Paul was great. This guy had the flu but I kept insisting he come out and replace my water heater which he did. Not only did he replace my w/h he dried up all the water and repaired my stand. Thx again Paul hope your feeling better.

My water heater finally gave out after 8 years but I was easily able to schedule an appointment with Vegas Plumbing Service for the following morning.

The plumber, Jason S., was quick and courteous. He was very informative about the new heater and educated me on the routine annual maintenance that I could do myself. He cleaned up all of the corrosion on the fittings and placed a drain pan underneath the new unit. The job only took him about 2 hours which I consider fast. My dogs were certainly happy that it was over.

I would highly recommend Vegas Plumbing Service. They are extremely polite and efficient. And if you're lucky enough to get Jason, you're in good hands!

Dan came to our home this evening on short notice and fit us in after a long day of visiting other customers.  He was extremely thorough and walked me through the whole process of hydro jetting and explained everything about how my plumbing worked.  His pricing is very competitive and transparent.  There are no hidden fees or costs.  I also want to compliment Lily on his team.  She was a delight to work with in setting up the call and went above and beyond in coordinating the appointment.  I HIGHLY recommend LV Rooter Dan!

Best decision ever to call Drain Busters! We've had a reoccurring problem several plumbers have tried to fix but were unsuccessful.  Troy looked at the issue and knew immediately what to do, he worked hard and fixed our more complicated drain blockage.  I can't say enough good about this company, they are great, friendly, came out same day and guaranteed their work.   I'll definitely be calling them again!

We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! Even though this company was sent by my Property Management, I have to say the employees of this company are Awesome.. They are friendly, helpful and considerate.  I had 2 different plumbers in from them and both were great. Very knowledgeable and made sure to leave everything cleaner before leaving.. I will use this company myself in the future.

I got a message from my tenant at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday that there was no hot water, so I immediately called Cool Tech and he responded right away and sent Juan Carlos to save the day!  The hot water was taken away, replaced and my tenant was able to shower before 2:00 p.m.!

These guys are great. They weren't able to come out the same day, so they came out early the next morning, but waived the call fee. They needed to tighten the parking nut and did so within 20 minutes. Danny was very polite, respectful, and knowledgable, which was very much appreciated! Would definitely call them again.

Helped fix dryer in a rental. Great communication. Reply to messages timely and clearly. Done the fixing quickly and have good advice about maintenance. Tenant said Contreras is exceptional - I think so too. Will come back if need other fixes.

Wonderful experience. Very responsive and showed up right in time. They were able to diagnose my toilet plumbing issue quickly and provided a fair assessment. I'll certainly use them in future for plumbing issues.

It's the middle of June in Las Vegas and we are under a severe heat warning this week.  Today's high is 105 degrees.  Around 8:00 PM last night our air conditioner stopped working.  When the morning came, I called Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling on their 24 hour hot line and they scheduled me a.s.a.p...  I received a phone call from Sandy informing me that HVAC Technician Todd Hagler was on his way.  Upon arrival Todd went right to work and determined the problem.  Todd looked up my make and model, made a phone call and then told me that the parts that were needing to be replaced were covered under my manufacturer's warranty and were waiting for him to pick up.  Todd was gone and before we knew it he returned and shortly thereafter had us up and running.  Once again our house is running cool and all souls are happy.  I forgot about the severe heat warning until I stepped out of the house to go get the mail!
Yes, I'm a repeat customer of Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling.  Yes, I will recommend Hawthorne without any reservations.  Would I be happy if Todd Hagler is dispatched to my house the next time I find myself in need?  Absolutely, however every technician that has been dispatched to my house has been a skilled trained journeyman who knows his stuff.

I called them and not even an hour technician is already at my doorstep. Technician only took less than 30 min to troubleshoot and replace waterheater gas valve. Look for Mich. Very knowledgeable and professional.

First class company. The office staff was very helpful scheduling the appointment. The technicians arrived on time they were courteous professional and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend this company for any of your  air conditioning and heating needs.

Just had the pleasure of working with Brandon from Butter Plumbing. He arrived exactly on time, assessed the issues and offered me a choice of solutions. He has solved a long standing plumbing problem for me plus fixed my water quality. Brandon is professional and engaging. I will be calling Butter Plumbing in the future if the need arises.

I have been a customer for several years.  I had three toilets replaced in my house.  The plumber was professional, thorough and courteous. I was please with the service and price.  He chose toilets with a good flush mechanism.  No mess was left, and they were able to haul away the old toilets in the same visit.  I will continue to use Alaskan for both my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Friend of my refer preferred plumbing to me , I had a water leak in the walls coming from my second floor laundry room. I spoke to Dennis and he send Tom to my home few days later. Tom was very professional and did a great job looking for the leak spot. Also Dennis charged me a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

I'm seeing a lot of low rating for Pain in the Pipe and my experience with them was so far from a one star rating I was compelled to put my review up.
I live in a 10 story condo building close to the strip and the whole building is being re-piped.   It's a huge job and they are expected to be here for over a year.  To cut the cost down for us all the tenants in the building have agreed to be present and stay in their units while the work is being done.  I have to say I was a bit nervous about that only because I work in construction so I'm aware of all the chaos that goes on during a job.  Mine was the first unit that they worked on.  On the day before the work was contracted to start the owners of the company and crew came in to explain everything that was gonna happen and said if I had any questions or problems not to hesitate to let him know directly.  The next day, right on schedule, as they worked I stayed in my unit.  The work would continue for the next 3 days.  The noise was bearable, the traffic through my unit was limited and the guys working were pleasant, informative and went out of there way to make sure the experience wasn't a complete nightmare.  I've had a couple plumbing problems while they have been working on the units above me but they were taken care of immediately, one of the times being on a Sunday at 8:30pm.  These guys will be here for a year going from unit to unit giving us new plumbing and from what I have experienced, seen and heard from other tenants... so far this company has gone above and beyond.. 5 star service all the way.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could!! DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!! Extremely unprofessional and does not know the plumbing trade! I'm not sure where he received his experience from but it isn't in plumbing OR social etiquette! A joke of a business.
