Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Henderson NV

They did respond quickly to our request for a water heater replacement.  The cost was more than expected because they said we needed pipes replaced.  We agreed to this, so that is not a problem.  The problem lies in the recommendation of the installer to call out a restoration team.  He recommended we call Emergency Restoration Experts LLC.  We did, because we trusted him.  ERE,  LLC did come out right away, which seemed great to us at the moment.  I asked our water heater installer if we should wait to put the water heater up until they arrive, he said no, don't worry, they will take it down and put it back up... unfortunately they charged us $ 444.45 just for detach and reset of water heater... and that is the least of our complaints with the restoration company.  It has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with them ever since, and their services, which they said not to worry- it would be covered by insurance; has far exceeded what insurance would pay and we are out of pocket for their ridiculous charges.  I understand this review is on Vegas Plumbing Service, but we never would have been introduced to the mitigation company without the recommendation of our water heater installer.

These guys are great. I had a huge leak in my yard and they came out super quick. They did a great job and were very courteous. He cleaned up everything he touched and was very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for the great work.

The only reason I'm giving these guys four stars is because I didn't get a confirmation call saying they were coming out. I had to call them.

Knick was sent to my house and he was great. Very polite and friendly. He told me what I needed done and he fixed the problem very quickly. I think I just found my new plumbing company.

Outstanding customer service, punctual, dependable and extremely fair pricing is what comes to mind when I started putting together my review for Thor Industries.  When I requested a quote from 6 vendors on Friday evening Troy was the 1st to respond. He arrived promptly on Saturday morning as promised, troubleshot my hot water heater issue, provided a very fair quote and had everything up and running within 90 minutes.  He and his associate were courteous and informative.  He explained what he would have to do and took extra care while installing.  He provided a warranty on both service and parts.  I highly recommend Thor Industries and they are my plumbers of choice from here out!

Called them because I needed my water heater replaced. They said they could not give me a general cost estimate over the phone but would send someone. Two men arrived at my house 3 hours later. They came upstairs to look at the water heater. I had already purchased the new one and had it brought upstairs. All that was required was changing it out and disposing of the old one. He said he had to go to his truck to get an estimate. He came back and told me it was going to be $525.00. I have replaced water heaters before and this price is extremely high considering I already had the water heater. I asked why it was so high and he just looked at me. I then said that they were priced much higher than their competitors and he just shrugged his shoulders. I found another company to replace it for under $200.00. This company is professional and arrive in a timely manner but be prepared to pay...

We were having issues with our shower handle dropping when we pulled it to take a shower. I called BC Plumbing and I was Glad that I did! Upon looking at the problem they realized that the handle was soldered or welded on to the cartridge!
My technician Byron was gracious and very knowledgeable and prepared. He quickly got a hacksaw and was able to free the handle from the cartridge and then successfully install the new cartridge and a new handle.
When they say We Can Do That! they're not kidding, and they're reasonably priced.

Highly recommend. They responded in 15 minutes after hours to help me turn off the water for my water heater, which was leaking. They did this for free! Who does that now days? They gave me a quote for a new heater and it was installed the next morning as promised. The workers were friendly and did a great job!

There's a pool in my backyard from my water heater  pvc drainage and I went onto yelp and found these guys, after reading through all the reviews I decided to reach out and ask for a quote. BETTER YET, they offered me a solution without even having to come out! We are definitely doing what they suggested to us and if it doesn't work? Well, I have no problem asking them to come out and have a look at the water heater. I absolutely appreciated the fact that they were so willing to help and not just take us for our money

Because they were awesome from my last experience, when my mom's water heater needed to be changed out, I sent over a yelp message, and by the next morning they were at her house replacing it for her no hassle!!!! And I forget the technician's name but he was awesome to talk to! Great people and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!! *****

I had to have the Gas Company come out and detect where my home was leaking gas.
After they left I called Young's Plumbing to get and estimate to repair the leak. They (Young's Plumbing) estimate the job to reconnect my grill at $850.00. This repair was for one 90 degree fitting and 2 feet of pipe. I contacted Code Red Emergency Plumbing and they where here the same day, sent Dennis to inspect our situation. Dennis called when he was on the way to my home. He came in, VERY Professional and went over what needed to be done (step by step).

I am extremely satisfied with not only the response from everyone at Code Red Emergency Plumbing but Dennis and from now on when I need or anyone else needs plumbing repairs

I called prime plumbing and they were able to come just a few days later. I worked with George and he is super knowledgable was able to explain what is going on in a way that I (someone who knows nothing about plumbing) can understand. He is also very nice and respectful, cleaned up after himself and wore booties in the house. He quickly sent a price quote after seeing what was needed and then he came back and fixed what needed to be done! He even checked on a few things like the water filter and hot water tank to make sure all was well and he recommended what should be done there as well. Super easy to communicate with via text, phone call, or email which is super nice!  Overall, George was great and I will only use him for all our plumbing needs from now on! Thanks, George!!

On Time service is everything but on time!. Sorry Guys but you get 2 stars.First off they never called me on my insurance order, I had to expedite myself. Second and worse part, No Call no show on the appointment.  So unfortunately I cant speak for their work because they were NOT! on time.

Daniel is phenomenal!!!   I had a main line water leak and he showed up within a couple hours.  Came out for a free estimate and we agreed to replace the line.  He came out and trenched to find the leak, said he was able to repair it (which he did) and saved me thousands!!!   He is very professional and very pleasant and did a great job!  I'd recommend Daniel and his company to anyone and will definitely contact him for additional plumbing needs.   Thanks again Daniel!!!!

I have used MC Plumbing twice so far.  Once to install new arrestors for my washing maching hot & cold valves, and the second time to install higher quality full metal valves, metal hoses, and metal couplings for my 3 toilets.  Both of these jobs were preventative to avoid possible future problems.  Both job were attended to by Saul.  These are professional people, they are cordial, they are honest and they know their jobs well.  Highly recommended.

Danny IS an excellent plumber.  Danny  did excellent work in the past (installed Hot water tank, also excellent) came earlier than expected precessional manner answered all questions repaired my sink and toilet in less than an hour.  Exceptional!  References go without saying, doesn't need one.  He's just that masterful.  You're fortunate to have him do your plumbing needs

The emergency repair was scheduled within minutes of contact and the plumber was on site within an hour. Plumber was excellent at communicating over the phone as I was off site. Pictures were provided and repair could be approved and completed right away. This is the second time I have used them and I'm very please  from start to finish.
