and I am happy to know that I do not have to look around for a good plumber if we ever have another issue:)

I used this company because the job was set up through Lowes. Their work seems to be ok and all I can do is hope that the garbage disposal doesn't have any issues.

- No professional greeting
- They left sitting water on the tile
- No call on the way to my house to let me know they were coming.

The overall experience was mediocre, but the job got done and it seems to have been done right.

Too bad there isn't a negative number because that's what they deserve!! They are the worst of the worst, bottom of the barrel, bad. The office staff, especially Brandon, have absolutely no customer service.  They are miserable at their job and it shows. Since my home warranty is paying them, they don't have to be courteous, I guess.
They gave me an outrageous, out-of-pocket amount for my repairs. The 3 times I had to call the office, I was on hold for 20 minutes.  When I did speak to someone, Brandon and a female, they were annoyed if I asked questions and would put me hold because of it for 15-20 minutes. When the technician finally came, he said it was a 5 minute repair. He didn't repair my issue correctly. I still had the problem. It's been 2 weeks. Communicating with them has gotten so bad that my home warranty assigned another company to correct and actually repair my issue!! Stay away!! Don't waste your time. You'll only be disappointed. The only way they are in business is because they are contracted with home warranties or they wouldn't have any business!!
