This is the second time we've used Impact Plumbing Chavis did a great job  they are excellent highly recommended

So I was visiting my grandparents in Las Vegas and noticed their hot water was working. I don't know anybody in Vegas so I checked out Yelp and called a few companies.  I understand all businesses are busy, but Impact Plumbing made me feel like they actually cared about my grandparents situation. They came out as fast they could (within an hour) and quickly fixed the problem. I was fully prepared for the plumber to sell me in a bunch of crap I didn't need. But that didn't happen. The guy got the hit water running, we signed some papers, paid the invoice and they left. Super professional. I feel better knowing we now have a reliable and trustworthy resource Incase my grandparents need help again. Highly recommend.

Phoned Impact Plumbing today hot water tank needed to be replaced and spoke with Taylor whom was very helpful and professional with immediate response Vic was here within one hour. Vic was extremely pleasant, professional, friendly and explained the entire job with all my questions answered. Very reasonably priced. I now have running hot water! I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! I will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you so much for everything Impact!!!

Life happens and when it turns upside down Impact plumbing is your savior !!
We had our washer explode and fortunately were able to find one at a near by store - however this is where everything hit the fan so to say.
Upon waiting 7 days for installation once our washer arrived they were unable to actually install due to a new hose being needed due to Las Vegas hard water.
So now we were in such a rush to find a plumber Impact Plumbing were the only company to RESPOND and come SAME DAY!!!!!! That's unheard of !!!!
They were not only fast, efficient, but friendly and completely understanding with our frustration!
We were not able to get the company to come back this week to install our washer ( not surprise but beyond annoyed) but Impact Plumbing were able to do their job and another companies by installing our washer for us!!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
We will definitely be using them again.

Joe showed up in a mask and talked about the benefits of a whole house filtration system. I had no idea the terrible things that are in our tap water! After a quick presentation it was a no brainer. Telemarketers, time share and used car salesman have nothing on this business! I choose not to do business with them after my free estimate was a flat $250.00. Moen sent a free hose assembly to me and I saw a 2 min youtube video. I removed the old hose and replaced it with the new free one. I am 75 yrs old and was finished in less than 5 min.  When I asked for an explanation of the $250, I was told the boss sets the prices, but their shiny new trucks were part of the cost.

Impact plumbing has been the most outstanding plumbing service we have ever received. Our plumber, Joe, was kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, and even great with our dogs. He made sure to explain everything to us and his service was cost effective, fast, courteous and definitely solved a major plumbing issue! We definitely will call them again in the future. They are literally the best plumbing experience we have had! We would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else in need!

I normally do all my plumbing repairs myself but now my time is becoming more valuable to me and I decided to have someone else do the work for me.
I found impact plumbing on yelp and decided to go ahead with them because of the great  reviews. Well as you know my reviews are a little long but detailed so hang on!
Initial contact:
My initial call with Alex was good he was cordial and listened to my problem. I got an appointment for a estimate on the same day.

Meeting at site for work :
Went over the planned work and got an estimate which seemed a tad high to me, about 300% more than I thought it should cost but I haven't used a plumber in years so I  don't know what the rates are going for now so I won't use that against them. I agreed to the work and he said Sammy was available later that day.

Actual work:
Sammy arrived and was very courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was someone you knew you would have no problems with and very professional. Sammy completed the work and did an outstanding job. Very neat and meticulous about everything he did. Sammy answered any and all my questions and was very helpful. After completing the job he cleaned the area up and left the place spotless.

In conclusion I don't know how much Impact Plumbing is paying him but whatever it is they NEED to be paid him double!!!! If nothing else I would use Impact Plumbing just to have Sammy do my work.  Oh, about the high quote I mentioned earlier? They may not be the cheapest but they are fast, and do quality work. I value people who do their job well and take pride in their work and and if every one in the company is like Sammy then the cost was worth every penny.
Disclaimer: In case you're wondering No I never met Samy before, not related to him either.

Jason came by to check what was wrong with my toilet a couple days ago. It was great to have a text message confirming my appt (which I had to reschedule and was easily changed by them) and when he was en route. Jason was a good dude, on time, honest and helpful. He even checked on the rest of toilet flappers. Great honest service! I plan on using them for a water softener install in the future. Would definitely recommend them!

