Called them about my water heater at 11:00 PM, I was told that they would be at my home between 9:00 and 11:00 AM. The technician arrived promptly at 10:00. Nick the technician installed a new water heater in about an hour! Excellent service, very professional, quality work! I recommend Vegas Plumbing Service.

I owe a big thank you to Kurt of Superior Plumbing & Drain.  I called Old Republic (my home warranty company) and told them I needed a different plumber as soon as possible, because the previous one had been stringing me along, and after being a no-show for a scheduled appointment, I'd had enough. That was on a Sunday, so I really was shocked when I got a call just an hour later. It was Kurt with Superior Plumbing.  I gave him all the information I had gleaned from the gas company and prior plumbing contractor. But it seems all I really needed to tell him was that I had been without hot water for 2 weeks. He promised to be at my house first thing the next day. Monday morning at 8:30 Kurt arrived on time, in uniform.  He's very professional and knowledgable. After a brief conversation he went straight to work and within a little more than 30 minutes he had my water heater working! He then took the time to give me some important information about it and another situation he noticed with my plumbing.  Next time I'll save myself the hassle and request Superior Plumbing from the start.

Super pleased with Larry & Claudio. Larry came out and gave us a free estimate to move our gas line for our cooktop. His price seemed right in line with others. We chose Plumbing Pros because they are licensed & bonded & Larry seemed very knowledgeable &  trustworthy.

Larry had his estimate sent to us the same day as he said. It was sent to us by email. It was very clear what his job description entailed & the cost to us. We moved forward with Plumbing Pros. They showed up on time & most importantly they were very respectful of our home. & health. They both wore masks, gloves & shoe covers.

Larry was friendly, professional & a good listener. He did everything by the book. He scheduled the building inspector for the following day. Job was passed & we are good to go.

Thank you for a great experience. Alex and his apprentice Anthony came out today (on a Saturday) to fix a major leak inside our wall. They were on time (4-6pm window and arrived at 4:30). I received a text message and email that alerted me that they were on their way. The price was lower than I expected it to be and both guys were very good about explaining the repairs. I felt 100% comfortable with them working in my home. Since they were already at the house I had them fix a leaky sink. Did an exceptional job replacing a water line from the city to our home! We had no water, so it was definitely an emergency... & they took care of it very quickly!

I called 3 places on Yelp and got 3 quotes on the water heater not heating the water. This model does not have a pilot lite but an electronic ignition.  

The first plumber came out and told me the water heater was busted and had to be replaced.  The water heater is 7 years old and just fell out of warranty so I would have to pay completely out of pocket.

When I called Water Heater Pros, I spoke with Charlie and he told me if it's not leaking and the issue is just no heat, then it could be the electronic switch needs to be reset.  If that didn't work then it would have to be replaced. He gave me separate quotes on the resetting and the parts replacement over the phone.

They came out the following Monday and Charlie reset the  switch.  Took less than 5 minutes and the water heater was working again.  I couldn't believe it but was hoping that it would be the cheapest option.  Lucky for me it was and I only paid what was quoted over the phone.

Charlie was polite and professional and obviously knew more than the other plumbers that I spoke with.  I highly recommend them.  I can see why they have only 5 star reviews.  They simply provide excellent service.

My water heater sprung a leak in the middle of the night. Code red answered the call in the wee hours, gave me some help right then and there to stop the leak, and they had it fixed by 9 a.m. the next morning. Fast, professional, courteous, and at a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing jobs.

For a company that just started out in business the owner does a good job but his workers are the worst I've seen in this industry I wouldn't recommend them they have no customer service his techs and little skills employees are not very knowledgeable and cannot usually get the job done! If you want to have the work done twice and pay twice then they are the ones to call...

From the first conversation on the phone, to the text messages in between, to the installation of my 3 new toilets, Nick was very professional and made sure the process was painless. I definitely recommend Nick and his assistant to anyone looking to get plumbing work done in your house. New toilets look and work great and they even hauled the old ones away. Thanks guys!

We had an issue with a small leak from the toilet so we called Impact Plumbing who came right out and fixed the problem. Also we needed to replace the bathroom sink and we actually had a new one that was supposed to be installed a long time ago. Sammy Martin was our tech and he arranged a time to install it. Better still he got the priced reduced because we are seniors on a limited budget. They had to cancel the first appointment and then had to push back the install by a couple of hours. They communicated the situation to us in a timely manner and was very apologetic. When Sammy got here he went right to work and did a great job on the install. Very professional and I would absolutely recommend Impact Plumbing.

What a nice and honest company! I called at 11:30 and he came at noon ! Not saying a window of three hours he said noon and was here at noon . Told me what was wrong with my water heater and told me what it will take and cost to fix and got to work ! Took less then an hour after he got the part . Made sure it worked and I paid him ! I will always use this company when I need a plumber or my water heater breaks !!!!

We had a bit of an emergency - floors were being installed but our water wasn't shutting off properly so we needed a plumber to come ASAP.  Spoke to Daniel, who was extremely professional and was able to send his crew within the hour.  Jesse showed up within the hour and had an extremely positive and sunny disposition.  He was able to work with our flooring crew to resolve the issues AND he installed 5 faucets, beautifully, might I add. Pricing was VERY fair and no hidden costs.  The final invoice is exactly what was discussed.

We called MC Plumbing to fix a leak.  Our dishwasher which was working before they came is now not hooked up to a water source.  We contacted them about it and they refuse to accept any responsibility.  

For this reason, we now have to have another plumber come and fix the work that MC Plumbing did.  

I would never recommend them at this point.

After several emails with this company where they blamed us for their attitude, ultimately, we had to pay for a plumber twice.  Very disappointing.  They refused to apologize or accept responsibility.

Danny from 805 Plumbing is a fantastic plumber! He came to my house and gave me a very reasonable bid for installing a new freestanding tub in my bathroom. He did all the plumbing and installed a new faucet and sealed everything beautifully. He made extra sure that there were no leaks and that the jobsite was cleaned and Perfect when he was finished! I highly recommend 805 Plumbing for any plumbing job and I know you'll be very pleased with his prices and professionalism!