Best plumber in Vegas. I had multiple issues in laundry room and bathroom. Impact Plumbing explained step-by-step what would be involved in the repair and how much it would cost. The company was also honest enough to admit that there was a chance that, because of the cramped space involved, the repair couldn't be done at all. Best and most honest plumber I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the owner of this company is not reliable. He sent me an estimate of a total invoice of $4800 to replace a main water line at the property we just bought back in April 2022. He sends me another email Stating he wants $2400 half of the amount upfront it's nonrefundable then he sends me another email stating he wants 10% upfront which is not the 50% upfront. He says the 10% is $1000 when it is not 10% of the total job would be $480. He was not making sense he just kept going around and around about it and then he canceled the job. This guy is either extra paranoid or has an issue sticking to his word or he doesn't feel confident about his work.
I would find another company who is reliable and can stick to their word and do good work.

2nd time using impact plumbing won't hesitate to use again. Gerson arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner!

When my garbage disposal broke the day before I went back to work, I was sure that it was going to be a problem to get it fixed. But it wasn't thanks to Impact Plumbing.

Jaylyn from Impact Plumbing was punctual, professional, and courteous. He explained everything in terms that I understood and made sure that I knew how to unjam the new garbage disposal.  I will use this company again.

Gerson, of Impact Plumbing, came out to my house (3-2-22) to check on a leak detected by the Water District.  I had another plumber earlier in the day who said he would need to dig a deep hole to fix a leak or trench out to the street to repair the main line.  He inquired if I had homeowner's insurance to cover the repair.  

Gerson conducted a thorough inspection, did a little digging around the sewer line, discovered my buried shut off valve and determined that the problem was with my sprinkler line.  He was an amazing, determined young man who may have saved me a lot of money.  If my main line ever has a problem, I know that I'll be dialing Gerson's number.  I hope his boss appreciates this employee's dedication.

Not your typical, big-company plumbing company.  We bought a home in Vegas that needed multiple plumbing items repaired, rerouted and replaced.   Bailey and his apprentice, Troy,  came to assess the job, gave us a fair quote and showed up the next day to do the work.  Bailey is a true professional.  He knew what to do and triple checked all of his work before he left.   He was a very kind mentor to Troy.  I'm so glad I found this small company and that i can count on the very proficient Bailey to fix any future problems!!!

Matt showed up to my residence at the time frame promised and fixed a DYI failed project. He replaced the shower valve which would have been a project that I wouldn't taken on. His work was clean and professionally done. I received several quotes before I hired impact plumbing and their rates were reasonable. Definitely rely on feedback from others when hiring a plumber because there are a lot of shady ones out there. impact, fortunately is not one of the bad ones!  I recommend hiring these folks !

I called on Sunday and was set up with an appointment for the next morning so booking was super easy. My technician was absolutely amazing and fixed my sink in 20 minutes. I found a burst pipe in my garage as I was going to work at 6 am. Impact was the only company that answered with a real life person and was true to its 24/7 advertisement. It's almost noon and still no answer from the 5 other companies that I left a message with. Impact has already sent the best service person (Mr. Gearson) to my home and fixed the issue. Friendly service and super patient explaining the issue to me. Will always call them first!!!!

Responsive, punctual, and FRIENDLY!
We noticed the ceiling over the kitchen was leaking around the same time the shower overhead was being used, so I turned to Yelp to find a plumber. I went with Impact Plumbing because they offered a free estimate. They sent Gerson over and he was very knowledgeable, even complimenting my husband's attempt to fix the problem. Although the part my husband tried to replace wasn't the right fit, instead of taking over and possibly charging us a fee, he gave us tips on how to fix (that part) ourselves. But that wasn't the cause of our leak, so instead of cutting up our wall to diagnose the problem and charging us a service fee, he referred us to a water mitigation company to cut up the wall and get the drying process started, then he came back the very next day to make a more accurate assessment.
So the leaking was from the shower drain pan, which I won't be needing their service for. But all in all, Impact Plumbing came out TWICE and they stood by their FREE ESTIMATE statement! Not to mention, they sent the same tech over both times which I GREATLY appreciate.
They've earned a return customer, and I'm definitely referring them to anyone I know!

A coworker recommended Joe to me when I had an issue with my tankless water heater. He came out on time, diagnosed the issue (a failed ignition pack), and was able to get it back up and running perfectly for HALF THE PRICE of the plumbers that installed it.

i had a very bad leak under my bathrooom floor.I noticed the tiles were hot.I was very hesitant to call a plumber.This scared me what kind of quotes over oversell i my get.The job involves someone pinpoints exactly where that leak is.You need to bypass old line to new pex line.I have a older home.Im super blessed to met Joe Impact Plumbing.He was very knowlegeable and confident he will find leak.His price was beyond fair.It only took him few hours to complete work.I no longer have a huge water bill.I own many rental properties he is my to go guy from now on.

We had an issue with a small leak from the toilet so we called Impact Plumbing who came right out and fixed the problem. Also we needed to replace the bathroom sink and we actually had a new one that was supposed to be installed a long time ago. Sammy Martin was our tech and he arranged a time to install it. Better still he got the priced reduced because we are seniors on a limited budget. They had to cancel the first appointment and then had to push back the install by a couple of hours. They communicated the situation to us in a timely manner and was very apologetic. When Sammy got here he went right to work and did a great job on the install. Very professional and I would absolutely recommend Impact Plumbing.

If I could give Impact Plumbing 10 stars, I would. This company was so easy to work with. During a pandemic where everyone wants to limit potential exposure, Impact Plumbing was the only company that I received a bid from that was willing to do it virtually. On the day of the install, Alex the technician arrived within the specified time frame and did a fantastic job with the install. Very professional, very thorough and diligent; something that is not easily found in today's trade industries. When I find a company that provides a great service and a great price, I am their customer for life. Impact Plumbing has now made that list!

Truly fantastic service. Was doing yard work and noticed a wet spot in the dirt. I found a leak in our water line leading into the house. Gerson did a fantastic job resolving the leak related to my kitchen faucet. He was friendly and courteous. After completing his job, he took the time to answer my questions on some unrelated issues. He also noted another plumbing issue we had and provided a quote should we choose to proceed to fix it. I would recommend him.

We needed a kitchen faucet leak fixed on a Sunday. I contacted a few plumbers and Impact Plumbing responded within a few minutes. They had an opening in a couple of hours and showed up promptly. We ended up needing a new faucet. Joe said he would return and install it whenever I bought one. He came back that afternoon and was done within minutes. Very friendly, very thorough and very professional. I will call them again if we ever have any plumbing issues in the future.

Our installer Matt was very friendly and hard-working. While he was here I had a bad accident I need help watch my grand baby until the ambulance got there.Matt is a great kid thanks. Plus the toilet in the water heater installed, he did a beautiful job. I am a customer for life.  thank you

I seldom give reviews but now I'm doing it for this company. When I was looking for a plumber that's close to our place at Yelp, I saw Impact Plumbing. I called him then hold then called and hold. Reason is my husband told me, yes it got 5 star review at Yelp but it's only one. He said I won't trust it. It's a good I ignored what he said and finally called. It doesn't say call at Yelp but it says request a quote but I just decided to call. Joe, the owner was very prompt answering my call. He said he can send somebody to give as an estimate for free. And true, Oscar was on time, checked on the job and explained to us what the problem. He did a very good job. And Joe gave us a very good price on the job. I would highly recommend them

I previously gave this company a 5 star review, but am downgrading it. I had a leak in my kitchen. I called Impact in February but the plumber couldn't find the leak.  On April 13, I had another leak. I called Impact and the plumber found the source (a slow leaky faucet). He offered to get me a new faucet and kitchen sink (I wasn't happy with my scratched white sink).  I know it would cost more going through Impact, but I didn't have the time to deal with it.  The plumber brought the sink, faucet, garbage disposal and air gap promptly, but the sink wouldn't fit (not his fault - my granite countertop was not cut correctly by a few millimeters).  Moreover, the integrated faucet was also wobbly and too tall and I did not like it.  The plumber said he would bring another sink and faucet.  He also recommended water mitigation because the bottom of the kitchen cabinet was wet. The mitigation company came that day and (the next day) removed most of the cabinet, found no mold, but broke my granite countertop. They also had to remove some flooring where moisture was present.

Meanwhile, I was waiting on the plumber to bring me a new sink and faucet. The plumber and I text back and forth. I tell him that the mitigation company broke the edge of my countertop.  However, the sink he brought me was still connected and working. He responds that  I should wait to get the replacement faucet and sink until after I get a new granite countertop so that he can seal it in.  However, a few days later, my insurance agent said that the plumber should finish his work and the construction repair company can deal with sealing in the sink. Okay, fine. I call Impact, but they do not get back to me. Another week passes.  I text the plumber, but he is too busy with bigger jobs.  Another week passes.  Frustrated, I call Impact and explain the situation to Joe, the owner (?).  I inform him it's been 4 weeks since the leak occurred and the job still wasn't done.  Impact does send out two new plumbers (Kyle and Jason) who, after I explain the situation, tell me that all I need is a new faucet. They got the new faucet within an hour and quickly installed it.  

So, it has taken 4 weeks for a simple job. The original plumber (who came out in February) didn't find the leak.  The second plumber, who found the leak, never completed the job.  While all the plumbers I dealt with were friendly and professional, I can't really recommend Impact if you have a small repair job given the time it took. I do appreciate that the owner, Joe, immediately rectified the situation once he was notified of the problem.

I was very impressed with Kyle from impact plumbing. He came out right away did a great job. He provided me an estimate before work and suggested a few new things from my house without being pushy at all. I will continue to use their services and they will now become my Plumber of choice. Also, the staff that answers the phone was very nice and knowledgeable and got Kyle out right away.

They have been super responsive to multiple calls we've made to them, although not big jobs they have always came out and been extremely helpful.

The guys at Impact Plumbing are awesome! We've had a string of plumbing issues in our recently purchased home. I've had to call them a few times for various things. They've been fast to respond and reliable. Everyone is friendly and the technicians are really knowledgeable. I'm very happy with their service.

Gerson responded to my call.  Had to replace valves in both the master and guest bath.  Have had several plumbers come and attempt to replace them.  It was old plumbing that ultimately required entry through the drywall behind the fixtures.  He and his team did the drywall cuts and installed the new fixtures.

One faucet fixture turned out to be the improper dimensions for one of the tubs, so I contacted the company and they sent Gerson again to replace the faucet so it matched better.  No extra cost.  

Appreciated that I always dealt with the same plumber for the estimate, repairs and return visit.  Didn't have to suffer a parade of strangers who did not properly communicate needs of the customer to their coworkers.

Would use them again for future services.

Review: TRICKS OF THE TRADE, WINNERS AND LOSERS, PARTNERSHIPS and A JOB WELL DONE In December of 2021, I submitted a job description to Home Advisor. It was concerning a doughnut shaped water mark that appeared on the kitchen ceiling. Within a few hours of posting the description, 5 plumbing companies contacted me by phone requesting to do a remedial job quote including Taylor from Impact Plumbing. I set up appointments with 3 of those companies for the following day, scheduled 1 hour apart. Jason M of Impact was the first to arrive. Jason presented his card that read co-owner under his name. Jason proved personal, professional, confident and knowledgeable when identifying the leak source in the upstairs hallway bathrooms tub drain. The job would require removing a portion of the kitchen ceiling to reach the part(s) to be replaced. A separate contractor would have to be hired to patch, retexture and paint the ceiling cutout. He informed me that Impact as a company would cut out the ceiling section to create access to the drain area but do not do ceiling patchwork. Jason quoted the job at $425. Jason subtracted a senior discount to bring his quote to $389...The second and 3rd, 5 star Home Advisor referred and reviewed plumbers followed, concurred with Jason M's assessment and presented their quotes to replace the cracked 'tub shoe', the source of the leak. All quotes were within $15 of Jason M's Impact Plumbing quote. While all 3 Plumbing companies were equally qualified for this job, I chose Jason's Impact to do the remedial work on my tub drain. The following day, I contacted Jason to set a day for him to do the fix. That day was February 2, 2022. He asked me to schedule the time with Taylor and I did. On February 01, Taylor called to confirm and I did. GREAT UNTIL IT WASN'T. Instead of Jason arriving to do the job, a young plumber named Matthew had been assigned. Matthew informed me that Jason was longer with Impact. Matthew began measuring and cutting out the necssary portion of the ceiling to access the tub drain repair. Once that part of the job was complete he was in contact with Joe the Boss. Joe informed me through Matthew that the price to complete job was now $1250 which was Impact's Flat Rate for this type of job not $389 as quoted by Jason 'the co-owner' BUT he would do me a favor and just charge me $989. If you were reading this, you may think this turn of events was not only Bizarre but dumb on my part to give the go ahead for completion of this very simple Plumbing job. You may also ask yourself as I did, Why would Joe wait nearly 6 weeks to tell a client that he felt the job, according to him, was nearly $800 underquoted? You may ask as I did, Why did Joe wait until the ceiling section was removed to tell a client that he was 'doing the client a favor' by charging the client $600 more than the original quote? So you may ask what did you do Brent?. Well, I was about to cancel the job, until My Partner, my wife stepped in and said I want the job done today And she would pay for it so the job went ahead. Matthew quickly finished the job, cleaned up and left with a cheque for $989. I contacted ex co-owner Jason M's ceiling repair company 'Quick Response' who did an excellent job...compliments to them. Not sure how good Joe's Impact Plumbing 2 year job warranty is but if it is anything like the original quote from Impact...Hope this review helps

Joe Haiston, the owner was referred to me by a friend. I usually do not like having contractors in my house but the minute I met Joe I knew he was a good guy and I was instantly comfortable. I needed a new PRV (pressure release valve) installed which is no easy task yet from start to finish he completed the job well inside an hour and to perfection. I also saved money because I had a bid from a local plumbing company that I had received an advertisement with a $50 coupon attached in the mail and Impact Plumbing was far less expensive and that is including the $50 coupon. Here is my advice if you are shopping around, STOP LOOKING and call Joe immediately! You will be happy you did and I know because I was 100% satisfied!!!!

The work they did was outstanding and they left the area they worked in clean and neat I appreciate the care shown by Sammy I will use Impact Plumbing from now on already have another job for them in two weeks.

I highly recommend Impact Plumbing. We had them install 3 new toilets and decalcify our water heater. It is so hard to know who to call....but the owner, Joe, responded to our call right away (refreshing!) and took his time to fully understand what we needed. Oscar did the work and he was so professional and nice. We liked them so much that we have asked for bids on a couple other wish list items. Don't hesitate to call them.

I needed propane plumbing for a fireplace that hadn't been used in nearly 20 years. It was a leaky, dusty, scorpion-covered mess.

From the very enthusiastic and positive estimator, to the owner himself who did the actual work (he is most experienced in LPG/NG systems), it was a positive experience through and through.

Because my work hours are odd, it was a struggle finding a business that would service me after 4. Joe and crew didn't blink an eye, and they were here on time for both visits (one to do most of the work, second to install a somewhat esoteric part that they don't carry on their trucks).

There aren't enough good words to express our appreciation.  We appreciated Joe and Taylor so much, we even shared our rare Jack Daniels coffee with them. :)

Thank you Joe! Just this morning, I had The Not-Impact Plumbing Company come out to my home with an ASTRONOMICAL quote for a new water heater. Booked them to come out between 12-4p today, but the cost just didn't sit right in my soul. Quick Google/Yelp search and I see nothing but glowing reviews for Impact. So I called for quotes and with questions about 3 or 4 times (sorry Joe) in the hour between Not-Impact Plumbing leaving my house and their planned install. I had all my questions answered, a handful of emailed quotes for various service options, AND a same day appointment for the install. Joe and his partner were in and out under 2 hours, I didn't have to sell my offspring to afford him, everything is under a good warranty, and I'm pleased!! Impact Plumbing is now on my short list...and I'm letting my sister know about them. She's buying her first place and will need a good plumber.

Had them replace a kitchen faucet/RO dispenser.  Not an overly complex job but a pain to do without the right tools. They were very responsive and great to work with.  Certainly not the cheapest around but I'd say it was worth it.  Very professional.

Moved into our new house recently and immediately had issues with our plumbing smh. Luckily, Sam Martin at Impact Plumbing came out to take a look. He was very friendly, figured out the issues and fixed them promptly. I'm glad to know you can still find great service in this city. We had impact plumbing come over and install a waterless heater Oscar did such an awesome job , he was clean and neat and cleaned up right after the job was completed we are very happy with the price and work ! Will definitely use them or refer them again !

Great company! & Efficient! -I booked an appointment ahead of time because I purchased a new home and wanted a water softener and RO. Joe came the day after I moved in and installed it. Joe's work is clean, very detailed and he over all did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

We called Impact Plumbing on Sunday morning due to a leak, and they sent someone quickly. The plumbers who fixed our toilet valve leak were Sammy & Austin. Unfortunately, the 2nd-floor water leaked onto the 1st-floor ceiling; however, they fixed the leak and thoroughly inspected our ceiling. They fixed the leaking 2nd-floor toilet, plus fixed/replaced the other two toilet valves in our home in just two hours. They are the most responsive, professional, and reasonably priced plumbers we have ever used. Plus they gave us a good recommendation to repair our damaged dry wall.
Glad they are located in the Summerlin Las Vegas area. We highly recommend Impact Plumbing!
